Long line but service was good...a dog customer ahead of me eagerly waited for his cup of whipped cream they give dogs in the drive thru. The cashier said they had a ferret earlier! Friendly service!

It will be nice when this location gets its act together and lets people dine in again. But I am going to Panera instead just down the street. I actually like their coffee better the food is much better and their coffee club subscription is great!

Had a seasonal coffee, pumpkin latte, its great. Service as always was great too.They dont let you consume products inside the store. Walk or drive a few blocks and have a coffee by the beach.

A very decent and spacious Starbucks. I also got a kick out of some of the drinks. I ordered a kiwi-starfruit “refreshment.” I asked whether it was a coffee or a soda or something, but the barista said it was a “refreshment.” I looked it up and it’s actually called a “refresher.“ In any event, it was tasty, and even had pieces of kiwi fruit in it. Been coming to this Starbucks since they opened at this location in January of 2013. Used to love studying here at the big table before Covid, oh well....go through the drive daily and my order is always perfect.

I had the pleasure of stopping by this Starbucks and was so impressed with the positive energy & wonderful customer service from all the staff. Having worked in customer service for years, I was so pleased with the personalization of the service, the obvious teamwork and management support. I was treated very well, they were accommodating, & provided such a great experience! I will be back to visit and recommend this store!

This store is clean, fast, friendly, and consistent. It is obvious that they work very hard to get people their coffee quickly (especially in the drive- thru)! There are a lot of beach-goers that frequent this shop and it seems to have a lot of regulars! Tyler is the store manager and he has a great way of connecting with customers and fixing any issues that may arise. The store is 2 blocks from the beach and is a great spot to stop, grab coffee, and walk doen to watch the sunrise (they have 1 hr parking spots!).

I will definitely say this place is five stars I have allergies and it concerns me they always listen to what I have to say and they make sure they keep my food and my coffee away from cinnamon which is my allergy

The NERVE!!!! The manager tried to insist I have my family wait outside while it’s raining, windy, and for the first time in Florida Cold! when I stated we were waiting on drinks she said “oh ok” I don’t get it??? Understood no inside seating, we were literally waiting why be rude to us instead make our drinks and we will leave? Customer service shouldn’t be expected at this location. No stars should be given, I wish I could get my money back.

Wow. Had to wait at the window to get my order. When the young man came over (I waited almost 10 minutes), he asked if I had been helped, I told him not yet, he handed me my coffee and said its on the house since you had to wait.. Nice surprise after a doctors appt. Coffee was great, too.

I used to love this location but over the past few months I have grown to hate it. They never seem to be open. I try several different times a week and they always have a handwritten sign both on the door and in the drive thru that says sorry for the inconvenience, but we are currently closed. .I would understand if it was once or twice a month but its several times a week. Also its not because of limitations on hours because I always try to go during the middle of the day. Today for example they were closed at 3pm on a Saturday.And on the rare times I catch them open, I always find my self disappointed with the customer service. Most all of the employees seem absolutely miserable. I understand people having a bad day, but every single associate, every single time, seem like me being there is an inconvenience. Then to top it off, the drinks are never consistent. I order the same thing, every single time and sometimes it made absolutely perfect and sometimes its made in a hurry and its absolutely awful.Long story short, this place used to be fantastic but it seems as if this past year has caused them to no longer care. If you can, I suggest driving to the Starbucks on hodges, where youll always find open doors and the associates all go out of their way to make you smile. Dont waste your time with this location.

The team at this location is awesome! The Pandemic has been going on for over a year now and I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to work in a customer-facing industry during this time. Each barista I have met is so caring and friendly, balancing the task of keeping themselves and their customers safe with outstanding customer service!The manager is the best I have encountered! You can tell she takes her customers’ satisfaction seriously. I came in and asked if the seating inside was open. While she explained to me that it wasn’t, she made sure to not dismiss me, and explained why it wasn’t and alternative options—this was during our rainy spell! Even though the indoor seating isn’t available, she provided me so many options and seating to use when the weather is back to our normal standards!This team is probably the most heartfelt Starbucks I have come across traveling through many states. I think a lot of people on this review board may overreact and try to make the baristas look like the villains. Remember, Starbucks is a corporation and they uphold and enforce the policies! They’re not the bad guys. I feel especially sorry for the lady who posted a review saying the manager informed her there isn’t open seating inside and took it sideways. Not everyone is out to get you! Grow up!The team is working really hard and, over the years I have been going to this location, this is the best team yet even with COVID factored in.Regardless of their policies for the pandemic, I’m so glad I get my coffee fix even working from home from a company that values customer and barista safety!

