This place is a joke. I reserved a truck on Tuesday to use Saturday morning. Not only did they not call me in advance to confirm my reservation, they call me Saturday morning to tell me my reservation was for Sunday and I can’t pick it up on the actual day I need it. Then she was rude when I told her to cancel it. Not my first bad experience with this place but definitely my last.

Best Uhaul experience I have had to date! The original Uhaul I was using (from Florida) blew a tire and when the guy fixed it he told me the wheel bearing was about to go out and I needed to get an entirely new Uhaul trailer. Tried calling the Uhaul customer service line and roadside assistance line MULTIPLE times and nothing would go through. Found a random Uhaul place in Jackson but they did not have any trailers so they sent me to this place to get one. Jay was so incredibly helpful and friendly!! He went above and beyond in his customer service and genuine care. He made what started out to be a terrible day SO MUCH BETTER! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. 10/10 would recommend!

WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE EVERLocation was filthy, unorganized there was an odor that was horrible. The most UNHELPFUL ever!!I know this is not the typical UHAUL experience for me. Will definitely NOT recommend this location
