Good customer service as soon as I walked in I was approached by a employee who works there. Greeted me and asked me If I needed some help or assistance. This is the number one place for all of your flags for your States for your country for your favorite sports team little stick in the ground flags for your yardBut the main signage is anything from handicapped to grand opening to please wear a mask even a stop sign! They have everything you will ever need in the way of a sign and your small decals of the American flag and other symbols for your vehicle or whatever theyre the only place I would ever go to for flags and other thingsThe staff is super friendly its easy and easy out on Beach Boulevard enjoy it have fun theyre the only one in town!

2 guys came out, relatively quickly after calling, gave me a heads up when he was on the way. When I arrived they were already there very respectful and informative being as I’ve never dealt with a flag pole they explained what happened to our flag pole here at sea oats and how to prevent it from happening again. 5/5 all day. 🇺🇸Flag looks good!

Great inventory selection with high quality merchandise but the older lady with long hair, I assume to be some sort of manager, is a know-it-all busy body that thinks she knows everything but is more often wrong than right about what they carry as rebuild parts for flag poles. I hope she knows more about other items, otherwise she is useless.

This is a great family owned business Buchanan Sign and Flag Company. While trying to decide how I was going to better manage the traffic in my work parking lot a staff member approached and gave me at least five ways to handle the same situation and then allowed me to pick the one I wanted. They have everything from street signs to traffic cones two pole Banner hanging assemblies.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We are a very large real estate company in Florida. I was looking for wooden sign post install and removal. I was quoted $54 for the sign post and $300 for the delivery and install!!! That is a total rip-off. When I explained to the representative that I work with many other post companies in the state that do install and delivery for less $50 total, he rudely told me well you better call them. We have over 80 properties active right now and list about 400 + in Jax in a year. Not only did your poor customer service lose our business, you also lost the recommendation from another company in town who will never refer their sales calls to you again. When I told Buchanan Sign & Flag that they just lost a huge business opportunity, he said, we will see about that.For a family owned business, I hope Barbara Buchanan will see that this kind of customer service doesnt serve the public and gives her family a bad name.Big mistake. I recently bought signs from Buchanan Sign and Flag. The signs were much better than the last company we ordered from. The vinyl was thicker and the stands were stronger. The price was only 5% higher but so worth it. I will continue using Buchanan for all of my signage in the future.

Recently discovered this place that has apparently been in Jax for quite a while. They seemed to be the only local store that had a state of FL flag license plate that I was looking for. Helpful staff and a huge selection of signs and flags in stock. If you dont see what youre looking for they can make it or order it for you. Locally owned and operated makes it a plus in mind.

I can tell its family owned because no one was good at customer service!I was not greeted when I arrived although there were 3 employees behind the counter. They however were very cheerful with the white customer leaving the store.As a non- white real estate professional I came in to look at signs and may have considered customizing, but the lack of attention and overall service made me decide to leave. Google should have a selection for no or negative stars.Its sad really... its time to change the fixed mindsets into growth mindsets... its 2019!

These people were so overpriced I was floored when I seen how much a flag mens vest cost $60 for something that you can get for $15.. I definitely walked out and took my business somewhere else
