Big Lots as a whole is a great company with many options and best value for your buck. This particular location is so well kept that its easy to find what you need safely and comfortably. I love this store location and the staff is always super nice.

Well stocked and efficient check out for a BigLots. Easy access in and out of traffic. Staff were friendly and professional.

So we got over charged for a 5x7 rug at 100.00 and noticed not one of your workers wanted to make it right. Thanks alot we gottold it was In the wrong spot and that they needed to fix that but not for over charging us. Just wow so disappointing and upsetting 😡

A cross between Walmart and Dollar Tree. The former obviously just has more quantity while the latter has alot of home goods for a decent discount.Big Lots is a nice in between for your average store run without the hassle of going to that big box store.

Purchased several beautiful Christmas ball lights, couldnt put them together, returned to store on Beach Blvd. Assistant store manager Mike was so wonderful, Patient and very kind.He took time out to help me put them together....perfect customer satisfaction....I left very happy!Thank you mike!!

This place has awesome prices but its staff could use some training. I know it is their job to assess risk and make sure that people are not stealing and at the store is safe. However not everyone carrying a big purse is going to steal. Every time I go in there I am following around because I have a big bag. Because I am on the bicycle tonight we use less plastic bags this way but each and every time Im falling around accused of stealing because of this

Horrible customer service. Made my husband and I feel absolutely horrible. Awful furniture quality and return policy. Never going to buy from this store or Ashley Furniture ever again! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Cried and felt horrible all the way home after the way we were treated at this store. Cant recommend any interaction with Zoey, Bob, or Tracy.

We went looking for baby related items, and found none. We went looking for storage shelves for the bathroom and didnt find that either. However, we did find a good deal on laundry soap. Thats about all the good that came from that visit.

Friendly business for all your shopping needs. Just visited half an hour ago with my wife. Especially like to thank BOB Team Leader for being polite, professional and courteous. Employees were terrific.

The ladies bathroom was filthy. Walls, floors, sinks, toilet looked like it hadnt been cleaned in 6 months at least. Ill never go back there.

I’m huge on deals and being able to find good stuff to put away. This place is great for that. There’s also a garage sized area in the back left of the store full of clearance stuff. I’ve found some good stuff back there, I especially love shopping here after holidays because everything gets marked down even more. I also noticed if the line starts to back up normally there’s no issue when it comes to the staff requesting an extra cashier to get people out faster. Signing up for the rewards card is also great. I get coupons emailed to me and have managed to save people around me money by mentioning I have a coupon they could use. Spread the love.

Great service and unusual, unique items in groceries and home décor. They have a great choice of Christmas decorations and home organisation products. Its kind of a smorgasbord of all kinds of goodies!

And furniture, rugs kitchen ware, mirrors. On and on. Almost anything you might need for the home. A few clothes in way of warm pajamas and sleepers. They also have underwear and beauty items. Pet items too. I go there frequently. And usually find something. Good prices!

Such a great experience being a shopper at Big Lots!!! I was blown away by the prices and most of all the Progressive Leasing program that they offer! The sales men Dustin and sale woman Melissa were most exceptional in there patience to help me get just what I wanted! They made shopping at Big Lots a wonderful experience for me! This store is always empty never fully stocked I feel like they are closing down.

Today Husband and I shopped for a sofa. Melissa and another older gentleman associate helped us in furniture dept and was very nice and attentive to us as well as other customers. If they didnt have it in stock theyll call another store for you. It was a bit crowded to walk via couches with a cart and just one couch was dusty a bit, but the others werent. Nice looking furniture and matresses for great price. Also have bed frames, kitchen tables n chairs, sofas, sectionals and electric fireplaces. Seen few ottmans but didnt see any coffee tables. They helped us with any info we needed. They did recommend the easy payment plan and offered the moving haul business they had, but we decided on buying the sofa outright with our card and rent a truck from homedepot. Melissa helped my husband place the wrapped sofa on the truck. No issues. Then we came back to grab a couch cover and few more things. We enjoy looking at the holiday and home decor there as well. Melissa lady remembered us and was very thoughtful. Odessa was our very nice cashier. She apologized for the wait cuz their was a lady who got upset cuz she didnt know the milk wasnt part of some discount they had, also line was getting long so melissa stepped in to help. Odessa ask if we found everything ok and if we had a biglots card. As for our experience everytime we come here we havent had a bad experience.

