This is my go to pawn shop. No matter what I have to pawn, they worked with me. Customer service is always good, unless they have an audit, and the audit people will be very unhelpful. Other than that, I love pawning things there and shopping for items there.

I took a $250+ laptop in great condition the to get a loan. The guy offered me $30 loan or 40 to sell it. Went to another place and right when I asked for a $80 loan they were fine with it.

Listen to the reviews. The manager will try to low ball for gold. Dont waste your time selling here. Not worth it. Other pawn shops are better. He overlooks everything and stands over his employees. Looks like a control freak. Dont waste your gas if youre looking to sell.

This review unfortunately will not let you rate a zero ....otherwise I would.The worst prices, followed by the absolute worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the First Cash Pawn. It will save you time, money, and a headache.Also, don’t even bother going in there an hour before they close, because they will not help you. Lol just trying to save you all some gas friends.

My wife and I come in here a lot. Not even exaggerating, every single time we come in here, nothing but attitude from every single employee. Not only that, they always low ball. My wife had a pendant she was looking to sell, she brought it in, the “manager” Jarrett, didn’t even test it but right off the back told her it was fake. She took it to another one down the street and they gave her $100 for it. The only employee that has good customer service and is very genuine is Rex. Would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Went there on 12/10 wanting to pawn my laptop for between $10-20. The staff was very helpful and I was lent $20 and was told I could have borrowed more. Will definitely use them again if I get in a bind.

Been a customer here for literally years, probably around 5 to be exact. Well 2 days ago I bought a tablet for my kiddos. The guy who sold it to me told me that we could hook up any keyboard to it and that they ran around $30. I really didnt know and I trusted him since he said he had done it before. It was a gift for my kids for Valentines and I was all excited to give it to them. I went out and bought the keyboard got home and it wont work. I took the tablet back and the same guy says sorry sold as is. It wont hook up to any keyboard something is the problem with the tablet now I am out $80. Other locations allow 7 day returns but not this one. Buyer beware.

Was visiting store today as I have in the passed, always been able to come in and find great deal. Today was not so good, visited at about 1130a in search of a MacBook. Sales person was great young man that did his best to assist, now the Lead Sales person in charge was not so good she was extremely rude. She has no business being in customer service much less responsible for leading a sales team. I simply asked if they good make a better deal then whatbwas posted, her response was unprofessional,

I have had nothing but good experiences here. But I agree that the manager is rude. I have never had the pleasure of having him help me but Ive watched him handle others, and all I can say is that I never want to deal with him EVER. even the other employees hate him! (you can tell) :)

Jarred the Manager is extremely rude and I guess he doesnt know how to smile because not even smiling at him it makes him smile. I dont think he likes his job or he needs a costumer service class. I saw other employees helping customers and they were smiling while helping If It wasnt because I really need it go there I wouldnt go again.

A place where I can feel comfortable knowing that friendly faces will try and satisfy your every need. A good positive atmosphere with very interesting products.

Poor customer service! Manager makes you feel very uncomfortable and gives you attitude. When I ask for a certain amount, she replies, Yeah, I dont think so.. Once she looked the price up online, she looked like a fool for being ugly...Also, Ive pawned an item with one employee and got $40, got the item out. My roommate pawned the same item, and since a different employee was lazy, borderline rude, we only got $20!! Horrible customer service. They give you horrible prices, act like they hate their job and most employees (not all) are very rude & treat you like TRASH

I dont even know why people bother coming here with the rude customer service they give here. Manager has a stick up her ass, I dont even know how is that shes in charge,and what can you expect from the rest of the employees. Staff is extremely rude, wouldnt come back here even if they paid me to. Ill just take my money elsewhere and so should you.
