I had a label for a different courier and I needed help getting it taped. Tara treated me with well respect and provided excellent customer service!! I am very satisfied and look forward to coming to FedEx moving forward. Thanks Tara! :)

I love the staffs at this location. I mostly go to this location to print few pages or print some of their competitors shipping label. They always greet customers with a smile and helpful. Last time when I visited the self help printing machine was processing a bulk printing so the kind lady behind the desk immediately offered to print my shipping label using her computer on sticker type paper and refused to charge me as the machine was not available for the customer. I would highly recommend this location especially for the staffs.

I was helped by a woman named Fey. She lacks customer service skills, very cold, seemed like she was bothered when I went in to drop something off. She wasn’t even polite, no “thank you, have a nice day”, no smile, no “hello”. She handed me this receipt and said something along the lines of “you’re good to go.” Really?? I asked for her name and she pointed at her name badge. I’ll most definitely take my packages elsewhere in the future. She definitely should look into a different career that doesn’t have to deal with customer service.

Audrey S. is a great manager. She found our account in the system when other people were confused by the spelling. She definitely things outside the box, and was personable and friendly as she helped me with our order. Would definitely recommend.

Marisa is the new manager, and is extremely helpful. Needed to ship a laptop and took care of everything. Best Location I have been in for a while. Will come back to FedEx.

NEW STORE MANAGER September 2019. The new Store Manager at this location is awesome. Everyone at the store was so helpful, friendly and energetic. They actually care! I know this location used to have rude and bad management/staff. Give it a try now and you will be doing business with them again.

Horrible Staff. We waited for half an hour for the representatives to help us. In case of emergency also they saw us struggling with the task at hand and all they could say was “ We close at 6” . We were there at 5pm and all she had to comment was this. Until I didn’t reply arrogantly she did not come to help! Its unfair at her end to be so rude with the customers. Shall never go back to this even if i have to drive longer!! Disappointed!!!

I worked with Kendra to ship a package and she was awesome! The original quote was $30 but she insisted on reducing empty space in the box by reworking it with some magic. My total was $18 as a result of her handy work. I highly recommend this location.

Nice and hard workers. Sometimes the FedEx drivers wait there; one of them can usually be seen combing his long hair.

Kathy was fantastic, she did the impossible and we had the banners we needed just in time! The quality of the retractable banners was VERY good - probably the best weve used so far, and weve tried quite a few. I wouldnt hesitate to order print services from her again!

Ms. Vickie is the GREATEST FedEx Office manager I have ever met. I have been to a handful of FedEx locations, and use them regularly for my business. Ms. Vickie is the only one who can PROPERLY PACKAGE APPLE IMAC COMPUTERS! They have never broken a single item, and charge a reasonable amount. I highly recommend this FedEx location for your packaging/shipping needs.

This store is so so so weird.i went today for photocopy of my document, they say u have to do by yourself on machine.i tried to do but the machine needs my debit card number otherwise it wont start.i did not see any worse and bad store like this before.this is so disgusting

Sharone is the worst person to be serviced with. No knowledge for a person who works at fedex. She will literally mess up the delivery everytime you go. Lol she also has an attitude for the job she does.

I should have known this was going to be a terrible experience when I first walked in and the employee was rolling her eyes and throwing her hands up while on the phone with a customer. I should have listened to the poor reviews and gone elsewhere.If you enjoy extremely rude customer service with a complete unwillingness to help then this is the FedEx location for you. I plan on cancelling my business account with FedEx after todays experience at this location and will be switching to UPS instead.

I wish i could give them no starTerrible service i had package ready all they had to do is put piece tape on top about 2 inches and he is trying te make me buy tape .really???!!!! im gonna spend hundred on shipping and they are worried about piece tape.

Oct 25: I went in there, got a print out and handed over the package. It was a good experience, nothing negative. I dont understand what the fuss is about! Give this place a try!!!

Ms Vickie is amazing and really knows quality service and customer care! Takes care of me every time! Ill drive out of my way to come to this FedEx location! DO NOT GO TO THE SOUTHLAKE, TX town square fedex. Ken is lazy and rude and only likes women that ship envelopes.

Just left this place the workers were very rude. I was using the computer to scan and print several documents, I only asked about a pen (needed blue instead of black) but that seemed to annoy them. The whole time they complained about customers, spoke to customers in a condescending way and even said customers should go somewhere else. Its not customers fault they work at fedex.

Self service printer and copy machine is broke and attendad lady will not able to you to perform yourself and she performed colors prints and she did printer half cut and when i asked her she said do it again seriously for color prints do it again never going back again to this store
