Friendly service, however the job was not done correctly. When my windshield was replaced the molding was visible all down the interior passenger side of the car. Called to have the issue fixed and now it looks like the molding was just melted to hide the issue. Looks messy. Hoping the windshield will not leak.

I brought them a notoriously difficult project. 30 year old porsche 698 rear hatch glass. These are generally the same for 924 and 944 - the glass is a stressed member in a thin aluminum frame - they are prone to separation. Factory Auto Glass got it done easily! Damian knew exactly what he was doing and went out and bought the required special tools that day. I dont trust very many shops to work on my porsches, but they instilled confidence from the very beginning. We set an appointment time when it was convenient to me, and they turned it around in less than a day. Damian even took pictures along the way to show me all of the cleanup and before/after shots without me asking for it. I feel that I could NOT have had better experience. The team there absolutely crushed it. I will be bringing all of my work to them and telling all of my friends and PCA members. Beyond all of that the price was extremely reasonable - so much so that I even felt the need to tip. Service and competency like this is very rare these days!!

After taking my mustang there twice and they charged me over $550 in labor using my own new parts my window still doesn’t go up and down. Complete waste of money for me.

I was in and out in 45 minutes, the moment I handed over the keys they were already out there with the back glass double checking the size. All of the staff was very polite and the price was VERY affordable. I highly recommend them to anybody.

Called several shops to fix a chip in my windshield and was repeatedly told they only do full replacements so I was shocked when I found a place that was willing to repair the damage that measured about 1 inch across. I paid $85 dollars for the same 15 dollar kit you can buy at Walmart that was used on my vehicle so if you want to be overcharged for your car to look worse than when you came this is the place for you! The crack is still visible and now I have a opaque, discolored spot where the chip is. I expected professionalism but I should have known better when I pulled up at 3:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon and the police were in the parking lot making an arrest. I called not even 24 hours later to see if there was something further I could do and was told to replace my windshield - hopefully my warning is heard and I can stop someone else from making the same mistake I did by coming here. People work hard for the things they have and its a shame that because of Florida laws businesses will do unacceptable work unless youre filing a claim for replacement.

Own a 2012 Ram 1500 and had a water leak coming down the rear window. Was ready to have to replace the rear window, but my technician checked the 3rd brake light and found the leak and repaired it. He was professional, thorough and honest by fixing only what really needed repair. Their pricing was more than fair too. The front staff was friendly, knowledgable and professional too. I got a crack in my windshield as I was driving out of town and called Factory Auto. They were able to get me in and out within an hour. Staff was very friendly and understanding. There was no hassle in filing a claim and staff talking with my insurance company. No ridiculous paperwork to sign. I would absolutely recommend this location.

We were on our way out of town when a truck kicked back a rock and sent a crack halfway through the windshield. We called and were told a technician could have the replacement at the shop in 45 minutes (it only took 20) and installed in an hour (it only took 30 minutes). The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We were back on the road in a hour with a brand new windshield and zero worried. We will definitely be going back here in the future if we need the assistance. 10/10

Very professional and took their time and to make sure the windshield sealed properly. The old windshield was leaking and had some rust that they took a wire wheel to and then primed it to make sure the new windshield sealed properly. I will be bringing all my glass need to them in the future.

Wanted to give a shout out to Factory Auto Glass & their technician Richard for providing fantastic customer service. I had an unfortunate incident yesterday that required glass on my car to be replaced. I contacted Factory Auto Glass on the recommendation of a body shop I trust & was not disappointed. Richard arrived at our home to replace the glass less than 24 hours after my initial call. The install was done in a very timely & professional manner. What can you say about a gentleman with 37 years of experience. I was so apprehensive about going with non OEM glass but spending nearly 3X the estimate was out of the question. Steve was professional, and extremely thorough. He not only repaired my glass but laid down a layer of etching primer to protect my car from rust in the future. I understand removing adhesives leaves some scratched in places you cant see but water would certainly penetrate. He also found some addition clips that was damaged from a previous repair and replaces those with new ones. I rarely leave reviews but service like this is EXTRAordinary. Kudos to your company for workmanship you can be proud of. Cheers!

