I chose Two Men and a Truck because they are neighbors. The team they sent to move us was very professional, very polite and more than willing to ask questions of me. The price was excellent as well. Their respond time was also excellent in the office. A phone call on the way to my home let me know they were on their way. I would definitely choose them again.

After being stood up by a non-reputable moving company, I contacted Two Men and a Truck and worked with Curtis on securing a move from Michigan to North Carolina with just a little over a weeks turnaround time. Curtis was so helpful, professional, and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was able to get moved as quickly as possible. He was able to send someone out on the same day to take inventory of my items and provided me with a quote well before end of business for the day. Because I was stood up by another moving company, I am having to move prior to my items being picked up and Curtis worked with me to ensure my family members were able to be present for the load up of my items. Moving is a stressful time, and after being put through the ringer the past few days, I am so relieved to have my move booked with Two Men and a Truck. 10/10 would always recommend Two Men and a Truck and thank you Curtis for your outstanding customer service and genuine care for your customers!!!

I was able to set up next day service. I felt the price was reasonable since they handled truck, picking up/packing items and moving them into another location. They quoted me 1:30pm for the start time and actually arrived to the second location by 1:30pm so they finished earlier than I expected. Was impressed with the care they took with the items and the quickness and efficiency they showed in moving the items. Would absolutely use again and recommend.

I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck in Jackson Michigan. I had a complicated move, fir one item, after a family member passed. Needed it done quickly and discreetly. From Jana in the office to the moving of the item, everything was done with the utmost professionalism. Plus the item was an antique. I will definitely use them again if I need to!

They did a great job packing and moving my house!

A guy came to give us a quote to move 240 miles still in Michigan. He came back at 2 days 2 trucks and way over $6000. Way over $7000. If they pack us. I mentioned we had a quote at$4000 and they would pack us. He told us no way can anyone legally do that. Well we are going with the flat rate and theyre gonna pack us. We had a second company at $3000. And we pack. He kept saying how long hed been doing this but, he missed the mark at our house!!!

Professional, courteous workers. These men work hard so you dont have too. They are all upstanding trustworthy individuals. Worth every penny spent.

When booked, was promised two trucks and three people. Three people and one truck showed up one person left 3 1/2 hours after arrival and no second truck ever showed up. When discussed with management was advised they never promised this. Very poor business practices the team worked hard that arrived, but the leader ship in the office is a huge letdown.

They came right on time and were very professional!! The packing of our 4 bedroom home and the two car garage was done very smoothly!! We had deck furniture as well and everything went into their storage facility. We would highly recommend them for any move you might be considering.

We were very impressed with the two young, strong men that helped with the moving my mother-in-laws furniture and belongings from an independent apartment to an assisted living facility. They were prompt, polite and very respectful of the items that they carried and transported. They knew how to use the straps to maneuver the heavy, bulky dressers and how to quickly load the truck appropriately. They were very careful not to hit the door jams or ceiling fans and nothing was broken or damaged. We would definitely recommend Keenen and Gavin to assist in any future move. Youre lucky to have these two men on your team!!

I thought I had the day strategically planned out. The truck showed up a few mins late. Started moving about 10 mins later. Spent 90 mins loading the stuff and they got over to my new place 25 mins after I got to my new place(my new place was only 9 mins away)and got fully unloaded then told me they forgot my mattress..the biggest and most important thing when you move.. I am still dumbfounded on how a mattress that covers a window that was forgotten.. I called the manager because the move was already over $400 and over quote limit and my biggest and most important item was forgotten. The manager had them go back and get my mattress without charging me....then the driver left his money bag on my chair. If I was the manager, I would have had them go back and bring my mattress back and knocked $100 off for the inconvenience because it set my day off, I had to wait an hour for them to bring my mattress back. think there needs to be a checklist in place to ensure this doesnt happen again, especially leaving their money bag at the clients house. I am really only giving 2 stars because the manager made them go back and get my mattress. It was still $400 none the less, but at least I got my mattress..

