Don’t bother wasting your time with this dealership. I highly recommend going across the river and using a different Volkswagen dealership. The way they run and operate is not customer based and will take your money and run. I purchased a certified used vehicle in June within two weeks it was in the shop for electrical issues And like clockwork the vehicle was back in every two weeks with the same issues if not more and that continued on for about two months before more major safety issues started coming up with the vehicle. Although the sales manager agreed to take the car back and give us a vehicle that was suitable and comparable by size and price, they then came back with a $33,000 car and then later came back with a brand new $32,000 car ( multiple times after being told no) which was 10 grand over what the original car was worth. In order to get my vehicle fixed properly where my time or my money wasn’t being wasted, I had to go across the river and Take my business to a different dealership that actually knew how to fix my vehicle and didn’t want to waste my time.

I came to this dealership to buy a used car but left purchasing a new jetta they gave me what I believe was more than fair of a trade in on my current car. (1,500 more than what I asked for) and gave me what I believe was a very fair price on a new car. If you’re in the market for a Volkswagen come here and make sure you ask for Mark Herrera! He was extremely friendly and made the car buying experience not stressful. Truly the guy deserves a promotion.
Had an appointment for an oil change, took almost two hours, then was charged more for misc costs, you’d think with higher costs than competitors they’d offer a better service or at least comparable one…sadly that is not the case. Company needs to learn how to not over book appointments, a basic management skill. That being said their chairs are very comfortable for those long waits that they force on their customers.
Everyone is always nice whenever I come in. I never have a problem but three hours just to change the battery? Even after I had an appointment is a bit much. I could’ve just changed it myself.

I live in Virginia and cars are hard to come by if you are looking for a specific model with specific features. I found what I wanted at VW Orange Park in Jacksonville. I worked with Hamlet who was great through the entire process. I flew in on a Saturday so I had time to drive the car back to VA. Test drove the car and had an issue which was fixed even though it took awhile. Other than the wait the experience was great.
Took my vw atlas in for 80k routine maintenance. They gave me a coupon and changed my battery with a 5 year warranty. Quick and easy dealership service experience compared to what we have experienced with other dealers it was amazing! Mo did a great job communicating with me and getting my vehicle out in time for my scheduled closing appt. Highly recommend! Go see Mo!
Overall a great experience because we drove away in a brand new 2022 Taos. Our sales guy was Leo Galeas, although very young he done everything in his power to get us this nice ride. Very good guy to work with!! We came in on Sunday when they opened and didnt leave until around 5 pm. Took way too long in my opinion and they failed to get all the adhesive off the car left from the shipping wraps but it took me about 20 min to remove it myself at home. I couldve left the car with them and came back Monday and picked it up but I didnt want to wait. We enjoyed our experience but bring your lunch!

Dont be in a hurry to get your car fixed on a Saturday. They only have one technician on Saturdays and 2 oil changing technician. I had to show the tech how to reset my cars air bag control module to see the passenger seat occupancy control module using his laptop and software from instruction i found online..Sad..really, yet I paid him the half hour labor fee and it took less than 5 mins from start to finish.
Just bought a brand new 2021 Tiguan and already have had 2 major issues with the starter having to be replaced and a fuel gauge issue on a 4 month old car. When I come back in to see if I can replace the car, I am told I would need to pay almost $200 more a month and sorry we have no incentives. If you want to be treated well and work with common sense, look elsewhere.
Dont buy a car from these people, all they think about is keeping your money, you will be disappointed.

Very disappointed with this dealership, I was approved for a car for $ 40,000 with a $ 6000 down payment and a trade-in. Then they called me to return the car because the bank did not approve the loan. When I took the car back they told me that I was approved with another bank for a higher payment amount, I did not agreed and they returned my car and charged me $1,626.39 because they told me they had to do the service.
The worst dealer ever. They approve you with a bank, give you a car, steal your down-payment, and then they call you saying the bank didnt approve so I must return the car or pay more money. Then they charged you with fees because i simply dont want to do more business with them. What type of business are these people doing here??? 🤔 and to add to the mix the staff and the manager are very rude.

