Friendly and so helpful, less expensive than any where else I checked, very good quality product exactly as requested, cut to the eighth of an inch. Loaded it for me, helping figure out how to make it fit in my vehicle, including going to find some scrap cardboard to keep it from scratching the insides. Ordered one sheet of unusual size, they ordered it from another location no problem and had it in stock and cut to my specifications by the next day. Awesome price, product, and service.

So glad we found this place. Needed 2 square feet of 1/2 plate steel. Alro had it cut to spec, and ready to load within 1/2 hour of a phone call. Very reasonable price, considering a small amount. Worked perfectly for our application, and will be ordering more this week.

Great place to shop for metal product, excellent customer service. All kinds of different types of metal and bargain bins. They also have a shear to cut sheets and a band saw.

Good place to get any kind of metal sheet, plate, tubing, cylinder, square and L type metal, they also cut what you need, have raw material handy for sale too, everything to do fabricate and to complete the crew advice you and make you feel like part of the family, one of my favorite place to get anything to build whatever you can imaging

The guys up front were extrememly helpful and polite. Could not ask for better people. However, the pretty-boy bossman felt the need to give corrective actions to the floor guys in front of customers, belittled a customers daughter and the customer by saying she was an unsupervised toddler(even though, unbeknownst to pretty-boy, she is 7, was under strict orders to not touch anything and come directly to me when she finished getting gum from the machine) and he also felt the need to rudely interupt a sale by having his employee sign some insignificant paper that could have waited another 40 seconds for the sale to complete. All without offering any apologies what-so-ever. I would have given 5 stars if pretty-boy dbag had stayed in his office. Oh and not the place for high carbon alloys. Despite the bossman, the floor guys make the experience worthwhile. Bossman could learn a few lessons about customer service from them.
