My husband just walked into this store. No customers in the store. He had to wait before the man behind the counter asked if he could help. My husband said, “I need battery and want you to install it. “ He said “Not right now, it’s raining.” Mind you-it is sprinkling outside-there we’re no other customers. My husband said “ok, I ‘ll go somewhere else”. No response. Congratulations! We will take our business elsewhere!

Bought a gold autocraft battery w 3 year warranty, I used my speedperks # and thought theyd keep a record of my purchase( they dont). The manufactured date on the battery is less than 3 years ago so obviously its less than 3 years old... They wouldnt help in any way... B.S. Shoulda went to costco.. they keep track

We brought our mini van to have the alternator tested. After testing they informed us it was not the alternator that it was the battery. We purchased a battery and almost got home and our battery light came on again. We had it tested at oreilly and it turns out that it was the alternator. This place test our alternator wrong and had us purchased something we didn’t need. Then called them back and informed them of their mistake. They didn’t care at all just said once it’s installed they cannot do nothing about it. HOW ABOUT KNOW WHAT THE H@$& YOURE DOING OR GO FIND ANOTHER JOB😡

Nice store conveniently located. Visited on 2/1/20. The gentleman inside the store were both super friendly and helpful. Jaran was especially friendly and helpful! Store was clean and prices were fair. My only gripe is its cheaper to use a promo code and buy online and pickup in store! Otherwise great experience!

Rented a tool for 160.00 and when I go to return it they are saying they dont have the money to give back to me. 160.00!!! Where did my money go then? Gave me an excuse that it was store policy. Yeah, store policy to have enough change for future customers. What about current customers? Like everyone else, all about the almighty buck and not truly about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wont ever rent a tool from these guys again. Please be careful everyone with this store. They are more worried about making money than they are about customer satisfaction. Guess Im not surprised. Auto Zone wouldnt do this!!!!

Excellent customer service. I called the Jax Beach location to get a battery quote and the Advance Auto Parts employee was kind, quick, professional and informative. I also went online to check out the recommended battery and the site presented me with a 25% coupon so I purchased the battery online for store pick up. During my lunch hour AAA helped me get to the store where Advance had the battery ready and the install was another positive experience. If only all sorts of other things in life could be so easily resolved. Thank you!

I came here to have my engine codes checked. They couldnt because of COVID. That’s fine. Then I asked if they could show me where my spark plugs were in case they were loose. They said they couldn’t for the same reason and that they couldn’t even come look at the car. That’s fine. But then they proceeded to come out and put on someone’s windshield wipers for them. Huh? Doesn’t add up. They wouldn’t have even had to touch my car to show me. Bad customer service.

Helpful knowledgeable workers that always help. They are often over used by petty people who do not want to do it themselves or go to an actual service station. Please do NOT CHANGE YOUR OIL IN THE PARKING LOT!!! It is rude. Also.. Learn to change your own wiper blades!!

The employees here are very helpful! I came in just to buy antifreeze and one of the employees (who I wished I didnt forget his name) answered questions about why my car was overheating. I never once had to fill my antifreeze so I was relieved he could help me. Then after I walked out, he came out after me and made sure I was filling it right. And after looking at my engine, he noticed my oil was leaking and warned me I was low. This man went over and beyond to help a customer. Very much appreciated.

Keyla was absolutely amazing. I went in for new brake lights and she realized that wasn’t what was wrong. Definitely the most knowledgeable employee I’ve ever met in an autoparts store. I will now base my visits on when she is working!

Employees are always very helpful. My only issue is that i cant use online coupon in the store. I have to order it online and then go pick it up so i can receive the best price. I dont understand that but it save me about 20 to 25% sepending on coupon.

My husband is deployed and I had a brake light go out (of course lol). Went to get the replacement bulb and Jerry was so helpful in getting the bulb replacement and even doing it for me, which was actually harder than it sounds!!! Such a lifesaver. Recommend this location.

Just left the Advance Auto Parts in Jax Beach. After running some errands this evening, my husband’s truck started to lose electrical power. We pull into Advance Auto Parts where we are met with probably the greatest customer service I’ve ever been provided in my entire life from ANY business. Blair is an absolutely amazing employee and person, in general. She immediate figured out our alternator was bad and sprung to action. I can’t even explain how well this otherwise stressful situation was handled by Blair. Got a new alternator and got our battery charged. Also, I’ve never been to the Tires Plus in Jax Beach but Merle from Tires Plus helped my husband replace the alternator and re-install our battery in the parking lot. I can only imagine the service one would receive at his business as he was incredibly helpful.With both of their help, we were back on the road and on our way home to get our Christmas tree up. I highly recommend this place for all your auto part needs. Absolutely incredible and above and beyond my expectations for any level of customer service.

This is the WORST experience Ive ever had in a parts store before. The guys who helped me (Jimmy and Steve) took no interest in helping and continued to tell me that I didnt have the part I was looking for in my car. Guy who helped me didnt seem to want to work. Came in knowing I needed a battery, asked him to test it. After telling me I needed a battery, suggested I go to Walmart since they are cheaper there. I mentioned I wanted to do it here for convenience and help installing it. He responds they can do it at Walmart too. I tell him I want to buy the battery, pay for it. He asks if I need anything else, I say just for you to install it. He responds ok, but doesnt seem edgar at all to do so. Ive never seen someone at an auto store not wanting to help so much before. If I hadnt recieved a cash back deal I wouldnt have bothered.

The manager is completely rude and knows everything and will make you aware of that and talks over you every time, annoying! Theyve also price matched big name stores in the past and now all of sudden they only price other auto stores. I called another AAP and they said no problem....
