Is one star as low as you can go? Bought a Jeep from them in December. Was promised some repairs including fixing the dash lights, transmission and air conditioner. Drove it 3 hours to Jacksonville for the repairs, waited all day and finally went to pick it up. ONE of the 3 repairs were done. I was told by the mechanic that they couldnt figure out what was wrong with the dash lights and transmission. The owner (Ben) went and bought some bulbs and finally fixed the lights. Ben also told me he would rebuild the transmission at cost during that time. Ben then avoided my phone calls and texts for the next month regarding the other promised repairs. He finally answered after calling him out on fulfilling his promises several times. I brought it down again and waited almost 2 more weeks for it, paid him $800 yesterday for transmission repairs and got it back. The inspection cover was left off of the transmission, the wiring harness wrapped around the driveshaft (see photos) and the check engine light was on. I am presently paying another mechanic to fix the Jeep Shops mess. Seriously the WORST Jeep Shop in the US and Ben the owner is rude once you leave the lot with your garbage car purchase. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more from a different place that knows what they are doing and doesnt sell you junk. In the long run you will pay WAY over the value of the car, guaranteed. I could have walked away before purchasing it. I should have. What a nightmare.

I always wanted an old jeep and found one. Took it to these guys for a couple things and they have been great to work with. Honest opinions and estimates. Highly recommend. Scott

BUYERS BEWARE!! they took a thousand dollars of my hard earned $$$ and totally scammed me, its been several months and I am still fighting to get it back.. before using this shop, or buying anything from them, ask me about my experience and you will definitely RUN THE OTHER WAY.... save your money and go to a reputable shop, a shop that doesnt take your money and refuse to give it back. Lesson learned, I will be taking them to court at this point and doing whatever else I can to ensure this doesnt happen to anyone else.. I wish I could give them NO STARS..

I stumbled upon this shop, in passing, and then looked it up online for more info. I had passed this shop so many times and had no idea what it was or what they did. I just knew it said Jeep shop and I have a Jeep. I originally took my Jeep to the dealership. I was quoted an astronomical price for a service that I knew was about half that cost. So I decided to look elsewhere and I AM SO GLAD I DID! These guys are AMAZING! Ben was very accommodating and the other staff members were as well. My Jeep drives just as it did, when I drove it off the Jeep lot, 4 years ago. I will continue to do my Jeep business @ Jeep shop. Thank you guys so much!!

As a compromise between you and a customer who is a life long friend of mine, I have edited this review. I can’t delete it entirely, google reviews don’t allow that. But I won’t award more than 3 stars because it shouldn’t have had to come to this social media storm for you to make things right.Edited again to a one star since they wanna act Internet hard and say I need to be banned from freedom of speech.

I had the pleasure of doing business with this family ran company. i drove from Orlando to buy some used parts and would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for parts for their jeeps at a reasonable price. Look no further if youre wanted to be treated fairly and like family.

This guy is a fraud. He claims to be the owner however all the documents registered with the state show otherwise. Jan, I’m not sure if Ben is your husband or Bf, but you need to control your man. He ripped my friend off for $1000 after representing himself as the owner of Jeep shop USA. Check yelp, more bad reviews. Notice how every negative review on here they respond with I can’t find your records? Deny all you want but you guys are a complete fraud.

Mistakes will be made, everyone is human. Owning up to that mistake makes you a decent human and an even better business owner. These folks will make it right if a mistake is made. Props. Five stars.

Awesome Jeep Shop! I’ve owned Jeeps all my life: YJ’s, CJ-7’s, and Scramblers and I’ve tried shops from the Big Boys to one hit wonders. This shop by far has excellent customer service, they are super knowledgeable, and the work performed takes the cake. They easily exceed my expectations and then some. On my last recent visit, just like most Jeep owners, I came in with my laundry list of items to improve my Jeep. The work was completed on time and the MODS were better looking and performing than I would have every expected. Thank you Ben and Team. You ALL are Rock Stars in my Book. I have been waiting on my vehicle to get a new engine for the past 3 months. Cant get a call of the status of my vehicle. Call many times and dont get a response or a straight answer. What was supposed to be a $3500 and possible a week or two JOB, has turned into a $5500 job and on my 3rd month and still waiting... dont recommend this shop
