First and foremost I was quoted 15$ over the phone just to put a pic on to a tee-shirt nothing special had to be done!! Get there they charged me 27, guess I didn’t look like how I sounded!! Then this was on 3/10 and I understand things take time but anyway I was told in a day or so I would get an email to approve the shirt well coming up on the 3rd to 4th day still no email, I had to call them and remind them of the approval email!! Guess wat still no freaking shirt, so glad my banking info comes directly to my phone, I’m sad because my deceased son is the pic I wanted so badly to have with me on a shirt and they have yet to deliver... my first experience with them is most definitely my last, I wouldnt recommend them at all!

Ive been working with them for a number of years and am always impressed with their commitment to their clients, creativity, and prices. They are a great group who work really hard to provide excellent products and services.

The staff seemed friendly enough; until you have an issue. Went to get embroidering done on company hats, polo shirts and jackets. We were told one price for digitization to be done for the stitch count. After a couple weeks of not hearing back we called to get an update and to see if we could see the embroidery proof. We were then informed we were going to need to pay another fee for digitization of the jackets. We asked why were not informed of this in the beginning and got the hem-hall responses. This is when the staff seemed to start over talking us, wouldnt hear our issues out and we got rude. We will do our business elsewhere.

The team at Graffiti Graffix is great! They have printed our team jerseys, church tshirts/polos, embroidery, signs, hats, decals to personal tshirts. They do a wonderful job and very professional. If we have ever had a problem, it was resolved immediately and they are very courteous. I refer them to anyone thst has printing needs. The owners are great!

I took my team jerseys in there to get their names and numbers put on them I requested that the number be on the right side and they werent they were put on the left side of the jersey on both sides and then I had one kid who name got misspelled after I specifically labeled every jersey very clearly with the childs last name and the number they wanted on the Jersey in that was apparently too much for them to process and handle I will never use them again
