My late father really should be making this review but I doubt they get any Google products or services in Heaven. Anyway, over the years, mom and dad have had a statistically higher than average number of fender benders, (Passenger side door skins more to the point) and each and every time Jacksonville Body Shop has come thru for the Win! Consistently beating other local body shops by sometimes as much as $500 for the same work, its hard to beat them unless youre trying to pull a fast one on your insurance agency and need a fatly padded quote, just a joke folks, chillax!The quality of work is exemplary, and Dad was a hard guy to please. The most recent door skin incident took place after Dads departure so I took care of the leg work for Mom. I picked the car up on the scheduled date. It was washed, vacuumed, shining like a new penny. All the gaps between panels were consistent and parallel and the color matching was spot on.I hope you never need the services of a body shop, but if you do, I highly recommend the folks at Jacksonville Body Shop.

When we picked up the car there was a bad spot in the clear coat and had to have them come back to fix the problem area and they didnt act to happy about having to fix their mistake

Wow!!!I’m from out of town and came back to my hometown to get my car fixed. I called them and they immediately told me I could drop my car off and they would order the parts to fix it and it would take only two days time. They delivered and were so efficient. But that’s not why they are getting 5 stars. I got into my car and it felt like they deep cleaned everything inside. It was sparkling clean and vacuumed and everything. I highly recommend this place!! Thank you guys so much!!