Just an update on the vehicle I bought there and took them a month to get it fixed they took a month so that I wouldnt be able to return it within the days of the contract . Why??? Because the car has several frame damage and they knew it !! When I call them they said that they have nothing to do with it ! Whatch out for these people! ! Never have I ever dealt with people like that not even in the lowest of the lowest dealerships.
We cannot say enough about the service received at O.P. Volkswagen. Natalie was our service writer and throughout the entire time our car was being repaired, she called me or sent emails verifying everything. She understood the importance of needing our car back by a certain day and came through. Everyone we talked to there was very nice, not hurried to talk to you and took time to explain things. And our car is performing great now.

But I just lost all my trust in Volkswagen I still making payments on my Jetta and today I went to run a diagnostic on my car because is consuming to much oil they say the oil consumption from my car, no check engine light and no other light whatsoever on on my car. I have two options get a new engine replacement 10,000 dollars or trade in the car. I think is not fair volkswagen, dont buy volkswagen auto-zone employee are telling me there are people with the same problem to much oil consumption be careful when you chose your volkswagen and don’t end up disappointed this is not intended to hurt anyone but inform people what to expect
Every time I have had to deal with this dealership it has been an absolute nightmare. They are always short staffed and I have had to bring my 2020 Jetta in several times for the same problems. Today I had an appointment for an oil change and they said it would be a 2 hour wait because they are short staffed. There has been 6 different service managers in a year of dealing with these jokers. My first 2 oil changes were included with my new car and that is the only reason Im here now. After today I will drive wherever I need to to go to another dealership for any of my cars needs. Very dissatisfied with the lack of service and integrity from this dealership.
Very kind, helpful and accommodating staff. Had my daughters car repaired and back to us within two days. I love that they text you the repair options and let you make a decision without getting pressured. Would definitely recommend.
Horrible disappointment we had been promised our deal was complete after 2 days and even paid the down payment only to be told it was miscommunication between sales and finance. The bank had approved it but was going to be a big loser for the dealership. The following day the deal was accepted and we took delivery. Not many dealerships would have owned up to the mistake and make it right at their expense.
Orange Park is my favourite place to get my VeeDub serviced. I cant think of going anywhere else. Even when things go wrong they make it right.

Everyone was super experience and profesional.We worked with Lucas to help us find the right car for us, and then directly with Mark and he was there to help us with all the details, purchase, etc. Mark was extremely pleasant and helped us close the deal on our Atlas. The service staff are super friendly. Jospeh was ontop of keeping me updated on my 2020 Tiguan. He is very knowledgeable to which was great. ( I’ve been to many vw dealers that had no idea) natalee was amazing. Very personable and easy to deal with she was fast checking me in and getting my Tiguan back to service. They actually listen to you. I have ceramic coating they new right away to not wash it before I even asked. I gave 4 stars only because they are not great at calling you back at all.

I just bought a 2018 Tiguan at Volkswagen of Orange Park and cannot begin to sing their praises enough for the amazing customer service I received. My credit wasnt the best and I was upside down with my previous car and didnt believe I could get into a new car. Chris the manager, Niko my salesman and Woody who did my financing, went beyond the call of duty to get me an interest rate and monthly payment that got me into a wonderful new vehicle. No pushiness, no lies, no judgments...I filled out the application online, sent them my ID and deposit and they delivered my brand new car. Now I call that white glove service that you dont get anymore - ANYWHERE. If you want amazing service ask for Chris the manager and Niko the salesman. You wont be disappointed. Oh and my car is absolutely beautiful car with all the safety features I was looking for and drives like a dream. I cant be happier.
*Update*Although my buying experience was Great. Afterwards have been VERY DISAPPOINTING! I was promised by Ian (The Manager) a remote start to be installed in my vehicle. Nothing was put in writing, however, I was just told he would be in later the next day and he would take care of getting it schedule and give me a call. Also, right in front of me he confirmed my info and phone number with Mark (my salesman). It’s been over 3 weeks and after calling multiple times, leaving VM’s, leaving messages with the receptionist and speaking with my salesman. I have yet to get this completed. I guess the warm and fuzzies/Great experience is only when you’re purchasing the vehicle. They don’t care what they promise afterwards. It’s how you’re treated afterwards that really matters to me. Very Disappointing, I will get my Next Tiguan from another VW dealer.I had an absolute AMAZING experience here. Recently gave my car here for servicing my car needed to be in there for a longer period of time because of the excessive recalls and it needing a wiring harness..... they never provided me with a loaner car because “all there loaner vehicles are taken” so unprofessional
GSM told me I could only buy the car if I financed through them even thought I had a pre-approval through my bank. Also the sales rep wouldn’t return my calls and declined every call from me for a week straight

