I saw AmeriPro on a YouTube commercial and decided to use them as opposed to their well known competition to replace my windshield. From start to finish, they were very professional and prompt. Heather helped me file my claim with Progressive insurance and got me scheduled for an appointment three days later. Cam and Bill arrived from separate locations to perform my installation and I commend their patience with me, as I locked the key fob in my SUV! Cam’s efficiency and Bill’s attention to detail made the installation process under an hour! What I was most impressed with was AmeriPro’s guarantee of paying you $100 for your old windshield! Ive never had to replace my windshield before, so when I saw the crack, I had lots of questions. I tried to call another company I heard about on a commercial, and I could not get a human being on the phone or via online chat to save my life, waiting forever only for a robot to disconnect me. When I called AmeriPro, not only did a get a human being, but Brenna was so incredibly informative and helpful, she made the entire process so simple for me. She handled the insurance claim, scheduling, everything. When the Tech, Caleb, arrived (on time during the scheduling window), he was very courteous and completed the job quickly with a high standard. He knew all about the glass, where it came from and the quality, and he sure knew what he was doing. I couldnt be happier with AmeriPro, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting fast, quality service. If I could give them 10 STARS, I would!!

4 years after replacing my windshield and being paid by my insurance company they are now suing my insurance company because they said they should be paid $150 more. If you are able to give $100 checks just for windshield replacements, then youre probably charging too much. Keep your $100 checks and stop scamming people and their insurance companies.

My service technician Brent went above and beyond my expectations when replacing my 2005 Honda S2000 windshield. As an older vehicle, my rear view mirror was a bit difficult to remove from the factory bracket and he was very careful not to strip any screws. He asked if he could take the mirror home and he can soak the part overnight so he can free up the seized screw before reassembly. He came back the next day and tried to mount my original mirror to the new windshield but the slightest difference between the original mounting bracket and the new was just different enough that the plastic cover moulding would not stay. I told him that I was happy enough already that he didn’t have to worry about it but he said he could not leave the job without being perfect. With some assistance from Bill they were able to reuse the original bracket from my original windshield and I couldn’t be happier. The professionalism and patience was just out of this world. Thank you!!

First they were very transparent about their pricing and it didn’t change at all. The technician was on time and got the job done quick and was very polite.There was a whistling coming from the bottom left corner of the windshield and when I called support they immediately scheduled me an inspection. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star is just that it wasn’t completely right the first time but I would still highly recommend this place just for the transparency and service that you get and it will get done right.

Great people, really efficient service i had a leak coming in my car the guy identified it and told me how it happened and fixed the problem, windshield looks great super happy with the service. My only problem was the time it took to get my car in for service i originally was told 2 to 3 days to get the windshield i called 2 days later and seems like they forgot to order my windshield, so they ordered that day and i had to wait another 3 days including the weekend. Part came in but i had to wait another 3 days to bring it in for service.I just think with the great work the admin can be a little more efficient than they would be the best.

From first phone call from your office until completion of the windshield installation, I saw only true professionalism. My first interaction with you was on Monday, July 13th and the job was completed Wednesday, July 15th by 1:00 PM. Cannot ask for better service than that!

Had my windshield replaced on December 19th unfortunately my wife was the only one home so I was not available to stand outside and see that everything was done properly. It was NOT!The very next day we noted that the passenger side trim was completely loose and the 2 of the 3 clips that are made to hold it on were broken. Called AmeriPro and they said they would take care of it. Weeks later we called them again to see what was going on. They said they would email the lady in charge of helping us and get back to us asap. This went on week after week after week finally they explained they were waiting on a part they had ordered. (Please note they NEVER contacted us we always had to initiate contact for info. Also they NEVER came out to actually look at what part(s) were needed). Finally February 13th nearly 2 MONTHS later they showed up to fix our car. They did NOT replace the broken clips they simply use the black windshield glue and glued in a new trip piece. This makes it so every time the windshield is replaced going forward we will have to get all new trim pieces because ITS NOT DONE RIGHT! Upon further inspection after seeing what they did to the passenger side, I now see they did the same thing to the old trim on the drivers side 😡😡😡. There is black glue all under the edge of the drivers side trim. They also left part of the trim that was messed up by them popped up and not properly seated.Completely HORRIBLE service, Horrible communication and shady as heck fix of stuff their company broke!

Brenna kept up communication as we waited on the shipping of the glass and kept me informed when the original replacement was damaged and they found a new one. **UPDATE** - Received a call from the company and Bill took the time out to come look at the car. Very nice and professional and willing to help which was greatly appreciated. The company helped clear up any issues and concerns which is very important when trusting someone with your car!A technician came out and installed the new windshield in the morning. I was able to see him from inside of my apartment so didnt see the need to go out and watch his every move. Big mistake. Later on in the evening my car wouldnt even start. Not sure what was messed with as he had my keys and hood open but now I cant even get the car to turn on.

When scheduling, triple confirm they have verified the exact windshield for your vehicle. I was the last install of day and they removed my old windshield to find out they had the incorrect new windshield. Warehouse was already closed for the evening which left my vehicle without a windshield. Very inconvenient. My understanding is that you provide them with the VIN number and they can see your vehicles specs. When I asked multiple times if there was going to be anything for my inconvenience, the OWNER said he wasnt sure where I was going with that question and would have to check with someone. When he handed me the bill, he did not even acknowledge the mistake or inconvenience. First time using this company and will not be using again.

