Filled up with gas on I-95 and engine began to misfire. I was towed to Arlington Toyota. Staff got to me as quickly as they could even though I am an out of towner. After a lot of work they got me going and I was able to finish my trip from Washington DC in my awesome Toyota Tundra! Thanks for the effort!

Overall, the personal customer service was fantastic. As a brand new Prius Prime owner, this was my first experience with Arlingtons service department & for the cars first routine maintenance. There was Steve in the service department who I never actually met, but spoke with on the phone. He went above and beyond to make absolutely sure I was well-taken care of. There was a temporary snag on my part with the appointment time scheduled but it worked out fine because of him. Even though it was his day off, he called and left a message wanting to make sure my appointment went well...if theres anything more he can do... There was also Daz (I think), who did the intake and checkout. He was just genuinely happy to be there and be of service. How delightful! The whole experience was a welcome surprise Its smart business to have the same service person assigned to the customer throughout the process.

Took 2021 Avalon Hybrid in for 15K warranty maintenance (tire rotation, fluid checks, visual inspection of consumable parts) on 15 September 2021. Was met and briefed by service manager Steve McLendon. He (and his techs) did an excellent job at in-taking the car, placing it under service, keeping me posted during the service visit, and personally finding me in the waiting area and telling me my car was ready for pick up. Steve then went through all the paperwork in a thorough, professional manner. He instilled confidence in me that he cared for my car as much as I do. Steve is a keeper, for sure.Buying a new car that cost more than $30K is a big investment for any family. Being able to trust your car to the maintenance staff at the service facility is paramount. While communications is keep, servicing the vehicle competently and completely (performing all of the specified services) is of the utmost importance. Previous Toyota dealership in Jacksonville, FL was borderline criminal in their demonstrated maintenance incompetence. Pretty sure I have now found a home for my new cars service needs in Arlington Toyota, and specifically Steve.

I brought in my 2020 camry on a Wednesday. The staff member, Chris, was assigned to my car. He asked for more details about the issues with my car and I explained what was happening. He said that my vehicle would need to kept over night to replicate what my car was/was not doing. I gave him a number to contact me. Thursday came and went. Friday afternoon I called and asked for an update. The person I was transfered to said that there werent any associates in the service department available to speak to me and before I could speak, they hung up on me. I called back a couple more times but was put on hold or hung up on. I called again Saturday afternoon and a young girl answered the phone. She was preoccupied with someone else while taking my call and when she finally gave me her attention, said the same as the others the day before. No one could find an associate from the serve department to assist me and no one could answer any of my questions. The young girl assured me that someone would contact me. She asked for my contact number and as I gave it to her she began talking to the same person she was preoccupied with before and was laughing. I had to repeat my phone number for her THREE times because she wasnt attentive. Before I could say anything else, she hung up on me. My parents, who contacted me for answers moments later because I borrowed their vehicle while mine was being serviced, were furious that I hadnt received any actual assistance. My father then called the dealership. He called me moments later to tell me my car had been ready since Friday morning but they couldnt tell him what was actually wrong with my vehicle. I was very angry. Because of work and service department hours I showed up Monday morning to get my car. The lady at the cashiers desk was very polite and tried to explain the papers regarding the work done on my vehicle. No one in FIVE DAYS tried to contact me and this lady was the only associate who was attentive, polite, or tried to answer my questions. This is VERY disappointing. I never complained, was negative, or rude to anyone that I tried to talk to in those five days. I get it. Maybe they were understaffed, maybe employees were already spread thin, staff members were in training or not trained properly. Ive always received stellar service but this time was very disappointing. If this is now business as usual, I will not be recommending them to anyone else like I have in the past.

I arrived for my 8 am appointment on 8-26-21 and was not checked in by service employee for 20 minutes. They pulled cars from behind me ahead of me. When the service employee greeted me and got me checked in he informed me it would be about 2 hour wait. I was pretty heated since I did have a 8am appointment and wasnt pulled back for 20-25 minutes. I needed the service done so I waited patiently. At the 2 hour mark the service employee comes to me and says theyre behind and they havent started my truck. I asked to be put in a rental due to an appointment I had to get to and he told me he cant do that. I then requested a Manager. He went to search for the manager after I stood there waiting for a few minutes. After another 5 minutes or so another associate asked what I was waiting on. I told her and she said she needed him too. A few minutes later her and the Manager came back. He was not the original manager they was looking for. After explaining my concerns to him he told them to get me into a rental. I needed my carseat out of my truck. We get back there and theres 4 associates beginning to work on my truck. I said by the time I get my seat out and put in the rental and paperwork for rental I might as well wait for it. They assured me they could get done with it in 25-30 minutes so I waited. Needless to say this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The overall check-in process is a complete mess and I should have just left when they pulled up the first car from behind me. I was there 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and the checklist they do. I was really expecting the manager to come back and at least offer to comp my next oil change or % off future service to try and keep me as a customer but I guess they dont need loyal customers. I will drive the extra 35-45 minutes to go to the dealer across town from now on.

