I’ve always had good customer service at this location and today it was above and beyond. I’ve come to find that customer service is not a priority in many businesses. I’m sorry to read the review about the owner. I’ve only dealt with TJ who has always been friendly, helpful and is very knowledgeable. Today he and Kelly took an extra few minutes to help me and reprinted a lost receipt. I’m very grateful for the smiling faces and willingness to help!!

Just dropped odd a package real quick with no issues, the lady behind the counter seemed nice.

And she lets you know up front that her and her husband owns the place. She actually used curse words at me because “she” didn’t have our keys ready when we were told to come on a certain date. Very unprofessional! Jacksonville has been very good to us since moved from TN until we visited there. I don’t want the hassle of changing things but I would have chosen somewhere else for sure.

Without doubt, these folks are the absolute best when it comes to shipping UPS pkge’s, last minute or happenstance printing and Small Biz inbound US Mail support. They are friendly, fun and make the task of day to day stuff ez done. Also, there was another review commenting on how the owners, Jim & Shirley let you know they are the owners, frankly, being a small biz owner my self, I like that.They own it and they work it. You never go in and see them standing around, shootin the breeze like at the Post Office. If you go there once, you’ll go back. Try em out!!!

They have moved and upgraded closer to entry point of the plaza :(. Heavy traffic area, look both ways before you cross the street! Do not park in front of the ups store youll regret it. Tough time reversing in that small area! Why couldnt you moved across Normandy and moved behind Bank of America? Anyways, staff are friendly and enjoy assisting the community that is growing rapidly fast with booming businesses of online orders/and companies like Amazon near buy! Goodluck-

Fast service and very helpful. They have some safety procedures in place for covid-19 but they were lacking in practice. Employees with face coverings down and guests with nothing at all.

Highly recommend this UPS Store! They all go the extra mile helping us with our needs. Whenever we have large or heavy packages to pick up they are happy to help my office administrator put them in her vehicle. Since we frequent the store almost daily, they know our box number and usually have our mail ready for us when we enter the store. They work quickly and are very efficient. They truly demonstrate excellent customer service!

There was an issue with their website that messed up the document I sent for printing. They called me as soon as they opened the next day and provided me an email address to send the document to instead. A small issue on the technical side, but they more than made up for it by being proactive and handling it like professionals.

I have delt with this location a few times as I needed to get a package some where last minute very quickly, and have it picked up from residential address ( not having any label). Pick up was flawless & the owner Shirley made sure all my needs were met keeping in contact with me even after store hours. I would definitely recommend them as sure your package will be in good hands .

Very clean and well staffed with friendly people who really care about your needs. The owners of this franchise have done a wonderful job to make this business a great place to come. I recommend this business whole hardly it is one of the best.

My family and i have been going to this place for years, this past year i have been in Pittsburgh taking care of my grandma and while i have been up here my dad needed to ship stuff to us. The employees helped him out and everything went well, And we appreciated them helping us out. Theyre a great store we love doing business with them!

Dont buy postage stamps from them. They charge an extra $2.00 per book if stamps. You end up paying $.65 per stamp. They say small fee, this is more than 10% extra per book.

There is no limit to the hands-on help, advice and suggestions that the staff of this post office. Their individual patience for that super special package either by postal service or by United Parcel Service is superior to any other shipping offices in the greater Jacksonville area.

Cant ever remember not getting great customer care at the UPS store. The employees all seem tobe patient an polite. I would rather go to UPS than post office.

Absolute highway robbery! Where do I start - I went in here attempting to ship about $20 worth of merchandise to my family in the Midwest and after a few minutes of measuring I was told it would cost me $42 to ship the items. How and their right Minds can they charge people this? I know that going to the post office will cost at least half of this. I will never return to this location. The people working here are so unfriendly and they look like zombies.

Worst exprience ever in ups store.Not sure this old lady is owner but when I was trying to drop off some package which somehow had diamond hazard sticker. She was so rude to tell me that they cant accept my boxes. So, I removed those stickers and told her that there is no hazard material inside but she still refused to accept my packages....again I wasnt trying to be rude and told her that lets find out if ups guy will pick them up...and she told me if he doesnt, I will thow them to carbage.......what..the...?I end up going different location to drop my package off..Please dont go this location...ruined my morning :(

We have used this store two times and we never get our packages delivered when they say they will delivered. The first time we received our package 1 month after it was supposed to be delivered .... it contained graduation invitations, needless to say everybody received the invitations after the event. The last time we used it we paid $55 for overnight delivery on a Saturday (expected delivery on Monday) and we didnt receive it until Wednesday because in this store they deliberately wrote the address wrong (aptment number first and then street number) they did nothing to fix it. I had to call ups directly and if I didnt I probably would ben still waiting on my overnight package. Very disappointed on this place. My family and I will never usethis store again
