I’ve been to this location x4 already and each time several employees will walk up to me and ask, “Are you doing ok?” This is absolutely unnecessary every time an individual comes into the store. I’ll get asked at almost every turn into a different aisle. Additionally, in my profession, I enter this establishment in a full suit - nor do I resemble nor look like someone who needs constant supervision and questioning or simply perusing your store. Rework your approach to customers and stop viewing each one as a potential risk or threat. I’ll take my business elsewhere if this continues. Ridiculous. If you’re going to follow folks throughout the store when they’re spending $171.73 weekly for their business, at least smile when you do it. Make us feel comfortable, NOT like we’re being watched!
I scanned some documents there at self service machine. Came home, put my usb into my computer and the are no documents. 1 star.I went back to the store next day and they scanned documents again at no charge. Its good this time. Leaving 4 stars because of the inconveniences.
Needed last minute event posters for Ayala’s Acres, a no-kill animal rescue. Sales associate Tony and sales manager Mike were not only awesome to work with, the printing job was done early and looked amazing! Thanks so much for making the process easy and seamless!
Been there a couple times now and each time they have been extremely helpful and patient. I had to print out multiple different things on short notice for myself and my fiances wedding coming up and they were kind enough to help me adjust it to fit everything correctly so it came out looking great. Special shout out to Mikki behind the printing station for being especially helpful and kind to us throughout the whole process. I highly recommend taking all business, printing, and shipping needs to this office depot.

Went in to get some print work done for a flyer I had to get our ASAP. Wasan Bahnoo was the person who help me and I must say I have never experience better customer service at ANY office supply store than what she provided. Not only did she take the time to explain to me multiple options, by the time we were done I had saved a little more than half of what I was expecting to spend when I arrived and walked out with a better flyer than I came in with. It is because of service like this at this particular store I drive past 2 other locations and multiple printers just to get my work done at this location. My experience at this store was no less than 5 stars all the way around. Although, it was my first experience with Wasan she is obviously well know for her customer service skills and knowledge of her job as the lady standing in line next to me turned to me and said. Isnt she awesome! I come here all the time and I love working with her. I can do nothing less than agree. Wasan... you are AWESOME!
I want to thank Thomas Felix for helping my wife and my 91 year old father in law in finding everything they were shopping for. Thomas walked throughout the store guiding them to each item. Again thank you Thomas.
My review is based on just one person that works at the printing counter. Alex is the only one that works there that knows what he is doing and is dedicated to his job! I will not go get anything done unless hes working. For the rest of the employees they need to train them so they know what their doing.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer free delivery on their bulky items but aside from that not much going on here. Place is a ghost town and I can see why. Why come here when you can order everything on Amazon for half the price?
I am charged $3 scan for $6. The guy told me later if he scan it himself its extra. I could scan it by myself if he could show me the scanner.
John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the several products I had questions about including desk chairs, cables, and ergonomics.
The Copy Center in this location is excellent for color copies, custom sizes, custom paper, etc.Ask for Erica, she knows those machines like the back of her hand! The result is quality and speed.

I am hispanic, it is not the first time I have received a BIAS costumer service from the staff at different locations, a female staff is handling a conversation with another staff while she is attending my request, being myself the adult and client she wanted to show off and explained how much knowledge and experience she has with clients like me; THAT IS PERSONAL ALLUSION, THEREFORE A SORT OF DISCRIMINATION OR PASSIVE AGRESSSIVE ATTITUDE. In another ocassion a staff attended me intentionally in the middle cashier being the right sided chashier available. Have no desire to return to OFFICE DEPOT AT ALL.

This store has very poor customer service. It appears that it is an inconvenience to the cashier to check out a customer. I interestedto find another company that is interested in providing customer service.
Has everything I need and is my goto place for everything office but the staff are VERY weird at this particular one.

The worst customer services. I asked for help 3 times nobody helped me out, finally I called customer services they helped me over the phone but not the in-store sale associates, Thats why they are closing so many stories, hopefully this one soon as well.
There are a few deals, as the store is moving down the street Monday December 10th.
