Great experience. Called this company to come replace my garage door. Got someone to come out in less than 2 hours for a free estimate and got it replaced that same day. I’ve now had my new door for 2 weeks and no issues. Also great customer service!!!

I called Garage Tec for service on my two garage doors. Daniel came out within a couple of hours, and fixed my remote issue, replaced one of my springs, and both sets of wheels for the tracks. Everything works great now. Prompt service, and Daniel was easy to work with. He also gave me some maintenance tips as well, and helped me diagnose a light bulb issue on one of the operators. Would definitely recommend this company. The first company I called (un-named), never even bothered to call me back.

We were very pleased with the work that was done on our garage door today! Our street suffered a power outage on New Year’s Eve, which caused our garage door to short circuit. We were thrilled that not only did we receive help immediately when we called, but that a technician was able to come out and help us within a few hours! Our technician, Daniel, was awesome! We woke up on a school day to major garage issues - broken Torsion spring, cable pulleys were severed, and other collateral issues. Needless to say we needed help asap. Garage Tec sent Daniel to take care of us in less than 2 hours from when I called. We discussed what absolutely needed to be fixed, and other optional fixes that may extend the door life but werent 100% necessary. I always appreciate that level of transparency. Garage Tec provides a warranty on their labor for multiple years; probably longer than well be in the home. We went from total garage door failure to fixed before noon.
