They installed both of my tires. My rear tire was the most recent. Theyre very knowledgeable and highly professional. I understand they cant really work on other types of bikes but they made an exemption to my 94 Honda Shadow VLX600. Its just installing tires. Everyone else is like oh we dont have tools for metric bikes yeah, okay lol theyre very friendly, specially when I started to get bored waiting, they kept me company. The tech who worked on my bike made sure my brake feels the same, if not hell adjust it. But its still the same. He made sure the tires were well balanced. And my goodness, my bike feels great! They knew Im new at riding and was informed to be careful at first since the tires are new, something about them being slippery at first. I will definitely keep doing business with them. Replacing/fixing my tires and state inspection

Great staff. I took my bike in to have it serviced after havent being able to ride it in about 4 years. They did the work on it and got it up and running like new. The price for the work was very reasonable. The staff at the dealership are very knowledgeable and polite. I will continue to go back.

A fair, friendly, and painless experience. Many dealers charge hundreds above the manufactures suggested destination fee, NOT Kawasaki City. Kawasakis website said $430 for my bike, they charged $430. The cost was fair before I even walked in the door, and there was zero pressure to buy. Way to Go Kawasaki City. I will do business with you again for sure. Sad that I cant give this place 6 stars, but I guess 5 stars will have to do...

The customer service was more than great! They were pretty welcoming and helped me out a ton when it came to searching for a bike. Also the out of door price really helped me determine what bike I was able to get. I can vouch that no a lot of places do this. In addition to this, the paperwork process was easily manageable thanks to the staff. They have a great selection of bikes from classics to hyper sport performance. Although I live far away, I will definitely be coming back for another one someday.

Been buying motorcycles and other toys for 35 years now and this was the easiest and best purchase yet. This dealer does not sell 100K party boats, Chinese jeeps or five different brands of bikes. Salesman Adrian answered the phone, quoted me an OTD price in 15 seconds, then kept in touch via email until the unit was ready. Drove 700 miles round trip passing many other Kawasaki dealers. When I got to the dealership, Adrian had all the paperwork filled out for me. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and that included a nice walk around of the Mule I bought. I am glad I found a dealer that still does business this way--very competitive pricing, no games, no up sell, no wasting time. A true old school dealership, but in all the right ways. Highly recommend!

“Meh” service at best. I’ve been wanting to buy a bike for two months now, I walk in and it is like they don’t even want to make a sale.

Quick and easy transaction, just like it should be! I was an out of state buyer, emailed a quote request and Adrian got me a quote with out the door price. I flew down, the salesman picked me up at the airport and I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes (and most of that was fiddling with a tail bag). Easy transaction, no games or surprises. Will use again.

Post - Purchase Edit: Had a great experience buying a new bike! I called ahead and told the sales team which bike I wanted and that I would like to pick it up the next day. When I went to pick it up, I was out riding the bike in about 30 minutes. They gave me all the discounts and a free jacket.Original, Pre-Purchase Post: What you see is what you get. Just purchased a 2019 KX250 from Kawasaki City in Irving, TX and this was by far the best experience Ive ever had at a motorcycle dealership. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable and best of all the OTD pricing listed on their site and quoted over the phone is exactly what the OTD pricing is when you show up to the dealership. No bait-n-switch BS or haggling with salesman and finance. It was a hassle free super smooth transaction and no other dealership could even come close to touching their OTD pricing. Good service but not very professional when it comes to over the phone customer service. Had Questions and they treated me with discontent and lack of interest. I wanted to get some info before taking my 2009 kawasaki 650 and after painfully waiting on hold they told me they couldnt do anything over the phone. Not even a simple quote for a basic mechanical checkup. The guy i spoke with didnt even explain anything to me just told me we cant do anything over the phone and after the awkward silence i just finished the conversation with thanks ill look somewhere else. I dont doubt their service, but their customer service is lacking.

Came in wanting to buy a vulcan s cafe, asked to test ride it in their parking lot to see how it handles. Was told they dont allow test rides. Im not going to buy a bike for 8 grand without riding it first. Very dissatisfied.
