I had a custom brochure RUSH job to produce on a Sunday. I went to Office Depot and was treated so rudely by the print and copy employee that I finally quit asking questions and walked out of the store. Office Max did not have the right paper or binding, FedEx Kinkos was closed. But I was surprised to walk into Staples in Jacksonville Beach and meet Chris in the print shop there, who had a big smile and was ready to help. He listened to my request and let me know that they didnt have the paper I needed, nor the binding. HOWEVER, he showed me other options that would print beautifully. There was a problem with my PDF document and he called and left a voicemail and also sent an email. I didnt see them until the next morning. When I called Staples, I talked to James in the print department, who picked up right where Chris left off and solved my problem and finished the job. I highly recommend this stores print shop and commend them for their professionalism and willingness to tackle a tough job. I refuse to patronize a store with lazy and rude employees (that means you, Mr. Rude Dude in Office Depot).
I went there to print a resume and I asked for 8’10 paper and he said no problem. He gave it to us 8’11 so we asked for him to cut it to 8’10 so he gave it to us at 7’10 so we asked for the manager.
