Started the process by calling the company. Spoke with Paige and was so delighted due to her kindness and I could tell she cared. She set up a short window time slot for Gerald and Brandon to come out and assess garage door with a FREE estimate.They were prompt and courteous. Gerald called with a heads up that he would arrive in 30 minutes. They did exactly that.Both were wearing masks when I opened the front door. Needed a double garage door and single garage door sealed up, requested weather stripping that is nailed on outside jams with rubber overlap. I was charged, with labor, around $350, $250 being materials. I found out the weather stripping is sold at hardware stores and would cost $110, in addition I had to provide nails to have the materials installed. The installer, in adjusting the door runners, stripped multiple screws and could not figure out how to get them off. I got my hack saw and cut them out. Thus I was overcharged for materials, was required to provide materials for the job, and hack saw out stripped screws because the installer was confused. Make you own decision.

Our garage door went off the rails. We couldn’t open it or close it. It was just stuck at halfway open. We called Garage Door and got a rough quote but when the first guy came to see it he ended up quoting us a figure that was way too big. We sadly said that the prices quoted was way too high and we can’t do it.After about an hour or so I get a call from Ryan and I told him what happened. Michael adjusted the tension in the spring, and he patiently explained the maintenance. This company is really good at what they do, comparing my past experiences with other service companies, I can vouch for this company.