Ive met the rudest person in the restaurant business and she works here. You will know her because she greets everyone with disdain and rude comments...Im appalled that she still has a job... starbucks is the same product everywhere but at this location its served with a side of hate.. Closed cafe for any purchases so I ended up not spending money on a gift card- the drive thru lane was ridiculous for just a gift card. Went to bold bean to get the gift card instead.

Always came around 5:30-5:45 am right when they were opening because I had to be at work at 6:00 a.m. now unfortunately I am unable to get coffee prior to going to work since they arent opening until 6:00 a.m. now. Truly loved coming to this location since they were always consistent in making my coffee.

I am editing review. This place is very popular and busy. There is a potentially helpful Starbucks app in which you can order ahead of time, but it doesnt give a decaf option. Fixing the app would be so beneficial for busy folks and those who are not big on crowds, especially with the current pandemic. The coffee is delicious. They obviously use magic beans.

Wonderful, friendly and really fast staff

I love Starbucks. The hospital is nearby so I am here often. This Starbucks was previously enjoyable but the past few months the workers there that I have encountered seem straight miserable. Yesterday four cars in the drive through took about thirty minutes and the drive through employee literally did not talk to me. My coffee has been way wrong numerous times. Everyone has bad days, but this location is having bad year. Other local locations are fine. Perhaps it needs new management, perhaps there are coffee ground turf wars... whatever it is corporate needs to get it under control.

I showed up to the drive thru on a Sunday, which I normally do on Sunday mornings before I go into work, and waited in the drive thru line for near 15 minutes before people started backing out and pulling through, I assumed because they were upset with the wait time. Once I got to the ordering kiosk I soon realized why it was taking so long. No one was working to take or make orders. This was at 7am. They normally open at 5:30 on Sunday. Disappointed and a waste of time.

I wanted to clarify... that I’ve had a horrible experience at this location a few months ago... but my relationship with this location took a 360. Due to a very knowledgeable, kind and professional employee. He was absolutely phenomenal! I walked in today and I was greeted by name. I was very surprised since my name is pretty peculiar! Super pleased with my last two experiences. The gentleman educated me about the matcha teas and even added in some historical facts!! He did not hesitate to answer my many questions while providing excellent customer service. My drink was made in a timely manner and I learned something new!! They can be super busy at times but I don’t mind since the mobile order option saves me from the wait time!! Keep up the great work!

Love Starbucks period! I love this location right by my home and they are always very professional and pleasant but the Only thing I would or do not like about this one is how flipping BUSY this one is! Like ALL the time busy, even at 2 in the afternoon!? Which means No parking ever And the parking lot is small and hard to get in and out of. Everything else about this Starbucks is Perfect! I will continue to go and maybe just ride my scooter for easier In & Out!😉

We ordered two coffees. Waited for over 25 minutes while several other customers ordered and received their drinks. When we asked about our order they didnt even start on it because the label didnt print. The girl who took our order didnt even apologize and just pointed at us and our drinks once they where ready. 35 minutes for two coffees and they werent even busy.

One of the better Starbucks in Jacksonville. Good selection of pastries and the baristas are a pleasure to talk to. I pulled one star for 2 reasons. First the parking lot is tiny for the amount of business they do so finding a spot can be hard and the back spaces are impossible to get out of if theres a line in drive through. Second, you need some more comfy chairs in this location. Other than that, their coffee is superb and service impeccable.

Great location and great people! When going to Starbucks I have to be VERY specific on my drink because new Starbucks people may not know or understand what I drink. The cashier did not place “wet” on my machiatto but they were quick to fix it, I appreciated that. Although it’s a great location the parking and drive thru is terrible. B it again we’re right near the beach, parking is limited and space so I get it.

I’ve only gone to this location a few times. I usually go to the one on 3rd street. Every time it has been consistent and delicious. Expresso ❤️ I had a hot sandwich here and it was so so much better than expected.

The staff here is always so lively and kind and everything Ive ever ordered has always been delicious. This is my favourite location to come to.

