Max was very helpful finding me a pillow that should be more comfortable for me. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is having to purchase the floor model due to it being discontinued. They did giver a reasonable price though.

I walked into Metro Mattress with hesitancy and a tad of anger just because I had to purchase a new bed due to a bad puppy!!! IMMEDIATELY a sales representative named Max greeted me in such a manner I felt more relaxed. He asked questions and based on my answers took me to 2 beds to try out and talked me through the differences and what he thought would be best for my sleep needs! Very efficient and knowledgeable! Within no time I had purchased my new bed and pillow and walked out of there with a delivery date (today is Saturday and my bed will be delivered Monday)! There was one other associate present with Max and another couple purchasing a bed and we were all joking and laughing! Great employees! Great experience!

We had a great experience in the Metro Matters, Ithaca. Amber took the time to explain what is the difference in a variety of mattresses and helped us to choose exactly what we wanted. My husband and myself were treated with professionalism and respect even after all time that Amber spent with us, we told her that we still need to think over all options, and we return later. And we did several weeks later, when we were sure that we are buying a mattress which would satisfy all our needs and requirements. We are happy with a quality and price of our purchase as well as with the great customer service we received from Amber at the Metro Mattress.

My mom bought an expensive mattress here and it only lasted 6 weeks before it was saggy, lumpy, and pretty much unusable. She takes great care of her belongings and has never had a problem with a mattress before. This store refused to refund, replace, or honor the warranty. Awful store, buyer beware.

The customer service was great and salesperson was very kind and honest. I had a good experience there despite the fact that I paid couple of hundred dollars more than what I had in mind I believe it was good deal for me. The quality of your product seems to be very good. keep doing well!

Only reason for the 4 stars is because I was slightly above my price range, otherwise exceptional service and would recommend.

When I walked into Metro Mattress (in Ithaca, NY), I was promptly greeted and assisted by a lovely man named Kamren. Kamren helped me find the perfect bed at the right price for my budget (or lack there of). I truly could’ve spent my entire day at Metro Mattress and it would’ve been a day well spent. Kamren made my experience as a first time mattress buyer one that was both memorable and enjoyable. Google only gives me the option for 5 stars, but my time at Metro Mattress cannot be accurately be represented within these restraints. Therefore, I give Metro Mattress an 11/10!

We went in the store looking to replace two mattresses—one that was 10 years old and another one we were unhappy with. Destiny took the time to help us find the perfect mattresses for us. The new mattresses will be delivered on Monday and set up for free (purchase was made on Saturday) and the old mattresses will be hauled off for a small fee. A very simple transaction with very quick results. So far we are very satisfied!

I just purchased a recommended mattress that didnt meet my needs at all despite telling the salesperson that I am side sleeper, have chronic back pain, and he could see that I am light (110 lb). I told him I had been sleeping on the floor 2 nights before visiting the store. He recommended a mattress to me and suggested a promotional price because it was from a canceled event. My brand new mattress feels stiff (it wasnt stiff when I tried it on at the store) and I found out that this is actually a firm mattress. After finding more info, I should be suggested a medium firm mattress. Im in pain physically and also feel bad that the salesperson didnt consider my conditions when selling the mattress to me. I called the store and they told me to spend more money on a topper. I wish they were more responsible for misrepresenting a product that they should have been an expert of.

I arrived looking for a good quality mattress at the right price, and this was definitely the place to go. Amber helped me look through the mattresses that fit my budget (always respecting my budget!) and made appropriate recommendations.It did not take much time.My mattress arrived and was assembled at my apartment within 36h.

The employees were very polite and gave us a fair price on the matress we desired. They have a great student discount for those attending school. Free delivery is also available at pretty much your convenience. (no deliveries on Wednesday and Sundays if I remember correctly)

The salesman was fantastic and a big help very patient. I was impressed by how he listened and showed us just about every bed in the showroom until we made our decision. The shopping experience was wonderful and stress free especially for a first time buyer. The delivery drivers while polite could use some work, there were several notes of how long their day had been, furthermore while there were two delivery people only one actually moved the furniture so I was forced to assist in order to avoid damage to my merchandise. The bed is a dream to sleep on and Im very glad I purchased it overall.

Great store with 2 great men employees that went above and beyond there job to get me in the bed that was best for us... we were made coffee and we sat and talked about what we was looking for in a bad due to multiple back and neck problems along with restless legs too. We got handed his and her pillows and we went from bed to bed trying every one that would help us with our problems so we can finally get a good night sleep. After thinking we were only there for maybe one hour trying to make sure we get that perfect bed we want. We finally made our decision 2 1/2 hrs later. Both employees were great and showed us everything in the store for after u buy ur new bed. They have great pillows (price is high) but there made for the support and don’t losen up or break down like other pillows. They also sell nice breathable sheets very soft and come in different colors too. Also has technology to keep u cool all night or warm all night. Must buy a set. Best money u could ever spend on sheets. Big thanks to both them for all the help and making this happen.

I recently purchased a temper-pedic mattress. Emma was my sales person, she is the best! Emma was very patient and had me try many different mattresses. She asked questions and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. When I told her both me and my husband had bad backs, she made helpful recommendations and I eventually was able to choose a mattress that turned out to be perfect for both of us. And then she was even able to get us shorter legs for the bed so our little dog could jump up and down easier.When I returned to the store a few weeks later to buy sheets, once again Emma came to the rescue. The salesman was knowledgeable, and it didnt take long to find the right mattress and order it. The shipping process was easy as well. They called the night before with a time frame and took less than 20 minutes to set up the new bed frame and remove the old mattress. Easier than I thought it would be.

I recently bought myself a new mattress from Metro Mattress on Elmira Road, Ithaca, NY. I needed it. But, its been so long since I last purchased one, that I was shocked by the cost of one these days. Wow! I didnt get THE most expensive one, more likely, the very cheapest, but it was still quite a big purchase for me. Im not complaining now, because it was well worth it. Im pleased with my new mattress AND adjustable base. The staff (Emma, Lyndsay, Patrick and Christopher, who I met another day) couldnt have been more knowledgeable and more personable. My selection was made easier because of their patience, guidance and understanding, even after having changed my mind a couple times. If you need a mattress, Id highly recommend visiting their store.
