I went into this business to look at getting an atrium window repaired. The gentlemen at the front desks then proceeded to convince me that a specialty tool was needed to replace the balances and recommended meto Gause Glass. Not knowing anything about window balances I blindly went over the Gause Glass. Two technicians came out and told me it would be $292.00 to replace. Luckily for me they never followed up and I did a little youtube and research on my own. Bottom line, after spending $28.92 on the replacement parts and watching a couple of videos, I realized that no specialty tool was required. Only a Phillips and flathead screwdriver was needed. Took me about 10 minutes to replace. Just one business feeding another relying on people to remain ignorant. I would consider this business dishonest and never use them again.
