The entire experience was well above our expectations. Our salesman, TYLER was great and listened to our input. The delivery team was awesome. They were on the mark, the call said they would be here at a specific time span and they were. They were efficient, treated our home with respect and thanked us. Like I said everyone went above and beyond.

Great experience! While I dreaded shopping for a new mattress for the same reasons as shopping for a new car (pushy salesperson, too many options, up-usell up-sell up-sell), it was actually quite painless, and enjoyable. Rod was outstanding. He was thorough, informative, patient, very friendly, and quickly narrowed the field to several options that would be the best fit for us, based on our (initially established) preferences, regardless of price. He explained the differences between the mattresses, how those differences related to their prices, then allowed us to simply choose what we thought was most important, and what simply felt the best to us. In the end, we wound up buying a mattress that was a little more than we had anticipated going in, but that was our choice, based on the education that Rod provided, and what we wanted in terms of quality, construction, and comfort. We experienced a slight problem with a mattress purchased at Mattress Firm in January. I went into the store and was greeted with the same efficiency and warmth as when we purchased the mattress. I called to get a California king low profile box springs. I was quoted $185. When I got there it was $185x2. The cal king needs two xl twin box springs. They ring me up for two cal king box springs. I feel scammed.

Purchased a Beauty rest hybrid mattress and adjustable base. This experience far exceeded trying to buy these items online, etc. John, our sales associate, was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. HORRIBLE experience with a RETURN. DO NOT be taken by their excellent customer service on the front end because God forbid you have a problem or wish to return an item. John the Manager at the Marsh Landing Jax Bch store is rude and condesending. No help what so ever and needs a lesson in Customer Service! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR COMPANY. Been waiting on a REFUND for 3 weeks. They picked up the mattresses on 5-18-2020 and today is 6-3-2020. A $4322.53 REFUND DUE ME. My next step is to go to my bank and dispute the ENTIRE purchase because of their shady return policy and fees to return.

I cant bring myself to drop the rating to 1 star based solely on buying experience. I have always gotten good products and services from this location. However, in the current COVID-19 Pandemic, ALL employees should were a mask to protect thier patrons. Sick employees should be sent home. On this day and elderly employee, will forever be know to me as Typhoid Mary. She came say down in front of me and promptly started to hack up a lung. Spraying germs and mucus everywhere. She kept at it, no mask, until the manager asked her to retreat to the back room. No one but the customers had masks. Ill never shop there again. If you value your health, I would recommend you shop elsewhere. The Marsh Landing location shouldbe shuttered until the Pandemic has passed. As should any other business that does not enforce employees to stay home if sick. And enforce masks for employees to protect thier patrons. 5th and last bed I will buy from Mattress Firm.

The store manager last night when we came right at the end of the day took GREAT care of us. Knowing I worked for a Chiropractor and knew basically what I needed for my own spinal health- she let me make choices based on my own knowledge and Doctors advice and only gave suggestions based on what I explained I needed and what my budget was. She made sure we had all we needed at a price we were comfortable with and stayed late to make sure everything was absolutely taken care of. I highly recommend her and this store to anyone!
