Its really amazing. Im not an American because Im looking for a craviotto solid snare, which should have bassball / 45 edge. Because the stock of similar drums in my country is not much, most sellers did not disclose the edge type of drum. So I went to the reverb website and started searching by typing keywords. Among so many excellent drums, I was lucky to see a solid snre of virtual drum, which is not only beautiful but also perfectly suited to my needs. But who is virtual drum? Is he fine? I know that many American niche drum brands are not really worthy of the name. But after I visited the website of virtual drum and INS many times, I confirmed that this drum maker must be a real craftsman with excellent craftsmanship. After a months waiting, I finally got the drum. The packaging, gifts and the handwritten words of owner Jeff made me feel sincere and warm. This may be something beyond the drum. Thank you very much, Jeff! This is a great drum, no matter in workmanship or sound, even more exquisite than my craviotto snare. This is a drum worthy of collection! It is also an unforgettable and warm shopping experience!

Jeff was super awesome to work with. I purchased a Tama Superstar Classic kit to gig with, and it had a 22 x 18 bass drum. Jeff cut it down to 22 x 14 and it sounds amazing. His edges are absolutely perfect, his communication was great throughout the entire process, and he is an awesome person to work with. I look forward to having more work done by Jeff in the future!

I admit, when I first sent my drums off to Jeff at VIRTUE, I was a bit nervous. I didnt know a lot about the company, but after communicating with him via email, I knew I wanted him to give my old Pearl Export Pro kit a bearing edge makeover.The nervousness didnt last long. After a quick turnaround (about four weeks from shipping them out and getting them back) and excellent communication, I got my drums back yesterday and pulling them even out of the box I immediately noticed a difference. They looked like a much nicer set of drums right away! Then, after putting everything back together and getting them tuned up (which took so much less time than before), they sounded like a so-much-better version of their old selves.The only negative part of the process is I dont have as much of a reason for a new drumkit now, but when I do, I plan on ordering from Jeff at VIRTUE Drums.

Had Jeff recut all the edges on my late 70’s Ludwig kit, they came out perfect. Would highly recommended virtue drums to anyone looking to do major services to a kit or have a custom one built.
