I highly recommend One Love Bridal Outlet to anyone on the hunt for their wedding dress, especially if you desire a higher quality gown, but don’t feel comfortable paying thousands of dollars for one. The employees were professional and helpful. The store was clean and bright. They had a lovely and diverse selection, so I was easily able to determine what styles I liked best. I really enjoyed shopping here and was thankful to have had a traditional bridal salon experience, rather than stressing over an online purchase. I thought a high-end wedding dress was out of reach for me until I came to One Love and I’m so glad I did!

I could not have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience!! I originally doubted that I would be able to find anything at an outlet being a plus size bride, but there were so many choices and I never felt like I missed out on something because it was not available in my size. The minute I walked in the door, it was like I was out shopping with my girlfriends, not at all the standard wedding dress shopping experience with a salesperson. They understood my vision and pulled a variety of styles and price ranges being respectful of my budget. If I could give 10 stars I would!! I came in not knowing what to expect. I had not yet been dress shopping anywhere else. Keep in mind to know a description of what your wanting not always necessarily an exact photo of what you want because they may not have it. Be open to things you may not have chose before because I definitely wasn’t expecting an A line to have as much versatility as it did. Zoe helped me see outside of the box! You really can’t beat the prices and remember not to be overwhelmed! I ended up with my dream dress with minimal alterations being needed! Loved the employee that worked with me, she was very sweet and allowed me time and space to think about the decision I needed to make. There was absolutely no pressure. I throughly enjoyed my time with the team, getting to try on wedding dresses of all types and rounding it up at the end to try on my favorite dresses again. Ladies!! If you’re on a budget like I was go here first! I went here to try on wedding dresses for the first time and i looked through their inventory for some and when I tried the one I wanted on I did not love it. AND THEN THEY PUT ME ON THIS AMAZING DRESS. AND I SAID YES TO THE VERY FIRST STORE I WENT IN. I was shocked. They are AMAZING and LOVE what they do! It was perfect ❤️ I will never forget this amazing experience !

I had an amazing experience with One Love Bridal Outlet! The staff is extremely kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in. Rachel assisted me during my appointment and she did a phenomenal job. Due to the the pandemic, my mom was not able to attend in person. However, she was able to join us via FaceTime. Rachel was very patient with my mom and even made sure that she had the best view of the session, touring my mom around each dress and giving close ups of the dresses. The appointment ran a little longer than expected and Rachel never rushed us and let us take the time we needed. [We were her last appointment of the day, so we did not cut into another brides time. :) ] The staff provided great insight into the alterations process and what options were available to achieve in each dress. This was very valuable to me as I am not too familiar with that side of the process.I am so glad I found One Love and even more pleased that I found the dress I was looking for at a very fair price. Definitely make a stop here if you are shopping for a wedding dress. You will not be disappointed!!

I could not RAVE about Love Bridal more! Paige and Laney went above and beyond to help me find the most perfect dress. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I thought looking for my dress would be such an overwhelming process, but it was so fun and completely stress free! They really bring a loving vibe and really just want the best for each bride! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an affordable but beautiful dress. I had a great time at my appointment and was able to get a gorgeous gown. The stylist Emily was so kind. However, when people arrive to shop please inform them that there are only a few parking spots for the shop and ask customers where they parked. I parked in the lot behind the building (which turns out is not owned by them) and walked out to find my car had been towed with my wedding dress in hand. I was told that someone would call me to discuss the incident, but well over a week later I havent heard a word. Upsetting to not hear anything about it after spending so much money... Despite this incident I would still recommend the shop.

Do your research. Tried on a dress listed online for $0.00 (mistakenly) and was told in store it was $1,000.00. I fell in love with it (Melissa dress), but my friend noticed a small dirt smudge on the bottom of the train. Asked if they would have it cleaned or reduce the price for me to have professionally cleaned and was told no. I took a couple days to sleep on it before committing to the dress. After some research, I found the exact same dress (carrafina designer) brand new for $829.99 +tax in Melbourne. I went back onto One Loves website and saw that now the Melissa was listed for $1,200.00! The girls were very nice and helpful, but for the overpricing of sample dresses? Wasnt happy about it.

I had the best experience finding my wedding dress and absolutely loved my consultant! I seriously appreciated that I wasn’t pressed for time and that Rachael gave up her next appointment in order to let me finish up without stressing; that’s some amazing customer service.