I wish I could tipe 0 star. It’s been 3 weeks and they are still “working” on fixing my car that I bought from them. Don’t buy from them if you are expecting to walk out with a vehicle that functions. I’ve been very patient but it’s about time to make my first payment and I haven’t seen the vehicle that I payed half on down payment.

Made an appointment online which was very easy and more convenient. Surprisingly one waa available next day with plenty of time slot options. Once I arrived for my service Maurice helped me sign in, handled everything professionally and even added a car wash which was great. It was my first visit to this service department and I the service was Awesome. I waited 2 hours but wasnt a big deal as I planned for at least 2, so worked out perfectly!

Worst dealer experience ever do not trust them! Put a deposit on a car booked a flight 1,000 miles away and they sold the car on me. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone had to call 30 times or more. Absolute scumbags! Stay away!
I always come here for regular maintenance as the service here is fantastic. My service appointment was prompt and smooth as per usual, however absolutely none of the staff wore masks. As someone with a jeopardized immune system and family with autoimmune issues I felt as if the staff could care less about the health and safety of their customers or each other. This was most certainly proven by the constant interaction between maskless employees and their patrons. In a city where a mask mandate is in place, the staff seems to hold a mutual disregard for the safety of each other and their customers.
I bought a car and 3 months later no title. Theres an issue with the title. Its against the law to sell a car you dont actually own or have the title to. zero stars, buyer beware, stay away! Horrible customer service. There are no humans to talk to. Good luck getting a message returned! STAY AWAY!!

