The worse service Ive ever experienced. Deyquan salesperson was aggressive and very rude . I couldnt return the shoes (see the picture) because he said they are dirty and worn outside. Although Ive never worn them outside. Look to the shoes, you can see that they are clean. I took a photo with the purpose. His argument was absurd. To sum up, I do not recommend to go to footlocker store in Ithaca. The neighbor store - shoe. dept. is thousands times better. The service is always good and did not experience any issues with returns.

Great experience Dayquan was awesome as well as the female employee. She kept my daughter occupied playing while he helped me locate a sale shoe online and honored the website price. As for the previous statement about returning unworn shoes, they had gum on them and he told you they couldnt return them, you went and washed them off and tried again, he had already told you no.
