I went in to buy a table set and your awful employees would not stop berating me about my gender identity. As Trans woman, I find this kind of behavior intolerable.

Turner has a great selection, and the staff is most helpful. The garden area is the best in area.Their prices are high though.

Their indoor home items are also very beautiful, high quality, and unique. A lot of coastal style decor. This store has become my go-to for home furniture and decor!

The garden center has a wonderful selection of good quality plants for indoor and outdoor as well as a good selection of pottery. They are generally helpful in the garden area. I wouldnt buy furniture here, it is very over priced.

Best assortment of in-stock Yeti stuff Ive ever seen. If you are wanting something Yeti, this is the place to see it and hold in in your hands. They also have a great assortment of grills and outdoor kitchens and pizza ovens. And traditional hardware!

Betsy Higgons went above and beyond to help me replace one of the nightstands for our master bedroom after military movers destroyed it. Kincaid discontinued making our furniture, but Betsy contacted the company and miraculously found a replacement for me. Superb service!

The Patio store stocks high end patio furniture lines and home accessories as well as high end gas grills. There is a fab garden center here probably has more than most nurseries. Huge selection of ceramic pottery, plants, shrubs and much more.

Needed a “special order” item for my daughter for Christmas (BerlinGardens Rocking Chair). The manufacturer would not guarantee it would get here in time. I spoke with Jason at Ace Hardware and he assured me he would do everything he could to get it here before we left town to be with the family. He went over and above! He sent emails to them, he phoned them and he even tracked the package and let me know when it was shipped and when it would arrive. And yes with the tracking number I could do this myself. BUT he cared enough to do it and keep me informed. I was a first time customer but now I am a lifetime customer! Thank you Jason!!

They have given the worst customer service Ive ever received. They messed up my delivery twice. My $1700 special order sofa was not made right, and it still hasnt been fixed. An item I ordered broke the first time it was sat on...Thet still havent replaced it, even though they have it in stock. One of the pieces I order is so cheaply made, that it left a permanent indent in the cushion after my 90 pound daughter sat on it once. After a week, it now looks like a bunch of deformed lumps. I dont know whats more shocking, the poor quality or the horrible customer service.