Very nice store with an awesome selection. Sherri (apologies if I spell your name wrong) was very helpful with us getting our Covid masks. I would recommend as their prices are typically better than Walmart and Amazon for those cheaper items.

This location has the nicest stuff and best prices. Found a beautiful plant stand. Price was unbelievable.

Big Lots prices arent as great a bargain as they once were. Prices are competitive to big chain stores. Some bargains can be found from time to time. Staff is always friendly and willing to help.

This store is very organized and full of seasonal merchandise. The manager(an older gentlemen) was very friendly and helpful!

What do I say about Big Lots. Six years ago in my eyes the could do no wrong. Great deals, good brands in foodstuffs and household, like sheets and kitchenware and good savings in home and garden.Then something happened, dont know if the company changed ownership, leadership or what happened but rarely do I find myself even considering stopping by. I used to go out of my way to stop by. It was in my starting rotation of stores and now is a aging reliever whos good stuff seems to have all but disappeared. Last week, my girlfriend says I want to stop by Big Lots and my first reaction was why? theres way cooler places to go to look at things and go nah, thats the same if not more than Walmart. But you showed me an email with a free red bull to lure you in and give you the energy to talk yourself into believing you might be getting a good deal. I checked my email and floating amidst ads trying to convince me that dating was a blast and peddrugs to further the illusion I saw that I too was subscribed still to big lots mailings. Sadly the red bulls would have to have been much much bigger to move me off the above opinions. Thank you though.I didnt do the full mooch. I purchased two boxes of Special K (the cereal, lets keep it clean here) from the clearance shelf for 3.50. How the once mighty have fallen.

Went into the store just to look for one item but came out with a cart full. I found things that Ive been looking for online for a while. I found them at Big Lots. I love going there. You can always find things in the store that you would like.

Sign up for their rewards card and they constantly send you coupons. Good ones. Combined with their sales, it’s the cheapest option for replenishing household basics.

Great prices, awesome service.We recently purchased a 2 piece sectional here and ended up getting the same two pieces (they didn’t fit). I’ve been very busy lately and I wasn’t sure when I’d be able to bring it back to trade it in for the other piece.Without hesitation, the manager (I think it was Michael) took it upon himself to get a delivery out right away, and pick up the wrong part as well, awesome people here!

The older white lady need to be little patient. Huffing & Puffing need to stop. She screwed up my screen when I show her the coupon & Big Lots Reward #. She was the one holding up the line, because I have to pulled it back up again. I only have one working hand. Next time I will have someone else to wait on me and scan my phone. She was the one complaint about which way she have to scan it. Not my problem.

They have rearranged the check out to better meet the demands of social distancing. Their shelves are finally beginning to fill the shelves with cleaning items and paper products. Not items labeled with prices, but probably working on it.

Really nice stuff for your garden and patio. I found a bunch of cute modern fun things for our back porch for 1/2 the price you could get from Target!! I will be going back to check out the kitchen stuff at some point.

This location is average ..found the sectional + ottoman I wanted. Staff was attentive and quick to assist. I was in, made my selection, paid & selected delivery & before I knew it, my furniture was home. Sucks that it didnt come with instructions and I ended up with a lot of loose staples and didnt know it required a drill to screw on the legs. I wouldve been pissed if I had not have had the tools of the truck taxi to assist I wouldve been up the creek. A more straight forward heads up wouldve been nice! 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Very disappointed. Website said they had 24 screens in stock. When I went there, was told they no longer sell them. If your store isnt selling a product anymore, remove it from the site so customers dont waste time going there.

Food is good for price. Great veriety! Furniture is very high quality for price. Skincare is limited. Haircare is wonderful. Home decor is AMAZING! Any style you like is there. Im very modern and hippie and I love their veriety of different aspects. Good toiletries. All in all very good! Staff sucks tho. Very nice nasty and lazy.

I went into the store today they did not let me use the coupon emailed to me that clearly stated Thursday, Friday and Saturday the manager Jim just nope dont know what that is and walked away. 3 things also came up the wrong price and was not corrected even though the slippers already state they are 9.99 not 12. Aside from that I still have not received my 5 dollar off coupon i should of received last week. never have I had such a terrible experience.
