Really great service. Some sales reps were canvassing my neighborhood, and I usually try to avoid door to door people. Glad I got to meet Mario. They caught me when I pulled in my driveway. Professional, informative, and very helpful. They took care of EVERYTHING. Came to my home at my convenience and now I have a great new windshield. Thank you!

Terrible company to use for window replacement let alone work for them. Very unprofessional and pretty much a bunch of crooks. Took money out of my check that shouldnt have been taken out. A bunch of scammers to be real about it. Terrible people who make fun with acting like disabled people, talking bad about customers, having sex with customers and stealing employees money. What a joke. I highly recommend not using this company.

I worked for Lee and Cates glass, I love my job, I was on ssi for 20years prior. I unjoy knowing my customers are not being taking advantage of and are happy. Lee and Cates sold out to Safelite, . It is a blessing to find a company that cares about the people.they have shown me they are not greedy and care about customer service and there employees. If you know me you know what I am saying is the truth, and I care about Customer sevice.

Poor experience and unprofessional from the start. Luis the sales rep had to reschedule my install three different times because he didnt know his technician was out of town?? The windshield came in and finally installed only to have the entire thing defective and distorted severely. They then replaced it and the replacement was and still currently is distorted and defective. They aaid they offer me a gift card to make up for all the confusion and frustration theyve caused and that hasnt come and wont. They never return messages, emails, phone calls. The sales rep all the way up to Nick the owner. Theres no accountability. Theres zero communication period. Essentially ypur left with a horrible product that is defective and been sitting in a warehouse for years. The install technicians promise you thats how windshields should look and are very condescending. Please do your due diligence and stay very far away from these people. They are liars, con-artists and will tell you doom and gloom scenarios about the bubbles on the side of your windshield.1. Multiple distorted windshields.2. Technicians were late, unable to maintain appointments.3. Lied about who to contact within the company and who to talk to about replacement windshields.Theae guys are scam artists, stay far far a way.4. Very poor communication, accountability and respect for the costumer.