Had a 1:00 appointment for a oil change.Apparently they were overbooked. I prepaid for a maintenance plan when I bought my car. The service tech never gave me updates, I had to find him. 2.5 hours in he said, they had to order a filter. 3 hrs later he said 20 more minutes my car to be done an hour later he was gone. I found another tech to give me an update and I hot my car. 3.5 hours for a oil change is ridiculous!

Great experience! I made my appointment online. When I pulled up they got me checked in immediately; oil change and inspection done in about an hour. Very comfortable and big waiting area for me to hang out while they serviced my car.

I have used Arlington Toyota many years. I had a 1:00 appt. All they did was check fluids and wheel alignment. I was told the mechanics are running a little late. It may not be ready until 3:00 pm. I agreed and said Ill wait. At 4:00 pm, I asked about my car. Was told still working on it. I did not get my car until 4:45. It was mentioned that its very hot and therefore men are working slower. I think that the new building where mechanics service cars should be just as comfortable and cool as the office of the managers and sales people. Mechanic are very important. It does not do much to help customers if their mechanic is working under awful conditions. Thank you

Service was generally good - easy check in and free Uber to/from the center. Only issue was picking up after service hours. Car was parked way in back behind service building. No one knew where it was so spent 20+ minutes trying to locate.

Arlington Toyota has been our place to buy and service cars for many years!!! Mike Sandelyn is the reason why I keep going back for service at this dealership. He explains things in an easy to understand manner and is always pleasant and professional. Rick Doran has also been extremely helpful when we have purchased cars there. The new set up in the service area lets you be safe as well as comfortable during this pandemic. They even put up a tent/ cover so we can sit outside if that makes us more comfortable. Thanks to them for making it a very good experience!

Tires are supposed to be aligned and was not. I questioned why the balance weight are rusted. They rebalanced. I was charged for balancing and I asked for refund and was given my money back. I will not bring my car to that service place anymore.

Dealership has WiFi issues. Probably mostly employees that should be working but definitely not. If they didn’t use the automated car wash and they used regular compressed air when they overinflated my tires; it’s got a sticker for nitrogen only. This should have been an easy ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but it’s a 3 with cause.

Decided to wait. 2pm appointment. Showed up 30 minutes early. Told an hour. Took almost 3 hours. For an oil change. Tried to leave at the 2 hour point. Don’t tell a client it’s going to take an hour then waste 2 hours of their time. It’s disrespectful assuming my time is okay to waste.

Went in due to recall regarding my fuel pump. Was there as soon as it opened and was advised it would take all day, but my car was completed and ready within 4 hours. Very efficient and prompt service. My service coordinator - Jose was very polite and communicated with me effectively.

I had an appointment at 9:40 for an oil change and tire rotation while I was there they told me that my battery was weak but it was under warranty so they would go ahead and replace it if it was OK I said yes. I was there 3 1/2 hours for that to get done. Finally at 1 PM I had to ask them to pull my car and bring it around no matter where it was because I had an appointment at 1:30 and I had to leave. At that time I was made aware that they had not had a chance to change the battery yet. I’m really not sure what the purpose of an appointment is if simple services as that are going to take 3 1/2 hours. I am new to the area and I wasn’t sure which Toyota dealer to use to service my car. I now have learned that it will not be your dealership.

8am appointment for routine maintenance and was told it would be 1.5 hours (for oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter replacement). It took nearly 3 hours and at no time was there an update from the advisor on the status. I had to ask for an update. At 2 hours, I was told 10 more minutes which then took another 30. I expected at least a complimentary car wash like ALL other car dealerships offer but that didnt happen. This dealership is like a machine and just moves cars in and out without a customer focus.

