We went there a couple weeks ago and wanted to buy a box of pancit canton and other things. I believe the price for a box of pancit was $25 as it was labeled on the box. The young girl had to ask the older lady to verify the price and I had told them its on the box. She said since it was the last box, she has to charge us $72 for the box. Are you kidding me? Youre gonna charge us 3x the original price because its the last box, it is completely asinine. All the different varieties of pancit were the last box. Completely unprofessional and only cares about profits, doesnt look good for business. The customer service overall needs a change of management. I no longer shop there and would happily go to Wilmington or the Filipino market down the road as they are more friendly and accommodating.

Best place in town to get ingredients for sushi. The prices arent always marked on the shelf or the item, so it can be a bit frustrating. Everything Ive bought here has been reasonably priced. The employees have very heavy accents, so if you have a hard time hearing, it could be a bit of a problem. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

Very very pleased with the wide assortment of Items in this store! I was able to to get all the things needed for my Gimbap! If youre looking for a wide variety of snacks this is definitely where you will find them! The staff are very friendly. Welcoming and 10/10 will visit again!

Wide selection. Tea infusers, daikon radish, bean sprouts, baozi, quail eggs, steamers, hot water kettles, .... the list goes on. About midway between Tomodachi Japanese Market and Aji Japanese Restaurant.

Great place to get noodles, rice cakes and snacks. Very nice selection of Asian goodies. Also a variety of Goya products. ( can beans, seasoning, sauces)

You can find a lot of nice niche asian/eastern foods and drinks here. I love the bread buns they have from japan.

This place is GREAT! Not only are the prices ridiculously cheap, but the variety of food and drink is almost staggering. I have never gone into this place and *not* found something new to try. Not only that, but they have classic snacks and drinks to sate any craving. I highly recommend this place, it deserves regular visits.

The store was good. I know know where to go if I ever need sauces and spices to make my chicken taste spicy. They have good pocky sticks, too.

Very neat store nestled into a strip mall with a variety of imports from across Asia. From candy and snacks, instant noodles and soups, seasonings, frozen meats and desserts, and even a sprinkling of teas and non food items, its a must stop for me when Im in the area. Check it out for all your snack and specialty grocery needs.

Best place to shop out of the 3 asian grocery stores in town!Small aisles, shopping carts available, wheelchair accessible.It may not have everything, but it has the basics & it gets the job done! Great for Filipino, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, & Indonesian ingredients. Asian cookware, ornaments, fine china, etc available.

Love this market! It has lots of wonderful items from Korea, Thailand, Japan, China, Mexico excetera..... I believe its the largest market of its kind to ever grace Jacksonville. The owners are very nice and are always helpful finding what you need and are willing to order it for you if they dont have it. I love browsing here as well. I seem to always find interesting things. I love stopping by whenever I get the chance.

Love this market. Hard to get items for Asian cooking are plentiful here. Prices not bad...some items a bit pricey. Good supply of items and owner is very accommodating.Almost like a trip to Chinatown, USA.Also..hair products for weaving, wigs and nice hair care section.

I like shopping at this market whenever I am in town. It is a smaller than the one that I have where I live, but I can still find a lot of the same things here. My only wish is that they offered more meat selections and fresh produce.

This is a great little store to get Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Phillipino, Caribbean foods and seasoning. If you need anything I would suggest asking if they could get it for you- theyre awesome at helping customers and filling special requests. Super friendly couple and they are very knowledgeable about their products. They started closing on Mondays, but it isnt a big deal for me.

A wonderful little place to get all of your favorite Oriental foods and cosmetic items as well. Very friendly helpful staff that know a lot about the products theyre selling you and what items go well with others.

Wonderful little store! I have NEVER seen bugs! It is always clean. The owner is so helpful. I would give it 5 stars if I found everything I needed all the time. Their inventory changes just a bit but such is importation.

Huge selection. The couple that runs it is fantastic, Ive been a loyal customer for 3 years or so. Great drink selection and if you have any special requests they will do what they can to find it for you. Need help with a recipe? The proprietor is a fantastic cook and can explain the details of Asian cuisine to you. You can buy is bulk there as well!! Try the UCC brand coffee if you can!

Bad experience because the food that i bought that day was expired and the owner gave me an altitude she said i was the first customer that day and she cannot refund my money for the item that expired and taste awfull. Check before before you anything because she let the items on the floor to sell it even if their expired. 2 people i know they have same experience buying food here. So watch out if you going to buy food here.

This is a smaller market than the asian markets I am use to back home. But it still has plenty of products that we buy. This town being small as it is, im suprised there is even a oriental market like this! We come here every week, the owner is super nice to us. And if you spend $100 or more during 1 shopping trip, she offers a free drink. (We always get a kids drink for my son, if not, a Thai Tea or grass jelly)

Ive been going to this store at least once per week for more than a year and Ive never seen a bug. How absurd.The owner is delightful and very accommodating and I can find all of my staple Korean grocery items here.

I go here about every 2-3 weeks to stock up on ramen. They have a whole aisle for just ramen/noodles. They even carry the popular Samyung noodles. They have a great variety of Asian food.

So I am Korean and the food here is homemade and very well portioned. A++++. This is a diamond in a rough of North Carolina. If you want something new this is it.

Small selection, not very fresh vegetables, nice staff (she can remember the price for every product they have!!!), closes early. Good place to get things like rice, dried noodles, asian drinks and stuff.

This place has a wide variety of Asian fare. They have Chinese sausage, Neoguri and Shin ramen, kimchi, curry pastes, mochi ice cream (red bean and sesame flavors!), and lots of different frozen buns and dumplings. The staff is also super friendly. I will definitely go back.
