Staff is friendly and helpful but have a habit of leaving out important details when it comes to the products they sell. Bought a bathroom vanity set with mirror, when the warehouse employee opened the vanity for inspection, noticed that the ceramic sink had scratches on it and the employee asked me if the sales employee had not told me about this since all of those vanities had arrived with damage, which they did not. In addition, after accepting the vanity as is, I went to test the mirror at home only to find out that the mirror had a European connector. Called the store and the employee said that its not a big deal since you can simply purchase an adapter in any hardware store. This is the kind of details that should be said up front, this lack of information makes it seem like the employees just want to sell regardless of customer satisfaction.

They had our large refrigerator and double oven andwine fridge in stock and delivered it on time . Very nice to deal with I highly recommend them.

I just went today, checked on the web and close time was 6pm, we arrived at 5:05pm and to my surprise we got the door closed on us because apparently they closed at 5pm. I told her web page said close time was at 6pm and she gave me not so good look and just closed the door. We were 2 families outside and 2 possible sales they lost ... not the best experience... please update your info online and give proper training to your employees on how to greet customers.
