Amy was wonderful!! She helped us sign up for the credit card promotion which saved us a few dollars, and she personally took the time to help us load up the heavy piece of furniture into our car. Youll never know what to youll find at Home Goods! Look at this whimsical floor lamp. Perfect for a kids room or an eclectic or Bohemian place. The pink feathers are a more saturated pink than my phone camera picked up. $100. I wish I knew someone who would appreciate it

The store is fantastic, and the employees are friendly. Still requiring masks, even for the fully vaxxed like we are (if you arent and are still concerned, get on that). But theyre sweet as they can be about it. And major, major, major bonus points for having an entire Pride section and absolutely incredible holistic section with scents and oils.

Home Goods is a great place to shop. Especially if you have time to really look over their merchandise. Always shop there for birthday, Christmas, shower, and wedding gifts. They often have something that is actually nicer than what I was looking to buy. Great prices and helpful friendly staff.

Every Wed/Thur/Sun youll find new exciting articles for your home. Its like a huge candy shop for adults or an eclectic shopping experience Prices are very reasonable. Worth a visit before expending your money elsewhere.

The customer service my mom and I experienced here today was absolutely insane. I went to the front to ask if there was a large cart for two mirrors. The man standing there (doing nothing but saying hi to customers) said we only have one size (even though they have larger utility carts) and told me someone in the mirror section could help. I went back there and no one to be found. My mom went up front to ask someone else if they could help and they said they would send someone. 15 minutes and no one came. So we lugged these HUGE mirrors up front and a woman came and took one and had an attitude about it and didn’t say a word. When we had then checked out and tried to get help taking them out, the man up front watched us struggle trying to carry them out and said ok you got it. When I told him the service was less than satisfactory, he said “alright” - I love home goods but I will take my money elsewhere. I was here on 6/28 around 4pm.

The service here was nicer than any other Home Goods Ive been to! The store was so busy yet the staff was smiling and happy to help. Great selection and prices.

HomeGoods has wonderful unique things that you cant find anywhere else and the prices are always great, I try not to go there because I always buy too much.

I dont mind the construction going on but not 5 stars during to furniture prices. If I wanna spend $599.00 for an entertainment center I would expect higher quality of product not the thin particle board they are pushing... just my opinion

I love this store! I found a baking tin Id been looking around for EVERYWHERE! I thought I would have to resort to buying it off Amazon, but I found it here at a great price! I also found a ton of Keto stuff, which is so awesome since Im currently on the keto diet! The only complaint I have is that the aisles are a little small in the middle and it was difficult to get through when there was already one person in them. This seems to be a common theme with most HomeGoods stores, though.

This store is much more organized and displayed than the Southside location. I really liked their selection of items as well.

Great deals

My review is slanted because my wife had her wallet stolen while in the store at JAX Beach. Staff (except for one person) pretty much ignored us and was ineffective in support, probably because the manager was having car problems and, consequently, was not at the store. If she had a back-up, she did not identify herself. One person took initiative in checking on what could be done, so I had the impression she was new. No one on site could access the surveillance camera so we had no chance of looking for the person who took the wallet. Be careful shopping at this location, it is being worked.

Good prices and I always find what I need for home decor

This store gave me the worst anxiety. There is too much stuff just stacked and stacked and stacked on top of each other. Holy moly I dont know how ppl find anything in there.

I absolutely love shopping there for everything but especially decorative planters, teas and dog toys!

Parking is terrible because of construction. Store is nice and lots of variety of merchandise.

Never can find anything I like plus too expensive for left over items from dept. stores.

Decent selection of home decor with contemporary furniture. What I love the most about this place is that their inventory will be different month to month, almost like a mom n pop boutique store but on a bigger scale.

You go in here looking for something and then you realize they have things you didnt know you were looking for. This place is dangerous in a good way.

Great items and prices. We decorated most of our house when we first built our house. Something to remember is if the only have 2 items and you need four, they will call another home goods close by to see if they have the additional.

Great staff, but absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THEIR CC COMPANY SYNCHRONITY BANK. Got a card with $1,400 limit was buying at 2 different stores and they flag the account as Im making a purchase for under$200!!! Dont waste your time on this crappy card, use another and wait for a coupon for the store.

This is one of my favorite stores when I want to take a drive to Jacksonville from St Augustine I always go to Home Goods cuz I can always find something perfect for the house and really cheap and thats awesome too
