OMG! I Happened to see their sign from the street driving home from the eye doctor... my DKNY watch needed a battery & I had it on my wrist as not to forget to stop somewhere. I cannot give enough stars to this business. I parked, went in, showed the gentleman my watch and he had it running in less than a minute! Also the fee was extremely reasonable!I will never go anyplace else for a watch battery replacement again.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. Took in my watch that I tried to resize at home but couldn’t, and he fixed it in 5 minutes for $9. Other places that I called either quoted me $20+ or said they can’t resize the kind of watch band I had.

In and out in less than 3 minutes for a watch resizing. The associate was knowledgeable of his craft and the price was very reasonable.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience! Carlos, the owner, has no customer service skills whatsoever. Damaged watch while repairing it and felt no need to take responsibility for the damage caused. Carlos said I should be glad they fixed the issue it was brought in for. Watch was keeping time just fine before they touched it, and now it is totally messed up and no longer accurate (repair was not related to time keeping). This is an Atomic watch that is radio controlled by satellites for keeping accurate time. Carlos said all I had to do was set it and it would be fine. Which, if he knew what he was doing, he would know you dont set an Atomic watch, another reason NOT to USE them for any repair work, he is clueless. Carlos was not interested in solving the problem and making a customer happy with his service, all he wanted to do was argue how they fixed what it was brought in for and I should be happy with that. Carlos wouldnt accept responsibility for the damage he caused to a very expensive watch, which a reasonable and reputable businessman would do. Needless to say, I WILL NOT use them ever again, plus everyone I know will hear about them. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Fast service and reasonable prices. I took my Michele watch here to get the battery replaced and links taken out, I was extremely pleased with the work that they did.

I brought in 2 watches for new batteries. The place is busy with customers, however, Carlos replaced quickly. They have a variety of antique watches and clocks. Very nice. Carlos was courteous. In and out, in less than 6 minutes.

Ok, I stopped by last Saturday to see if Carlos can open up my watch back cases. They were really tighten and i couldnt open it for a long time! I have been searching everywhere and they all gave me silly answers trying to over charge me!! I knew if i have a giant watch vise i can open it up but it is heavy and not feasible to have it at my home. Anyhow Carlos maybe not smile or answering phone in certain way but he opened up the watch cases very well!! Super honest with his honesty of the final charge. Will definitely come back for other type of works need to be done!

Asked the owner to give our new-to-us $1200 Howard Miller regulator a thorough once over. requested that any parts he replaced be Howard Miller replacement parts. His response...I dont understand what you are asking me to do To add insult to injury he lost one of the loose parts in the clock that was to be refitted or replaced.The request was pretty straight forward. Trusting someone to repair or check on something you spent a lot of money on should warrant some amount of confidence that they will do good work.

Fast and honest. I used to go to Walmart to have my watch batteries replaced, until they ruined the gasket when putting the back on. Carlos is wonderful. He is fast and honest. I took my watch in because the battery had died. He replaced it for free telling me the battery was under warranty, I had no idea.

They were awesome! I got a quote from Fast Fix, to take two links out of one watch for $20 and fix a loose second hand on another watch for $15.I went to Irving Watch and if Im lying Im dying, he had both fixed on the spot within 4 mins and it only cost me $6.50 to fix both of them.

Not sure what kind of Watch Shop this place is.... I called and they cant take off my Tag bracelet and replace with leather band. Seems like a simple task to me IMO.

I went there even after seeing the reviews above. I figured, hey its watch repair & should be a breeze ...guess what!? It was.Carlos changed my battery in under 5 mins & was very courteous. I will go back in the future.

Stay away from this watchmaker. He has a horrible attitude and is unable to correctly size a watch bracelet.