I had an appointment for a recall service @ 3:40 pm. At the time, I asked if they could do their complimentary quick check on my Prius. At 5:40, I was told the service was “almost done,” but they might not be able to do the checkup due to the time of day and shortage of staff. A half hour or so later, the car was done, but only a quick over was done. That wasn’t really the issue as much as a 2 hour wait for the recall service.Staff were courteous and the waiting room was pleasant.

The renovated waiting room is nice and comfortable, too! Key Fob replacement: Made appointment on Monday around 2 pm after confirming they had the part & approximate cost. Showed up for 10:30 appointment next day & basically had to be worked in because the person made the appointment for the day before at 10:30; in the past! Took 2 hours. When finally ready, after standing waiting for valet to bring the car up, he said he couldnt find my car; I could see it from where I was standing because of a unique color & vanity tag. Then I decided to try the key before leaving: it didnt work! Another hour & finally got a working key fob. Everyone was very polite & apologetic. It was about $100 less than quoted by them and another Toyota dealership. Now I wonder if thats why the spare key fob doesnt work. This is the same dealership who made it as a spare at the time I purchased the car 2+ years earlier.

Day 1. I brought in my car for service and I also informed the service attendant that there was a knocking on my front wheel and I can hear it. He said I probably need an alignment so I told him okay. He said he would take care of it and let me know. He called me @ 2 hours later and told me the car is good. When I got there I asked him did he take care of the issue and he told me there was a nail in my tire. Then he reverted back and said no it wasnt a nail and his technician didnt find anything. I asked him are you sure and he said that he checked the tire and wheel and even the hubcaps. Thats when I realized he was lying about it because my car does not have hubcaps. I drove the car home and again the knocking was there. I called the dealership back and asked to speak to a service manager but instead got a call back from the assistant.Day 2. Brought my car back in and took the attendant on a drive to listen to the knocking and he said he could here it plain as day. I left the car again and the attendant called me back and told me they found what was the issue and they can take fix it. He told me that the parts are here but the car would be ready the next day and that he would call me back.Day 3. I never got a call back.Day 4. I called the dealership and asked what was the status of my car. The assistant told me it is ready and I then asked why didnt anyone call me back. She then told me the assistant has the day off.Great customer service...

I showed-up very early but there was room for me; make your appointment but always be early! Youll be out quicker! Chris Burrell got me in early and I was out in less than an hour. I left some things in my vehicle too and he was more than happy to help me out since I thought Id be waiting but the mechanics had other plans :) thanks to everyone at Arlington! Usually like their service dept. Not this time. Had 3 confusing phone conversation about 10, 000 miles or 1yr maintenance. Serv. Mgr never called me. Brought car in and it was decided I should get oil change. Cars done and no oil change. Bring back two days latter to get oil change and they rotated the tires again.

Arlington Toyota has a brand new service department and building. Where I used to avoid, now Im in love. The quality of the staff is among the best in Jax now. They are trustworthy, honest and timely. What a turn around. Give them a shot, Im so happy I did. Management should be very proud of the transformation. Steve is a great service advisor! I had trouble with my Toyota Yaris not accelerating and after reviewing my car the Manager told me it was caused by weak oil in the vehicle.The same Service Center had changed the oil just 8 weeks prior with the cheaper oil.They regularly Service my Vehicle every 5,000 Miles for Oil changesShe explained it was because my vehicle has done 175,000 miles that they needed to upgrade the fluid to thicker 10/30 which I thought all vehicles were using.Then told me they would just charge for 1/2 hours work or $84.00I was mad but told the girl I will pay this but will take my business elsewhere.This was their mistake and they billed me for it??Terrible Customer Service. Take your Business elsewhere to people who care about their Customers

Repaired rack and pinion steering components due to leaking. Also performed periodic maintenance. They knew it would take more than one day so they provided me with a loaner vehicle. Kept me informed of the progress so that I could plan my day knowing when I should expect to pick up my car when the work was to be done. My service manager Mike Sandelin is great.

Vehicle re-keying. Our Service Advisor Darin set everything up before our appointment and notified us when all was ready. We arrived to the dealership, checked in and was out in under 2 hours. Ive been coming to Arlington Toyota for over 15 years. While there has been some bumps due to a change in management and staffing I knew the quality of service and the customer service attitude would return the customer-centric service that keeps me as loyal. My recent service was fairly routine - I get my car service 6 months as recommended. My service advisor, Rande Kristianson, was super. He brought to my attention an issue with my vehicle which I didnt agree. My tone and my demeanor was clearly raging, but he handled the situation very professionally. He de-escalated my anger and situation, and simply resolve the problem calmly and professionally. Kudos!! to him. It is for this and similar reasons while I have remain a loyal customer at this location. It is convenient to my home, but customer service wins over convenience any day for me. The facility was recently upgraded and looks great. It provides a comforting feeling and relaxing atmosphere. Now my task is to get the service advisors to provide the customers with status update every hour (or so) if the maintenance period is unknown.