Our previous experience with Two Men and a Truck was very good, but this time we got a crew that was very pleasant, but wasnt as experienced, so the move took almost twice as long as it should have. We had several broken dishes, parts of shelves were found in the yard, boxes were not taken to rooms that they were marked to go to, many things were left in the old house, and they didnt pack the truck effectively, so they had to use one of my utility trailers to complete the move. All of this happened and they charged me more than the initial estimate range, when it should have been done much more quickly. I paid the additional cost, but I didnt tip the generous tip that I had planned to give. I was just glad to have the move done!

ANTIQUES,VALUABLES, OR SENTIMENTAL ITEMS ?? THIS COMPANY IS NOT FOR YOU!!!OVER $3,000 of breakage before the trucks left the property .Gave very detailed instructions to each employee and supervisor. NONE OF WHICH WERE FOLLOWED !!!!Trucks were poorly packed and more damage occurred to the final destination.Trucks did not leave the property until 7pm. Employees that were to unload the trucks (3 employees) arrived at midnight more than 4 hours late. It became quickly apparent that our assistance in unloading the truck was expected, and with our uninformed decision to help unloading finished at 345am.Very verbally disrespectful about putting one bed together that had been agreed upon with the owner.Owner is very argumentative at best.Also there WAS NO BUBBLE WRAP AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER 3 TURN OF THE CENTURY SLAG LAMP SHADES WERE DAMAGEDEmployees informed us that they could only get bubble wrap from the owner . ONE roll was provided only after breakage occurredWe have moved 12 times, and this was the MOST HORRENDOUS move.Trucks improperly loaded resulting in a 3rd truck TEN DAYS LATER!!! OVER 150 ITEMS LEFT BEHIND!!

AJ is a perfectionist, which translates to setting the furniture in exactly the right spot, the first time. AJ and Matt were so proficient, and Jeff was a great asset in our move. If you want a smooth move, don’t go with Two Men and Truck in Jackson. I want to start with saying I move a lot…almost yearly. And I have used Two Men and Truck many times at different locations. Unfortunately, this time has made it so I’ll probably never call that franchise again. It was more than one thing that has caused me to write this review.First, we were set to Move on a Monday. We took off work and got child care in order to make this smooth. We received a call on Saturday stating that one of their movers had an emergency and the company had no replacement so might not be able to perform our move as planned. They might have to move it to Tuesday. They would give us a great discount if that happened and would let us know Sunday night. They called us Sunday afternoon and left a message it was moved to Tuesday. Emergencies happen…I totally understand. What I think makes the difference is the handling of it. They called from office so there was no way for us to get ahold of them. They should have allowed us to return the call but nope. Nothing. And the big discount? 10%. Not good enough for me when you treat me like my time is not valuable. It is Sunday afternoon and too late to say I’d be going to work, so now I am taking 2 days off.Second, when we scheduled the move, my husband made it clear the size of our storage unit and also that we had stuff in our garage and a lot of boxes in the house. They did not bring a big enough truck. The solution? Leave a portion at the house. And by portion, I mean that we now have to rent a truck to get the rest. We have already done 4 trips in a large SUV. But some of the items left will not fit (like a dresser)Third, when we contacted the company about this? NO RESPONSE. I take that back…the email went to the Lansing office who forwarded it to Jackson and still…nothing.The only positive I have to say (which is a good one!) The movers who came were great! They treated our things with respect; nothing I have found is broken so far.Mistakes happen, emergencies happen, but poor customer service? Not excusable. We gave them every opportunity to make this right and nada.Update--The owner called and we talked about all of this. He was very appreciative of the feedback and he made it right by having a truck come and get the rest of our stuff. The movers that came this last time were terrific. Very polite and friendly and treated the items with the care needed.

They scratched much of my furniture and broke a mirror. I understand that things happen when moving, but they were supposed to replace my mirror and I still have not heard from them. I moved over a month ago. I have called and left messages and have not heard anything back. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
