This is the place to go for tires, especially if you are young, female, or both -- they truly treated me with a level of respect that I dont often receive when looking for auto care.My tires are a unique size and usually run on the expensive side, and I recently moved so I was dreading having to shop for the best price for a pair. I finally bit the bullet and called several places; the first recommended I replace all 4 tires and refused to quote me on a price for the pair that I actually needed at all. The second quoted me twice as much as G&H, lowered the price when I told them Id found somewhere else (but did not match it), and repeatedly asked me Are you sure?? condescendingly, rapidly repeating prices for different combinations of services (trying to confuse me), until I hung up.The instant Cameron answered the phone at G&H there was an immediate and incredibly refreshing shift in tone. As soon as I told him the size of tire, he said right away that he knew he could get me in a good tire that size for a reasonable price, knowing the tire and that I would be bracing myself for the answer. And it was definitely a great price! The size always has to be ordered but the tires came in quickly over the weekend, they set a time that was convenient for me, and the work was finished up quickly too -- I paid exactly the out-the-door price I was quoted.I am definitely coming back to G&H for absolutely any service they offer that I need for my vehicle in the future!

You will understand why you call him Mr Roger when you see him. Don’t use the shop if you have aluminum wheels, We took a tire in to have it changed and they ruined our aluminum wheel gouging it 3/4 of the way around. Then when we complained about it they said we will have it fixed! Three days later we go in and oh they’re not gonna fix it because it was already that way, Wrong very poor customer service! Funny the damage wasn’t there when you originally said you would fix the gouge!!!!!

Went to this shop based on the good reviews, however, left dissatisfied. Be warned that they like to add unnecessary repairs onto the issue(s) you might be having with your vehicle. Came into the shop for a minor issue and the rep came back with a list of items that he stated needed to be repair; took the information as a red flag immediately and went somewhere else for a second opinion (Went to Bridge Auto Shop on MayPort instead). My gut was correct~ there was only one issue with the car after all, not the stuff they told to me. Sitting in their waiting area, the shop felt like many of the big chain shop due to the fact that the technician/mechanic didn’t come to me, but the rep did~ go to a shop where the mechanic/technician will actually show you the issues versus having to enter a shop where the only individual you see and talk to is the rep. Never again.

Chad was AWESOME! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured that we were taken care of. The service was swift and efficient! Thank you for a great experience. As we travel 50 states, raising awareness for Mental Health, we run into quite a few tire/vehicle issues. It is rare we have such a pleasant and superb experience!

Our family has been bringing our vehicles here for years now. Always great and friendly service. They wont try to sell you something you dont need and their prices are reasonable. They always let you know when something potentially expensive is around the corner so you can prepare for it ahead of time. I recently had an issue after getting an oil change and they immediately resolved the issue with no hassle or cost to me.

Drove my Nissan Frontier there for repairs with hesitation and sputtering. G&H tells me I need another engine which would cost upwards of $7k. Not to mention my truck wouldn’t even start after they checked it out. I had it towed home for $100. I searched Facebook market for another mechanic’s 2nd opinion. He tells me to try a coil pack and spark plugs. I purchased all 6 coil packs and 6 spark plugs for less than $150. The Facebook market mechanic showed up and performed the work for $175. My Frontier now runs like new. I trusted G&H, and was extremely misled. $7000 vs $325 is a huge oversight. Needless to say, I won’t be taking any future business there.

I have been a loyal long time customer with G&H and I cannot believe how this just got swept under the rug and left for me to deal with. So back in November my SUV had to have the engine replaced. While in the care of G&H tires my key for my vehicle was broken. They promised to have a new key cut for me. Upon arrival of picking up my vehicle they informed me that they were unable to have the new key laser cut due the the locksmith being booked out for 2 weeks so they used liquid weld and glued the key back on to the key fob for a supposed temporary fix after waiting two weeks I called back and spoke with the manager whom apparently forgot all about and he told me he would give me a call back. I never got a call back. I left three messages in December, and 6 in January. It is not March and I still have a glued key. I would never recommend them for any type of service every again. The manager is rude and totally unprofessional. I was hoping he would keep is promise but apparently not. Thanks G & H tires for screwing me over and costing me over $300 for a new key.

This is my go-to garage for service. They are competent efficient and very affordable. I was having some trouble with my air conditioner on my car.... I I took my car in they did a diagnostic and gave me the estimate even though I decided not to proceed with the repairs they didnt charge me a thin dime for the diagnostic work. Thats why I take my cars here for everything from oil changes to major mechanical work. You really should give them a try.

We were on our way to Orlando for one last getaway with all the kids and had a flat tire. We tried a couple of other places for repair pricing and were told we couldnt patch it. We came to G&H and not only did they fix it fast....the service was excellent and there was NO charge. DO NOT GO THERE!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!In April of 2020 I purchased a used RV from a dealership, one contingency of the sale was 5 new tires, one tire was fine, the other five were low on tread. The dealership uses G&H Tire on Beach Blvd. When I got the RV back, they had changed five tires, but left a bald one on the front and changed the one good one. The dealership manned up and paid for a 6th new tire to be installed at their expense.I went on two trips and noticed a pretty severe vibration starting at around 65 MPH, and getting worse as my speed increased. When I got home and stopped to fill up for gas, the left rear wheel dish had broken itself up and was about to depart the vehicle, which could have been very serious had it come off on the highway and hit another vehicle. I made an appointment to get the balance checked under warranty from G&H. I brought them the vehicle and it sat on their lot for two days until they proceeded to tell me their balancer was broken, and I should take it somewhere else. When I picked up the RV, I asked if the tires were balanced initially and he replied that they had. I made an appointment with the Ford dealership and they balanced my tires and it rides nice now. When I asked if they found anything wrong with tires, they replied that there were no wheel weights on any of the wheels. So there is no way that G&H actually balanced the wheels and lied to me about it.Additionally, there are no valve core extensions on the rear wheels now for me to check the air pressure. G&H claims they were never there, and I can’t prove they were, but I can’t believe this vehicle had no way to check the tire pressures this whole time. Any one who RV’s knows you religiously check your tire pressure. Now I’m going to have to spend even more money to get the right kits and install them myself.I’ll be going back to the dealership to get my Ford bill refunded and a new wheel dish. Hopefully they can get their money back from G&H Tire.
