Ms. Mary is a absolute treasure. A little over a year ago Mavis replaced two of my tires and foolishly I did not buy the warranty. Well long behold those same two tires started splitting on me. I called up Mavis and spoke with Ms. Mary, and she acknowledged the tires should not have been worn down so quickly. Long story short, Ms. Mary did what she does and got both tires replaced for a fraction of the original price.I live 30 minutes away from this location but I’ll always make the drive for this type of customer service. 10/10

I had a nail in my tire and stopped at 3 places to try to get it fixed. All 3 places told me to come back tomorrow. I was getting frustrated because my tire was losing air fast. I pulled into Mavis and Josh was able to help me right away!! They fixed my tire very quickly. The place was very clean and all the employees were very courteous! They have won by business as well as that of my entire family!

They were extremely welcoming and helpful. They did an inspection, oil change, and fixed and replaced my rear brakes within an hour. Other brake repair places were quoting me 4 or 5 hours. They even stayed late to fix my broken backseat that no one else could seem to fix. This is my new favorite place for work on my car, highly recommend and loved the employees!

We stopped here at 436 PM they almost were closing they were beyond willing to help with a flat change. Even with computers down they went above and beyond called their other store and took care of us. We appreciate you josh and Mary!

I wish I could give more stars, but limited to 5. Ray was great!! I came in looking to have a tire repaired. Ray said let’s look at it first, went and got a couple things. He inspected my tire, looked at the screw going through and determined it was just the top, not actually into my tire. Popped the head out, verified it wasn’t leaking and safe to drive on and sent me on my way, no charge. I went to 4 places before Mavis to get it looked at, everyone wanted to sell me a $200+ tire. Ray and Mavis just wanted to help me the customer, hard to find these days. Definitely recommend!! I’ll come back for future issues. THANK YOU!!!

I was price shopping tires and Mavis was the only competitor who offered “to beat the competitions price”. They had my tires in stock next day, no additional fees, came out $40 cheaper, did a full break & alignment inspection free of charge and told me I didn’t need any additional services even when I asked (Ex: break pads). Way to 100 Mavis Jax beach!

Mavis Tire (Jax beach) is the best tire service store I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been there several times for my family’s cars, and the service is great, I always get a deal, and they are fast.I had a flat tire about a mile from the store, so I went there to borrow some tools.. no questions asked, they loaned me tools and didn’t even ask for collateral. Then I brought the flat to them, and they fixed it for free. They are always awesome!

I highly recommend this location. In addition to an oil change and tire rotation, I needed new front and rear disk brakes. Josh, at the front desk, was polite, knowledgeable, and ready for my car at the scheduled appointment time. The manager, Ray, has numerous years of experience in our area and took the time to answer all of my questions. In addition to quality work, the price was fair and I wasn’t surprised with any “hidden” costs that are so often tacked on at many other tire and brake shops. I won’t hesitate to trust this shop with all of my future business.

Ive had my car worked on three times here in the past couple of months. These guys take great care of your vehicle while providing the best customer service - ever! My first visit was a tire / wheel install. I have custom wheels and I didnt have to remind them that there were specific torque requirements. I was impressed by their diligence in making sure to put down mats and plastic if they had to get in the car for any reason. Over the years, I have just come to expect sub-par service. The first visit alone made me a customer for life.My second visit was a lowering springs install. They quoted me the book hours for the labor. It took way longer (I warned them!) but they didnt ask for any additional money. Because the interior had to come out, a wrench slipped and nicked the tinting on my rear window. They didnt try to hide it and assured me it would be paid for. Luckily, the tint show fixed it for free!My 3rd visit was because I thought there was a problem with the spring install due to a rattle. Ray, the manager, took it upon himself to try to figure out the issue. Long story short, they worked on it all day and figured out it was an unrelated issue and they corrected it. I was certain I was in for a whole day of labor charges. They were more than merciful to me to say the least. Again, these guys have made a customer for life and I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I came In one hour before they closed on Friday night. They replaced and fixed my alternator that evening with very few questions asked. The best repair experience I’ve had in years! We have to leave for Pennsylvania in the morning and this service saved our weekend.

The people at Mavis on 3rd Street were incredibly helpful. I had a rental car with a nail in the tire, after long discussions with the rental company my only option was to go to Tire Kingdom. Once there they told me they could not patch my flat for 2 more days! I went to Mavis and they really helped me out! They were quick to respond and understanding of my situation.