They pretty much trying to rip me off. They couldnt figure out whats wrong with my prius and theyre trying to charge me $2000+ for a device that theyre not even sure if thats gonna fix the problem. Diagnosis should be free of charge. I paid $170 for a diagnosis and they cant even figure out whats wrong. Rude employee not much of a help. Im glad i found another car service that they easily figured out the problem and cost me only $200 for the fix. never going back here again.

After recently moving to Jacksonville, my Camry XLE Hybrid was due for service. The scheduling process was quick and easy, I was greeted on arrival and was assigned a service advisor. He pulled up the cars service history at the Toyota dealer in Illinois and identified the service due for the car. I waited less than one hour in the spotless, roomy facility, using one of many power and USB ports in the waiting area. The only caveat was that about half of the Toyota associates worm masks, less than half of the customers wore mask. As a Critical Care RN with over 40 years experience I was disappointed with the cavalier disregard to CDC recommendations in the face of the third highest Covid19 rates of any state in the country.

I haven’t had my car for three months as of yet and the AC belt is damaged. About a month in I brought my car back to Toyota and was told they couldn’t do anything if they don’t know where the noise is coming from. I recently came back for an oil change and told them to check the AC belt. Now I have to pay $200 to get it replaced. I don’t like that the representative rushed me while I was speaking about the AC belt, I also told her about a nail/ribbon in my tire and have the mechanic pull it and plug it. She looked at it said ohhh you need to purchase a new tire. She did not have the MECHANIC to take a look at it. This is my second getting my car serviced and I always feel as if the conversations are being rushed and they are trying to get straight to the money.

The scheduler that scheduled my appoint entered my name wrong so it appeared I didnt have an appointment. As if that wasnt enough all the nformation showing was also wrong. Please take special care when you schedule the perspective customer to ensure there information is populated correctly to prevent a delay in service. Thanks to Mr. Steve McLendon for taking the time to correct everything and get me taken care of. Whatever the issue is with scheduling please address it because there were several customers that were disgruntled in the waiting room. The first time I have experienced that since I became a customer in 2018. Arlington Toyota to me is the premiere dealership. But, Thursday the 26th was a first. If you lose some customers they may have gone to Keith Pierson from the talk in the waiting room.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I made an appointment for 10:20 am. They told me it would be at least a 2 hour wait. Spoke with manager with no results. He stated the appointment just made sure I was taken care of before someone without an appointment. Explained to him to reevaluate there appointment times to provide better time management. He didn’t seem to think there was an issue. “That is the way we have always done it””. Waiting room was full. People were not pleased. Waiting more than 3 hours. One person requested their car back without getting serviced and left. I had issues before but thinking with the new service area things would have improved. I was wrong and will not be back!

Every time I have an issue, I call Tucker in customer service. Always professional, and timely. If hes busy, he always acknowledges your presence and gets with you fast! Tires, body, cleaning, list key; you name it, the guy will make sure its taken care of. Tucker stay golden.

The new service department is nice and streamlined. My experience was pretty good ! They ubered me to and from my home free of charge. Mike, one of the service managers gave me a straight up price the first time and he was nice to deal with. I normally try to avoid the dealership for service like the plague ! but this was not that bad. I feel confident that the work was done right and with genuine Toyota parts.

This was the worst service and “left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing marketing” I have ever experienced. Nagged with emails to come in for service at six months I scheduled. I waited for two hours while two crowds came and went. Then they acted like I should not even be there because the car had 2800 miles but the service said six months or 5000 miles. I was infuriated.

I have never been to Arlington Toyota before.My daughter attends UNF and had a problem with her Prius. From the minute I called and spoke to Chauncey Andrews, it was a fantastic experience! The vehicle went into the shop and he called when they figured out what the problem was. The estimate was accurate and when the repair was done, the car was ready for pick up when they told me it would be. I highly recommend Arlington Toyota and will be using them in the future!

This is a busy shop and they are very professional and organized. They got me in and out right on time. Their waiting area is very comfortable. They do fall a little short of some of their competitors who provide complementary water, coffee and small snacks. Overall a very good experience.
