My phone is literally still not fixed. Ive taken the same phone to them twice. First time it was fixed incorrectly, second time they literally did nothing and gave the phone back. They keep claiming my part is special order, and saying thats why it takes so long. Quoted me same day, took over a week. Oh, and they never call to update you on if your part has arrived, if your phone has been finished, etc. I truly believe this to be a scam

Amazing service! Mike was so prompt and gives a fair price. He replaced my phone battery and threw in a screen protector free of charge. I have two littles so he came out to my car to retrieve the phone and we were able to wait in the parking lot and within 20 minutes head home with a new battery! Thanks Mike. Amazing service and price! All I needed done was a battery installation in my older Droid smart phone. I provided them the battery and they put it in for just $20! I made several other calls to other shops to get pricing. This place was by far and away the fastest and cheapest. Excellent quality work, too. There was one shop in Ponte Vedra near the roundabout heading into Nocatee that wanted $70 to do the exact same thing, which was insane for a 15-20 minute job. 10000 Cell Phones is awesome!!!

I first contacted Mike via Yelp’s quote message system to quote a screen repair on a cracked iPhone and he responded swiftly and beat all competitor’s pricing within a 20 mile radius! I came in for a screen replacement on a Friday evening about 5pm (an hour before closing), and within 15 minutes from checking my phone in (no appointment either, walk-in), I was out with a new screen that was also warranted. One of the WORST places Ive ever gotten a phone fixed/repaired/looked at. Ill give them the one star because the employees were nice in the beginning, the first time I brought my phone here. Ive had to bring my phone back a total of three times now to have the screen replaced due to issues with the screen not working. The first time I took my phone in, I went in with my fingerprint scanner working and left with it not working. I had it fixed and now the third time Ive brought my phone in today to have the defective screen replaced AGAIN, I am leaving AGAIN with a fingerprint scanner that DOES NOT WORK. They refuse to do anything about it. AT ALL. No discount, no fixing it, NOTHING. I am furious!! So, if you want everything to work on your phone after you get a screen replaced... do not take it here cause who knows what might be wrong with it when you leave with it. I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE.
