Alicia was a tremendous assistance. When we came in we wanted to see the unit before we completed the online rental and we thought our space was going to be too big. When we asked to see a smaller size she offered to show us two! She was happy to help. The building feels great and is very secure. We are happy with our rental. Thanks again Alicia!

I have used Life Storage many times because of their superb staff and professionalism. Kessie is always there to greet me with a smile. When I leave, I have a feeling of reassurance that my property is in the right hands. I have never experienced any issues with the storage units. They are always clean and secure. Your staff is good.  But your company is terrible! I have reported how hot my unit is for years!!!  The hall is fairly comfortable, but inside my unit is HOT!! I put thermometers in my units to be sure...and in summer they always register above the temp you say you guarantee. The lighting inside my unit is not good at all.  It took over a year for you to get the glass doors on the second building (my building) fixed.  They wouldnt reliably stay closed, and sometimes were left wide open. I used to work in the building accross the street and we had 2 people robbed at gun point. Now you are raising my rent! I will be trying to get my things out as soon as I can manage.

Kessie has the best customer service. She should hold classes on how to treat customers. She is so patient and nice. Great communication and people skills, something lots of people are missing.

Horrible customer service. I called their corporate office to file a complaint and I was evicted the next day, which is text book retaliation. Ive heard from several other tenants that the employees have went inside tenants units, typically the ones that they know are being auctioned off. Also I needed a battery jump and I asked their manager and I also asked the district manager for a jump start and neither one would help. They watched me sit for two hours until someone finally helped me out. Also, the manager on several occasions would park her car directly in front of one of my main units. I would have to go ask her to move and her attitude was horrendous.

I had the best experience with Darrell, I went this location interested in obtaining an storage unit for my furniture, Darrell was the person with whom I can in contact with. Darrell was very professional, very knowledgeable about what I needed in order to secure my property, he also informed me of all the necessary products that is needed to make sure that my moving my property would be as painless as possible... I really appreciated and enjoyed speaking with Darrell, he was very nice, I see why hes been with the company as long as He has because he is good at his job... Keep up the good job Darrell.

Mr. Darrell Body is pretty awesome if I most say... He was professional & a complete gentleman... As we were moving all of our things which takes times, we forgot the truck door open for awhile... Once we finished our truck would not start & needed a little boost of hope & Mr. Body break out the jumping cables with no hesitation (which is not in his job description) & boosted our truck off... Now thats what you call a Fantastic Customer Service Experience!!!

This storage site is very well maintained, it’s neat, the trash is always emptied and the employees are very helpful and courteous. Most importantly the unisex bathroom is always clean – very important. Security is well maintained as a code is needed to enter and exit the building. The facility has cameras at many locations inside the building. The facility is climate controlled correctly, meaning that the temperature inside the building was not in the nineties during the summer, it was well maintained at around 82 degrees so I did not have to worry about anything getting too hot. Recently I had an issue with the outside lighting not coming on at night. I called and reported it and it was fixed within the next two weeks. I would highly recommend renting at this location.

The employees here in the Jackson MS location, Darryl, Trina and Sharron were so very helpful, polite and made this transition a little bit easier to execute.