They were no call, no show the first attempt but did a wonderful job when we were finally able to coordinate our schedules (and get the weather to work with us). The fella they sent was really nice, did a great job, and even offered to put on my new windshield wipers.

The customer service is excellent and everyone was professional and exceeded my expectations.

Technician came out and replaced the windshield and left three very large complete cracks in the molding surrounding the windshield. When we contacted him he said they were already there and they would not replace them but if we want to order the molding he’ll put it on for us. We are getting ready to sell the car, and had just taken pictures of the car prior to the installation. It is very clear in the pictures that there are no cracks around the windshield. The technician was rude and reading through these reviews I am now concerned that this may never get fixed by them. But alas I have jury duty and will be at the courthouse next week so it will not be out of my way to file a small claims case at least and thanks to the pictures for the sale ad it will be easy to prove. I wish pictures were allowed on here, the cracks are complete, jagged and will be a leak problem.

This company is Awesome with a capital A+!!! I was so pleased with everything about Ameriglass! They were super fast in getting my truck fixed and very convenient in coming right to my home and the price was great as well !! I had issues even getting an appointment. They kept telling me someone would call me back but nobody ever would. I kept having to call them. And then my calibrations when I got my car back were off. The blind spot indicator is not working and the lane assist only works sometimes. Plus when I got my car park there was a TON of pollen INSIDE my car. So those $100 I got, have to go to getting my car cleaned on the inside. I have severe allergies to pollen so they werent even careful when the windshield was off.

Here’s the thing. Many of us complain when something is not done right. A few of us will take the time to review and share a positive experience. I could not have been happier with the service! Sara was not just helpful. She was the reason the service was done and helping me dealing with my insurance company. It is always pleasant, isn’t it? ;-) Now, from the moment we got that solved, she sent a super qualified representative, Clay, who took the time to explain to me everything! I mean, that kid has a heart of gold. He treated my car like his and he was professional from the minute he stepped down from his van to the last minute when he give me all paperwork and wished me a nice day. If that is not enough ... they paid me $100.00 for choosing their company. I mean ... for real?! You will be doing a disservice to yourself if you do not choose AmeriPro. A windshield shattered is annoying, loud services is ten times the nuisance. Now, try to get some money in the middle of a pandemic, and you will know how many you can count out there. Looked online for Auto Glass repair and Autolite come up in which I heard of them because of all the commercials but there Jacksonville office had poor reviews. Came across Ameripro Auto Glass and all 5 star reviews. Called them up, took care of everything over a quick phone call. A Tech came out the next morning, he was done in under an hour, gave me a check for $100 for my old windshield. Already told everyone at the office. Good news travels fast!

Outstanding customer service. The appointment set up was quick and easy. When the tech arrived he noticed I had placed silicone on a patch above my windshield and informed me of what could be wrong and he indicated he would like me to bring it to there shop to make sure he could better service it with no inconvenience to me. Met him an hour later and he late me watch and discussed everything with me. The work he did was fantastic and no upcharge. I will look no where else for future windshield repairs.

As others have already said, my experience was fantastic. I called the company and told them what happened to my windshield, and they went ahead and called my insurance company (SF) and filed the claim for me so that I didnt have to deal with any insurance headaches. Then Dan came to my house to repair my windshield within a few days and did a truly phenomenal job. The glass that was used was top-quality even for my old Toyota Camry (that I love very much) and he did a great job installing it quickly but thoroughly and his work was extremely precise. Overall very pleased and highly recommended!

So I’ve read a lot of excellent reviews about Nick and Dan already but here’s another 5 stars for these two (surprise, surprise). I was lucky enough to meet both. Originally it was supposed to be just Nick but Dan rolled in a couple minutes later and they decided to tag team the situation to expediate it which was really appreciated. Both were extremely professional and fun to talk to. This was my first time having glass replaced and I hope I don’t have to do it again anytime soon but if I do, I would 100% give these guys a call. I, by nature, am a procrastinator. After finally making the decision to replace my windshield (since the crack was growing & growing), it was only a matter of a few days until Dan the Service professional showed up (ON TIME), and gave me the most beautiful windshield! From Dawn Cass.....I JUST had my windshield replaced today by Dan, and it looks great! I was happy that they had the glass in stock and were able to work with me for scheduling the first available day for ME. They could have gotten to me earlier if I hadnt had other appointments. Dan explained everything to me, and he even gave me a couple of other pointers about keeping my car running well. He called on his way here, was done within about 30 minutes,and THEN I got a check for 100 dollars! Why get the work done anywhere else when they come to you and do such an awesome job? This experience was almost too good to be true - the best interaction Ive ever had over something car-related. Courteous, friendly, and incredibly easy and convenient - Mike came to me and replaced my windshield in the parking lot while I was at work. I barely had to do anything. He showed up exactly when I had been told to expect him, and AmeriPro dealt with all the paperwork and interaction with my insurance company. I wish they fixed more than glass, it would be amazing to have this kind of service with all things automotive!

Great customer service! The appointment time was fast and easy. Best part was when they showed up exactly on time. I set it up so that I could have it done when I was at work. I was approached at the dealership by a rep from your company because she noticed a crack in my windshield. I explained that it had just been repaired by another glass company, but I was not happy. She told me I could get it replaced and the insurance would cover it even though they had just paid for the repair on the crack. So we scheduled it and all went like clock work. Very happy with the service, professionalism displayed by all. This is my second windshield replacement in 3 months, although it is the first time I have used this company for a replacement, I would definitely use them again.
