Jon helped me with the issue I was having in very short order today. Everyone I have dealt with so far at Beltone has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful. I couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Jon and the Staff at the Jackson office have always been great to visit and talk to. If you have any questions Jon is excellent and has been a big help to me getting to where I can hear good again. I would recommend Jon and the Beltone Hearing center in Jackson to anyone needing or looking into getting hearing aids. He will not try to sell you something you dont need and can answer any questions you have about your hearing aids and you dont have to go any where else if you have a problem he can fix most problem right in his office.

I have had several different hearing aids over the thirty-odd years since I began needed them, but none have compared with experience Ive had with Jon and Beltone. If you are considering hearing aids, I definitely would recommend Beltone.

I was hesitant about trying to find a decent hearing provider. I decided on beltone and have been thrilled with them from the start. They really care about each person and treat each person as the most special. If I have a problem anytime I can call and get their help to figure it out or if we can’t set a appt up and solve it. I’ve not been as pleased with quality and service from service providers in a long time. Such a welcome change. 😊

Jon is a great guy and probably one of the best audiologist in the business. He know what he is doing and wont t let you make a mistake with your aids. He is not in it just to sell whatever but only whatis needed. I thought my wife needed aids but after a test... Nope she needed to talk louder and I needed to pay attention. 2 years back an overpriced competetorIndictated she needed 2. However, only has hearing I one ear due to a Menires operation. We walked out and came to Beltone.DO I RECCOMEND JACKSON BELTONE? ABSOLUTELY!

Nice and professional but wow at the prices. Especially when I did research and found they buy from Resound and rebrand it and Mark it up. They must pay for their services but I dont want them all and wont be forced into a cash trap.
