The last few days I had an amazing experience with customer service in Accutek Packaging from Wiley in the Accutek Service Department. I had a problem finding the right solution and Wiley with his patience, his professionalism and the wide knowledge on his field helped me out and finally we found the solution. I wish all people in companies with technical support to be so good and well trained. Now-days unfortunately it is hard to find people that care and want to solve problems. Thank you Wiley, you really promote Accuteks brand name.

Buyers Beware‼️ Please Be Very Careful‼️This place is horrible for business owners. I spent Almost 100k on an automatic piece of equipment and it may have worked once. They refuse to send anyone to help fix the problems. They’d rather talk on the phone all day instead of sending someone to fix the problem. They will lie and lie, and never help you.
