When American Freight install my fridge they destroyed the floor in my brand new house. I was given an email address to file my claim. so I sent pics to the email address and a month later someone called me. They told me to get two estimates and they were going to email me the information. They never emailed me anything, no claim number, no phone number to call. nothing. I have been emailing and trying to call Matt Grant however every time I call I am told he will be in tomorrow. They keep giving me the run around. Do not do any business with this company.

My husband and I bought a GE fridge from here. We are very happy with it. They had a great selection and the salesman Emanuel was outstanding! The appliances have some scratches/dents, but well worth it with the discounted price. The refrigerator we bought had very minor blemishes. They offered delivery and an extended warranty. We will definitely go back the next time we are in need of appliances. Although they do sell couches, mattresses, dressers, dining room tables, etc.

My family and I had a particularly great experience today. Not only did we find a washer half the price of any other washer we could find in town, but the front desk staff was great. Both Charles and Manny helped us so much; not only were they nice, friendly, and extremely funny, they also worked hard to get us the best price on the washer possible and were extremely patient working on paperwork with us. Highly recommend the store—such a helpful staff without being overbearing at all! Thanks for the help!

We would come here when it was SEARS Outlet for new appliances with only minor blemishes. Thankful this place is still around and was acquired by American Freight. We ended up with a $1900 new fridge for half the price with delivery and removal of the old fridge. Our sales rep. Manny was awesome and helped us out a lot. Our Electrolux has been nickel and diming us non-stop, so when it finally quit we were fed up and needed new, but as a working class family we were on a budget. Manny worked with us and got us a new stainless Whirlpool on the spot. They also offer competitive financing. Well definitively be back!

The customer service was great at this store. This is the second time we have purchased from them. We had help with every piece of furniture/appliance that we needed. The process after we picked out our items was very easy. Drew was great even after we had an issue with our debit card. He was very patient and continued to help until the issue was completely resolved and we had our items. I would recommend this store and will be back for my next purchase.

This store location is amazing and has customer service beyond anything imaginable. Manny, the service rep who assisted me was amazing.He helped me return my item within the 48hr limit without any issue. Afterward, he assisted me in finding a better replacement. We went today to look at Freezers, the store had about half a dozen in stock and we ended up getting 20 cubic ft for $629 and were able to take it with us. Everywhere else in town is sold out of Freezers with delivery dates of August so we were excited. We also ended up looking at a washer and dryer set and found a nice Maytag set for under $1k. Items do typically have some scratch or dent on them but everything we got looked good to us, minimal scuffs. Nice sales people, Patrick helped us but I heard other sales people talking and they were helpful and not pushy. We were very pleased with the entire process from entry through purchase, pleasant staff and great prices we will definitely back.

I went into American Freight for a new refrigerator. Charles was extremely helpful, professional, personable, and kind. It was a great experience. Then I came back because I found out my old fridge could be repaired and that I would no longer need the new fridge. I felt horrible, but this saved me over $1K. Charles was very kind and understanding. The issue was resolved with no questions asked. All of my money was reimbursed. I had applied for financing and I was just surprised by an email that their financing company also reimbursed me for my processing fees! I never expected that. I am sad that I am not getting a new fridge, but when I do need one, I know where I am going because I had a wonderful experience and I couldnt be more thankful for the kind employees in American Freight.

Bought a new refrigerator this past weekend and as soon as we walked in, we were approached by a salesman, Charles, and I thought it would be the typical salesman-right-on-your-back situation. Manny is the man went in on Friday with a list a mile long he found us every piece we asked for. We feared it was gonna be crazy expensive. We were wrong we ended up hundreds of dollars under budget. My fridge went out and i needed a new one asap. I found exactly what I needed and was able to take it home the same day. I have an old house and the space for a refrigerator is 32 so it is not easy to find a nice model that will fit in the space. We bought a bedding set and was promised it will take about 6 weeks for it to be delivered. Unfortunately, after 6 weeks, we were surprised to be told by Kevin that the bedding set that we chose has been discontinued so we can come in to look for something else or get a refund, very infuriating to hear that especially after waiting that long. We again went back to the store and met Kevin who we spoke to about getting another type of bedding set that we liked. Kevin told us they have only 1 in stock and will hold it until we speak with his manager- Ashton. Came the following Monday only to be told by Ashton that they don’t have what we thought was put on hold by Kevin!!!! Kevin didn’t give us accurate information to begin with and later found out that he knew the 1st bedding set that we bought was discontinued couple of weeks before hand but never contacted or updated us about it. Very disappointing customer service experience. Wasted our time & inconvenient us. Currently, working with Ashton to rectify this mess, he has been helpful!!Make sure to follow up what you ordered if it will be taking some time to be delivered or picked up so that you don’t go through the same experience!!

Customer look on your items very careful look for any damages when you are buying spanking new take pictures look on your contract any damages on it American freight employees would say you brought damage unit or items not to honestly honor the Warranty from the manufacturers replacement. They will give store credit to you dont accept it . Customer only I have been there this month .

In and out! Cynthia was most helpful and a treat to do business with. Can’t wait to get our new fridge settled in! EDIT: it’s been 2 weeks and we still don’t have a working refrigerator. The appliance we purchased NEVER got cold. Their solution is that we have to deal directly with Maytag and they can’t get a service person out to us until may 12th (20 days from now). Can you imaging paying $800 for a fridge that doesn’t work? Besides having nothing to keep food cold, my son has life saving medication that requires refrigeration. Absolutely will never shop here again.

Went to American Freight on 103rd and Matt helped us a bunch. We wanted to see if the location on San Jose had a scratch and dented model of the same.. Got there and spoke with a salesman about a floor model washing machine. He said we could wait to talk to a manager so we waited for about 30 minutes. The salesman marked it sold right when we were walking towards it with the manager. Such a waste of time.