At first I had an amazing experience sales people were extremely friendly. I bought a used car, the very next day it started having issues and now has to be repaired out of pocket because its not covered under warranty. Its ridiculous to sell a used car you know has issues. Unfortunately for me the car was sold as is. Would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership.
Came in knowing what I wanted a 2021 VW Jetta SEL and 0% financing! They went above and beyond all expectations and thanks to Tony (Sales Manager) for a long exhausted 3 months of texting, emails, and calling to keep in touch. Although I was offered the 0% it was for 60 months only but got 1.9% @ 72 and got exactly where I had budgeted myself for in monthly payments! Thanks to a professional staff and I will get my car serviced there as well!!!!!! Best experience ever!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..this company and all of Hanania groups are the worst. would never buy a car from them again.1st- the sales man hassles you until you get there to look at cars.2nd- Sells cars without proper safty inspection. Car wouldnt drive over 70 miles a hour on I-95 which is extremely dangerous.3rd- Sales manner claims he is trying to help find a different car, but wants more money for that different car.4th- The General Manager Will L. should of never of been turned into a manger. He is very RUDE and doesnt look at you when you are talking. Has the worst attitude I have ever experienced. This guy printed the sold as is paper at my wife, ignoring everything she had just said. Then gets a attitude when you call him out in his EXTREMELY RUDE ATTITUDE. Went there last night n they were nice people, not pushy at all.I have to change my review...They are not paying my trade in off and Im being hounded by chrysler financial, and already took a hit on my credit.... Ive been calling everyday I spoke to Charles a month ago and he said people were working from home and that he was going to handle it, but still nothing and now wont even return my calls..... Im a truck driver and was unable to go up there, but will be tomorrow.....Do not trade your car at this location this is turning out to be a nightmare!
I bought my VW Atlas at this dealership on Dec 31st of 2020. I instantly fell in love with its Pacific Blue Color and the dealer installed BaseCamp body styling components that are supposed to “give your Atlas a bold new overland look that’s designed to thrill on sight.” The install of the trim had some issues and though it did take a few tries to make it perfect, the GM, Will Locklear, was beyond professional, kind, friendly, and understanding. While the work was being done, he accommodated our family of 6 in a loaner car so our life was uninterrupted and kept me informed on a daily basis of its progress. Though some of you may have read my previous review and saw the rough start we had, Will Locklear single handedly made up for all of the issues and completely has regained my trust and loyalty. I can now confidently state I’m back in love with VW of OP. 😄
I had to get an oil change for my VW Tiguan. I didnt have an appointment, but was welcomed by Natalie with a smile. She was very helpful and explained each step of the process. To top it off, they washed my car andIt looked new when I drove off the lot. I obviously recommend this dealership to get your service.
I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership (cash purchase)! Within 5 hours of the purchase the car broke down 😡! Here we are 24hr later, I have been told several times about the general manager being the individual to handle the situation and yet the individual is never there (at least not when I need to speak to him)! At this point I want a refund and the individuals that I have spoken with are telling me that I can’t have one...unfortunately I believe this is going to have to escalate to a legal matter because I no longer want the car and certainly don’t trust them to repair any issues with the car that they had in several for a week longer than what they said they would for it to come out and still break down! I am extremely disappointed in this whole experience! Ps. The number given for the General Manager doesn’t even work! If a battle is what they want then a battle is certainly what they will get!!
I had to have my car towed to the service department of Volkswagen of Orange Park and they said I wouldn’t get it back for approximately two days. On 1/15/21 they emailed me the report of everything that was wrong after I had called almost five times that day just to see if they had gotten to it. I decided to respond by email “only do my oil change on top of the diagnostic and cleaning the oil in my engine” because I honestly couldn’t afford everything at that point. When we got to the dealership, I needed my car that day so it couldn’t stay any longer but a man named Joseph Yirak told me that since I didn’t get two leaks fixed the cost for labor was $408 which is coincidentally the exact same price as the leaks put together. Which took the total I was looking to pay according to the emailed paperwork with only $40 labor fees from approximately $316 to $505. My brother owns a BMW and they have NEVER charged him $400 for “labor.” This service department took it upon themselves to add that absurd amount into my receipt simply because I told them just do my oil change. I needed my car ASAP and now I’m going to be behind on bills and other things simply because I needed my transportation and I wasn’t offered a courtesy car or anything so I ended up taking off of work the following day. Once a family member called to see why they did that, they said bring it back and we’ll refund you the 170 and take care of the leaks. Once we got there the story flipped AGAIN instead of a refund they wanted MORE money. I will forever and always direct any and everyone I know or come in contact with that has or wants a Volkswagen to get out of it as quickly as possible or think about another brand like Toyota, Honda, or Hyundai. I will NEVER go to this dealership because they retaliate if you don’t spend the money they want you to spend. Also he refused to give me a copy of the paperwork I signed on 1/14/21 when I left my car at the dealership, which stated I’d only be paying 170 for the diagnostic and cleaning and I’m sure $408 in labor is still inconceivable for that. Also when I purchased my car USED I ended up finding out that the price I was paying for it was 11k more than it was actually worth so I guess this place is just one those “rip off everyone you can type dealerships”Sincerely,A soon to be former vw owner
Overcharged for an oil change. $85 for an oil change is just ridiculous because the special 39.95 offer had just expired. Nice, real nice. Enjoy that $85 because it will be the last money I spend in that service department. Yes
Bad experience. Brand new 2021 Atlas model purchased with problems after 6k miles. Service department is clueless and doesn’t have a clue what customer service is. We ended up selling the SUV and never used the prepaid maintenance which the GM refused to refund. So basically stole the money from us with nothing in return.
The service was efficient but the employees are just running a front about using masks or using them properly, they are always taking them off, driving the cars without them, walking inside the building without the mask. The place have masks and hand sanitizer at the front door but many of the employees just dont use them. I felt very uncomfortable and preferred to be outside in the cold to wait for my ride back.
Returned a purchase for an over priced transmission fluid. Nothing but empty promises of refunding my money back for about a month now. I was told to talk to the general manager, Will Locklear to fix the issue. Employees including the general manager doesnt seem to know how to call back customers. I live 20 miles away and Ive made more than 6 visits plus phone calls without any resolution. Thank you for wasting my time. Worst VW I have been at.

