I entered the store as an irate customer, the manager, Sean Butz, not only talked me off the ledge, but helped me figure out the best possible scenario For me and my family. He found every possible discount and new plan and explained them to me patiently and thoroughly. I am grateful that I had that face-to-face opportunity in this fantastic store. I went in to upgrade my Note 9 for the Note 20 Ultra. The two gentleman that helped me out was Shawn and Todd. They were very knowledgeable about what they were selling and gave me more then one option on what I was wanting. Had a great experience! I had problems because of a different store I started my plan with. Brittany made everything extremely easy didn’t try and push anything on me and is all around an awesome employee. Highly recommend opening a plan and having her do it!!

Setting an appointment was easy. Todd, the customer service rep, was very helpful, informative, patient and guided me in upgrading our cell service and phones that was appropriate for our needs. A truly pleasant experience.

Juan and the whole staff were amazing. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They were very busy with multiple customers waiting, but still got me in and out very quick, and did everything I came in for, plus more. I usually go to a store closer to my house, but will def make the drive to this store from now on, due to the exceptional customer service and positive, welcoming atmosphere.

The customer service was wonderful. Rosa and Peter were so helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and helped me get all the promos that were available. I left the store very happy.

Went to my local branch to resolve a sim failure problem and go over my bill. I was told they cannot remove lines or go over the bill. Only resolved my sim failure by installing a new sim. My 2nd line isn’t working (dual sim iPhone). I need to remove that line and incur no further charges. Would be nice to have full service. I acquired the second line at a branch, why can’t I cancel it at a branch??? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Careful! Been a customer of AT&T for decades came here for a new phone and service. Got home and realized they signed me up for insurance, next step, and other services I did not want and they did not ask me about! I spent an hour on the phone to remove some of them, and now waiting in the store to remove the rest (the ones she couldn’t do by phone). Seems unethical and a huge waste of my time after the 2 hours I was already here getting the new phone. Edited to add- left after waiting 20 minutes of no help... went to the Beach and Hodges location where I was helped immediately and they took care of everything- highly recommend going to that location instead!!!

Shout out to Shane for being an awesome employee! He helped my grandmother who is much older find a plan that worked for her and was very patient and went above and beyond to help her. Awesome experience because of this employee! Thank you Shane!

Customer service is great--their hands are tied when it comes to pricing. I went in to see if I could lower my bill and see about an upgrade.We pay $180 for two phones with unlimited text and data. I was told we dont get a regular phone upgrade without adding to our bill. And that we were at the rock bottom price unless we had the payment automatically debited every month, which would save $15 a month.We need our phones so hands are tied, but it just seems super expensive. I havent compared it to other companies.The gentleman was super nice. He cant give us savings that the company doesnt offer.

I was seen pretty fast by a rep and I was getting a new phone at the time.

The ATT rep, Shane, was just great. Patient, efficient, informative and friendly. He made sure we got the plan that was best for us at a good price, took the time to save us money and made sure all the technology was up and running successfully. Shane is truly an asset to the company and to ATT customers.

Todd Mugford, our sales rep was fantastic. I have always had a good experience at the ATT store, but this particular experience was exceptional. Todd was super friendly, super knowledgeable, and super helpful. Just awesome. Great job Todd!!

Lamar was top notch!

I was having significant difficulties with my ATT.com account. I had gone into multiple ATT stores to change my plan. After several trip to two stores, on line attempts and several call-ins, I ended up with an account that I couldnt access, a plan that was unknown, and a phone bill that could have been anything. I decided to go to the ATT store in Jax Beach next to Trader Joes. Juan, the manager, and Shane spent at least 45 minutes trying and succeeding in figuring out and correcting the problem. Simple as an extra e in the last name. They were able to get the best deal possible for me and straightened out my account so I could access it . Thank you for taking the time to help me in a time when people dont, but should, take care of their customers. Juan was very patient with a person that was not technically savvy. Both Shane and Juan were professional and knowledgeable.

Todd was very helpful and made sure we left happy with our purchase.

Revised Review:My recent visit to this store was a waste of time. The representative was not helpful, he was rather smug or rude with a smile.Having service with Verizon as well as AT&T, I went to their store for help with my AT&T phone. The Verizon representative was able to give me good information on how to proceed. His suggestions lead me to the St Johns Town Center AT&T store. There I was met by a polite and helpful manager, Carlos, who provided me the needed solutions.

8 customers in the store and only 2 employee’s working. Doesn’t really make sense to wait for hours just to make a trade in

We bought a new iphone 11 for our daughter. When setting it up she noticed the camera was not working. We took it back to the ATT store to exchange it and they indicated we needed to take it to the Apple store. The only way they would replace it is if they charged us a restocking fee. The customer service was unhelpful and unsympathetic (e.g., the phone works - it makes phone calls). We were told to go to the Apple genius bar - which is backlogged for at least a week. This is the only store I know of that will not replace damaged/defective merchandise that they sell. Particularly frustrating given how much money the phone cost and how much money I pay ATT each month. Will buy directly from Apple next time.

I don’t share reviews often, and I’ve had all of the major internet companies (and am almost always disappointed and have poor customer service), but today I worked with Lamar at this location to help get my wife and I set up with internet at our new place. Hands down the best customer service across the board. Lamar was on point, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of, the techs I’ve worked with are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’m actually really surprised. I didn’t know internet companies had this level of service anymore. Thank you all - will likely be a frequent customer!!

One star is too much, by far. Arguably the worst service ever. Staff is not trained and not knowledgeable about other services than, I suppose, selling phones and contracts. They are slow, rude and aggressive. A what do we call it: gatekeeper asked me twice to wait for assistance, after close to 30 minutes, some impolite, discourteous salesperson tells me that they can not help me canceling a second redundant line. If the gatekeeper had been trained properly he could have explained this is less than 20 seconds.

The manager is a real whiz at phones, operating settings and issues. Very helpful.

These people have terrible customer service. They only want to help customers that are upgrading not current clients that have problems with their service. If you arent spending money dont come here. They will just have you sit and wait until all the upgrade or people that are looking to spend money are gone.What a surprise...... Back for a second time in 48 hrs and yet another 30 minute wait for service. Meanwhile the sales reps are either standing around or helping anyone that walks through the door that wants new service. No help if you are needing to fix something on your account. This group of people are the worst.

Heres why I dont like att, I walked in to get a SIM card for an I pad mini for a friend, was asked why, and if it was going on my acct, said it was for a friend, and it was pay as you go,then told they can come in an get sim, so Ill get unit unlocked and get it thru another provider since att has to try to sell you more when you were there to buy a simple SIM card and use their service.

The new staff did a good job, offered solutions and stayed late to complete my needs.

I have tried to get service here for the last three days. Each time I have gone in they have not had enough staff to serve me, I waited, waited, and waited - finally gave up hope. Today I went back (3rd time) as I walk in two service reps are busy with customers and one is sitting at the desk, he tells me that someone will be with me momentarily...FINALLY I have hope, ten mins passes and he finally comes over to me just to inform me he is off work now and one of the other guys will get with me when they are done.I have literally tried to give them money the last three days - need an iphone for both my mom and dad for Christmas...considering switching to Verizon as all my contracts are up.

The “manager” here is extremely rude and arrogant. Had to call AT&T customer service from the store to resolve my issue after the manager turned his back to me and walked away mid conversation.