Called in the morning. They were out that afternoon. I thought I had a few stone dings but ended up only having multiple little stone chips (the sun makes it look worse than it is). Could not repair it, other than replacing the windshield which they did not recommend at this time. I apologized for waistline their time. They said no problem and no charge. Very professional.

This place is fantastic! I went here earlier to have a small crack in my windshield looked at. Got the estimate and compared to other places, I have to say this place is the best for service and price. The gentleman was able to fill in the crack, but wasnt able to completely fix it. Ill be needing to replace my windshield soon, and i will be back to have that service through them

About a week ago I called around to get prices on having my drivers door window replaced after it was mysteriously shattered. I know I called at least 5 other places and Factory Auto Glass was FAR cheaper than anyone else! I was honestly shocked at the difference in the price.....so of course I chose them. I’m so glad I did!! They came to my house to do the work which I really liked andI think it only took them maybe 20 minutes from start to finish and I was ready to roll again. Really nice guys too. I will definitely call on them again should the need ever arise.

First lets go in on pricing- almost half of what the other places I called quoted me. I do believe 220 was what I paid for a sliding door window on my van Any where else quoted close to 400 . Second, they estimated installment time to take anywhere to 1 1/2 to 2 hours, I had prepared ahead of time and brought my double stroller for my kids and we walked to Hamburger Marys (super good food btw) for lunch which took anywhere from 45 to a hour to order eat and head back, to which they called to let me know my van was ready with an hour and some change to spare . Like half the time and half the price !? I highly recommend this place .The customer service is impeccable.

A stone hit my windshield, leaving a small gouge and several cracks about the size of a quarter. The repair tech was on time and repaired the glass to a like new finish that was so good, I struggled to find where the repair had been made. Final price was the same as quoted over the phone...about 15% higher than the cheapest quote and 50% lower than its nationwide competitors. For me, having a tech arrive and complete the work as scheduled was worth the price.

The two men who came to my home (free!) were prompt, professional, and informative. They showed me the extent of the rust damage around my windshield, as I had a poor replacement in the past. They helped me take photos so if I ever get the body work done I can display the damage (most body shops were unable to determine the depth of the rust without removing the glass)Very impressed and satisfied and will absolutely call on them again!!

I called several different places for quotes on windshield replacement for a 2012 Dodge Charger with no fancy sensors. Most wanted on average $450. Freaking rip off! And most wanted a ten year background on u before they finally gave me a quote. These people were awesome from the time I spoke to the first point of contact to the time I drove away. Idky anyone would go anywhere else. Btw they charged me $230. I hope they never get greedy and change pricing because the surrounding market is surely robbing people. Also they took less than an hour and the windshield looks better than the original. Thank you guys so much!!

Justin R. came out to my work to replace my windshield (same day it was cracked). He did a fantastic job. He is a great, stand up guy with awesome integrity and Factory Auto Glass has my future business. Everything was replaced in under 1 hour (30-45 minutes tops) and was completely covered by my insurance. End of story, right? Nope.During the new installation he brought it to my attention that my windshield had been replaced before. Fact is, I have been the sole owner of this vehicle for its entire life (8 years) and I have never replaced it. The only explanation I can conceivably come up with is that the dealership I purchased my brand new vehicle from is shady and neglected to inform me that the windshield had been replaced.Turns out since they (dealership, assuming) did shoddy work, not properly sealing it during their repair, during these 8 years water has been slowly seeping under the glass, rusting the bodys frame. All because they wanted to save some money. When will people learn? That always comes back to bite you in the buttocks. Why cant people take pride in their work and do it right the first time? Unfortunately, now Im stuck with a much more costly repair (as opposed to costing me nothing).Sigh....long review thats mostly complaining about someone elses crummy work. Im sorry, thats not fair to Factory Auto Glass but I am forever grateful for Justins help, advice, and workmanship. He did the best he could with the situation presented. Again. Justin was excellent and I highly recommend them.