Tried to make an appointment for service yesterday and the receptionist would not put me through to the service department and said the were completely booked. I told her I understood would would still like to make an appointment for their next available appointment. She took my phone number saying someone would call me back by 7 Pm which nobody did.We just purchased my Atlas on Labor Day and it’s already making a weird noise when the steering wheel is turning so I was trying to find out if this is something that should be covered under the warranty but I can’t even talk to the service department. Bad first impression!!

So when I bought a brand new Tiguan they promise me windows tint for free. Today I came in and they said that they do it only 30 days after you buy the car. They all are well trained to bullying people into buying a car. Do not spend your day there and do not explain different people what you are looking for. They dont care. In my opinion they use dirty sales tactics.Worst experience for us. We left upset, disappointed and angry.

I had an awesome experience here, brought the car in this morning for a weird rattling sound and the techs were able to figure out the problem within minutes of bringing the car in, they then continued to fix it which took less than 15 minutes! They also pointed out a few other things that I should get fixed but they didnt harass me and try to force me to fix today like most dealerships do, which I was was surprised by. I would definitely recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Kevin if youre going in for service. Will definitely be bringing my GTI back here for any service or warranty work.
No negotiation, price is price. Mgr. Curt, salesman J.C. very nice. Car looked new but had damaged rear tail light with dents, scratches. No plans to repair. Rest of car perfect. Told it is what it is because it is used.. sold as is $28,500 and wont spend a few dollars to make it perfect?After my review, later was asked to call manager to discuss. Why should I call them? They have all my information including my phone number. If they were really customer friendly and cared they should have called me! Stay away from here. Look at all the bad reviews, they all want you to call the manager. Static reply!

Wne there to for service for a key and my other one is saying no key. After calling I have to wait 3 days to get a issue. That is not my fault, but service didnt say pring all keys. Also wants to charge me again to fix this issue that they didnt bother to inform me.. As a veteran I say bad service. If have to pay again will not buy or us Volkswagen service again.
Purchased 2018 Tiguan...vehicle was nice..traded it in 2 years later and went to dealership to get refund on GAP insurance policy..finance manager said he would handle. 2 months and multiple attempts later to get status or any information at all and they wont respond. All text show read...guess they made their money off me so no longer a priority.

Bought a 20,000 dollar car. 2 days later check engine light came on. Diagnosed it and found a bad O2 sensor. Called to see if they would replace it for me since I just paid 20,000 dollars for the vehicle a couple days prior and was told they cant because it was bought as-is. Also was lied to about interior cosmetic defects I was told they would take care of. Overall the people that work there are liars and d-bags.

The worst place to buy a car they sold me a lemon and they had the car in their shop more then i had it i purchased this vehicle less then 30 days ago when i wanted to talk to the owner i got told f* off and the GM WILL stood up and bough up on me and threatened to beat me up they took thier loaner car back and i had to fight with them to get my vehicle back from them now i have a car i cant drive theres is so much more to this horrible horror Volkswagen of orange park put me thew

Messaged the dealership asking about better pictures of a vehicle I’m interested in. They kept telling me to look at their website. Again, I asked for interior pictures and a walk around video. I just kept getting the same response, look on the website. THE WEBSITE HAS 4 PICTURES OF A DIRTY EXTERIOR! I would like to say that this was the EXACT car I have been looking for. If they can’t take the time to send pictures, I’d rather keep waiting and look elsewhere for my vehicle.
VW of Orange Park staff is awesome. I drove off the lot with the vehicle that I wanted. My Salesman Alec was amazing he made sure that I left happy and helped keep my 3yr old entertained while I was doing the process 😊
I bought my new car from this dealership and the day I drove it off the lot and home I noticed some unsettling things. I will say however Noah Grant was the absolute best salesmen I have ever worked with, and was very helpful and did end up getting me into my dream car!!My car had dents from the previous owners that are not being covered. When I returned to speak to them about it the sales manager was very rude, and then the guy who welcomed me when I pulled into the service lane refused to check my car after me asking him to check everything again because they had left my windshield wiper fluid dry. I decided to take my car elsewhere and to discover they left caps of some of my fuels near my engine and such.
