Amazing customer service and beautiful products! Our kitchen faucet broke and we were underwhelmed with the options at the big box stores. Walked into the showroom with no appointment and was greeted and helped by their friendly knowledge front desk associate. When I had some very specific questions about a certain faucet she went and got a designer to help me pick the right one. They even upgraded us to expedited shipping. We love our new faucet and will definitely take our next project to Ferguson.
Unfortunately, Ferguson has let me down. I am doing a new build, I went to Ferguson to order all of my plumbing fixtures 2 years ago for the plumbing rough in, found what I wanted and ordered all of the rough ins and trims. The rough ins were installed and the trims have been sitting in their original packaging waiting for the construction to be completed. The plumber came this week to install them. Two of the diverter trims is the wrong part. It was ordered wrong by the Ferguson employee. I tried to order the right part yesterday and the product line was discontinued. I called Ferguson today to see if they could help and they said Sorry, nothing we can do. Return policy says 60 days. I will either have to have mismatched shower hardware or purchase all new shower hardware. No matter which way I go, I will definitely not use Ferguson again. I will go to Darsco or Lowes.
2 stars is only because they had a pretty decent selection. However, we were unable to purchase anything simply because we couldn’t get any service. Building a house and our contractor suggested we come to Ferguson to pick out fixtures. The rude girl at the front desk informed us “we could take pictures of stuff or whatever”. I made a few obvious verbal attempts to see if I could rouse the interest of any of the sales reps on the floor….nothing. We left, waste of time. Always baffles me that places like this seem uninterested in making money or training sales staff on how to actually sell.
Beautiful collection. Must visit shop if you are looking to remodel your home. I visited this for kitchen faucets. They have models available in display that you dont get to see very often in other shops like HD and Lowes. Staff is helpful too.

Go somewhere else - horrible customer serviceI know these are unusual times, so we picked out all the appliances we were interested in and planned to come to their showroom to check them out. We were sure of everything but the range hood. I called to check availability in the showroom. The person who answered was unwilling to walk into the showroom to make sure they had it, but he assured us we could walk in and see what they had. We showed up to look at it and were stopped at the door because we didnt have an appointment. I specifically asked the guy on the phone and he assured me it wasnt necessary. Needless to say, we took our $25k appliance order to First Coast Supply who was happy to see us and gladly showed models equivalent to what we selected and provided great service. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else. You will be treated poorly.
We remodeled our entire home interior back in 2010. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms etc. Most of our bathroom & kitchen fixtures were all purchased from Ferguson.While our sales lady was very nice & helpful, here it is 10 years later & if things haven’t already been replaced, they are continuing to simply fall apart in disrepair.Way over priced for the supposed quality. Toilet lids crash down, bowel interiors replaced numerous times. Bathroom fixtures all since replaced. Just now, kitchen faucet simply came apart. All this cost me thousands of dollars.Save yourself some serious money, go to Home Depot. I’ll be calling Ferguson’s tomorrow, supposed to have lifetime warranty, but I’ll bet hundreds I’ll get usual hassles.Van RussellJacksonville Beach FL

They bought build.com so they are the same company now. Nice displays but not all products are out. Better make an appointment otherwise agents wont talk to you, (maybe its just that Im Hispanic and they just looked at me weird) Julianne at the front desk saved my day. She was very nice and helpful and ended up emailing me several times with lots of choices.

Talk about great service! I set up my business account there with Will and he was extremely helpful and patient. He also even called several days later after I returned an item, to remind me to check my account because he showed that the return processed on his side and wanted to make sure I received it! Ive never gotten that call before from any other retell place after a return. He was extremely knowledgeable and for the part that they did not have in stock he shopped various places online for me to find me the best price to order it!

