Customer service here is excellent! I was greeted immediately by Kris, who remembered me from when I had come in a day or 2 before, and even remembered exactly what colors I got samples of. She also helped me pick out colors for my interior office wall using an inspiration photo I gave her. Thanks for taking the time to provide such top notch service!

Mornings can be very busy, so go later on in the days, less professional painters, they usually load up in the morning. The service I receive at Sherman Williams stores is why I do not go to home depot . I drive to this store as it’s not the nearest to my ponte vedra home but provides better service and although the inside of the store was closed I still enjoyed positive interactions . The gentleman grant who I spoke to on the phone went above and beyond and looked up paint I bought years ago. He explained to me the differences between the brands and made me smile when he brought out the things to my car . I’m glad this company is still open during this time as it gives us a way to be artistic in our homes and enjoy ourselves . Ask for grant !

I felt invisible. One worker was just staring at the paint shaker machine; like she was dreaming of being somewhere else. My friend told me to look at agreeable gray, because it is the paint color of the year. There were no samples in the slot.

This is my second time getting paint from them and each time the paint doesnt match. Its not even close to matching. I was guaranteed this time the paint would match. They wont even give you your money back. I will take my business to Home Depot. If its not right they will give you your money back at least.