I went in the drive thru and had no idea my debit card was expired and they told me it was okay and that I could get them next time. That made my entire day and they were so nice about it, I love this Starbucks. I will be coming every morning

This Starbucks has the FASTEST drive through of any Starbucks Ive ever been to. Ive had a line into the road 10 cars deep take less than 6 minutes to get me coffee and on the road.The employees are all very nice and courteous, too. Nikki is the best!

Though the parking lot is always crazy, the staff and manager (Tyler) are fantastic. Being a couple of blocks from the beach doesnt suck, either. Very roomy inside, too.

A nice and large Starbucks two blocks away from the ocean. They used to have wine and beer, but unfortunately no more. There is a drive through and also short term (maybe 15 minutes) parking option. It is great for group meetings and work.

Thee best Bucks in Duval. I drive to the beach from Riverside to get my cuppa from this location. Keep up the good work, yall!

Great Starbucks. Servers are quick, kind and helpful. The parking is difficult during peak times, but the drive through is always available. I have not tried the Starbucks evenings, but they do offer it here! Wine and beer with pairings after 4 most days of the week I believe.Overall, great location and great coffee shop.

Still not open inside

Not sure what is going on with this Starbucks, but 2 mornings in a row the lobby has been closed. It wouldnt be a big deal except that theyre still taking mobile orders on the Starbucks app, but once you get there you cant get inside to pick it up! Its frustrating. Surely, Starbucks has a way for their stores to turn off mobile orders.

I will drive 30 mins to study at this Starbucks because it’s got a very open atmosphere that isn’t loud. The chairs are more comfortable than other starbucks I’ve tried studying at for long periods of time. Starbucks is good, and pricey at all locations, but the staff at this one is above and beyond. They are so kind, friendly and helpful. They have a lot of regulars because of this.

I planned to sit and enjoy my drink in this Starbucks patio for 30 min. I was really bothered by a gentleman who smoking a very smelly cigar which the odor comes straight to my nose. What I know is Starbucks forbid smoking 25 feet from its stores. The store crew doesn’t keep an eye on what’s going on in their store. The staff are super friendly. I have only been during busy hours, it is like they don’t have a slow time. But, they are large enough to accommodate, but parking it is extremely limited.

Walked in to grab a coffee and a quick bite. The staff were friendly, and the coffee was good too. It look like a cool place to hangout plus it did have outdoor seating.

My stepdaughter has a love of these drinks from Starbucks and I occasionally will go and pick them up for her. I having worked in fast-food previously and critical of drive-thrus. Because of this I judge Starbucks as I would any other drive through when I go through theres. In my experience the various Starbucks drive-thrus are all very efficient and tend to be staffed with some of the most polite and suggestive people they ask good questions and are great at getting your orders right and outs to you in a quick and expeditious manner.

Workers are awesome. They are always friendly and helpful. They always recommend stuff for me to try. Its on the smaller side so parking during certain times can be a pain. They also have free wifi!

My favorite location at Jax Beach. People are friendly. Staff is prompt. Overall good vibe. I love to make an afternoon of it. I walk the beach, have some coffee and/or wine, do some light shopping then go to dinner. Good memories made with every visit!

This Starbucks, is like all of them except this one only allows 1hr parking due to being so close to the beach. We had a snack and a drink after a day at the beach. Great place to cool off with an iced drink.

I asked for almond milk 3 separate times in my latte bc I have a bad intolerance to dairy. Guess what? Wasn’t almond milk. I can’t really taste the difference myself so when I initially drank it, I didn’t know it wasn’t almond milk. Guess what again? I DO NOW. As someone who works in healthcare and with people with food allergies, I am BEYOND disappointed. You need to do much better as you’ve basically ruined my whole day and I have a ton of patients to see today. Thanks Starbucks. I’ll be reporting this to corporate.

The Jax Beach Starbucks redecorated and took away the very nice comfortable chairs and the tables and chairs and have replaced it with very uncomfortable and sparse furniture. Clearly a deliberate Act to encourage people not to hang out and or loiter inside the restaurant. In truth it looks like a smart business move for the restaurant since I clearly make most of their money at the drive-thru. But disappointing to the folks it enjoys sitting for 20 or 30 minutes with friends for coffee in the morning.

Starbucks... been to one.... Coffee was great with good service. Parking cost a star as it is about non existent making drive thru line back out onto the public roadway impeding the flow of traffic.