Soo after I call and get told yall are open til 2 pm on a Saturday but the door says opened til 5 pm there were 15 people even me and my family waiting outside and was not told to make an appointment. What aggravated me the most is we drove in the rain to come and buy a tub and we get there with others that cant get in either. Very frustrating and not happy.. and my builder suggested yall ..
This location was very highly recommended so I was surprised at my negative personal experience. The location is beautiful and products are well displayed. A little pricy but I truly believe that you get what you pay for and I wanted good quality and was willing to pay for it. Order placed Dec 2019 and because I was buying multiple parts for an entire master shower, the pieces came in as they got them.. These were my frustrations- A few of the pieces received were defective and could not be used so had to send back and get replacements which delayed renovation.- One particular piece, a shower rain head did not arrive for weeks after scheduled delivery so when I called to follow up, I was told it was out of stock and would probably be another 2 months before they had it. In my opinion, someone should have picked up the phone and called to give me the option to either choose something else or get a refund but nope, no call until I reached out.- Only received a partial refund for return of pieces I ended up not using because they arrived so late. I was told it was a penalty for not returning the defective pieces sooner. Called twice, asked to speak to a manager. Was told someone would call me back both times but never received call.- Less than a year in, and many of the pieces look slightly rusted and a piece of the Grohe Thermostatic Valve trim that was installed by a professional Plummer has already chipped and fallen off.Based on my personal experience with customer service or lack thereof, quality of the faucets worth over $3,000 at what is supposed to be a high end store, I would not recommend. I expected so much more and was truly disappointed.

Went here recently as looking for a new shower system for a bath remodel, was a recommendation by my contractor. I spoke with Will first I believe and he went through in detail what I was requesting for my shower. We had to do a change a few weeks later to a different valve and I worked with Alan who took care of everything. The few times I was in there first thing in the morning, it was really busy, almost felt guilty having them spend time with me looking over Moen books to find the right piece, but they never seemed rushed and made sure I was looked after. But shout out the guys and even the guy out back who does to picking when you pickup product, just over all great customer service and attitude in general, just really nice to see under the current COVID circumstances and changes. Honest in pricing and product information to a fault, Ive never had a problem that wasnt addressed immediately and resolutely. Having worked with many vendors, their pricing is competitive and communication is the key to their success. Our builder Steve Pickett said Christine Creveling was the BEST for our fixtures and appliances because of her attention to detail and her expertise. We trusted him and we are glad we did! She was amazing...and wait for it...she is STILL amazing! When we have even the smallest issue or question, or even a larger one, she is there for us. She responds within 24 hours and has secured no-cost replacements for small things and guided us through how to maximize benefits of warranties, etc. We moved into our waterfront home over 3 years ago and she still treats us like VIPs. Ferguson is solid and their staff, such as Christine, is fantastic! Highly recommend them!

We had never remodeled an entire home before and, let me tell you, it is exhausting. Fortunately, we found Ferguson Bath and Leah Ulm to help us. Without Leah, our experience would have been so much worse. We made an appointment with her having little or no idea what we wanted except for the bathtub. She helped us with sinks, faucets, and even toilets - a task that would have overwhelmed us completely. When the order arrived at our house (neatly packed), everything down to the plumbing needed to install the toilets was there. Our plumber was completely impressed. He did not have to buy a thing. She thought of everything and even when we were indecisive, she helped us see our way through that indecision. You cant go wrong with Ferguson Bath - they are professional and their prices are extremely competitive. Thank you Ferguson Bath and Leah Ulm - we couldnt have done it without you!

If I could give them negative 10 stars I would...they sold me a product that was made 5 to 8 years ago!!!!I purchased a cooktop advertised as last years model from here spring 2017. I began having intermittent issues with it in May 2018. I called the store to see about a warranty repair and was told they couldnt find the paperwork at all and it was out of warranty anyway. The issue mysteriously went away so I didnt pursue it further.The issue returned Sep 2018 so I called Thermador directly. As I spoke with the technician Im told its actually a two year warranty, however Ferguson still cannot find a record of the sale. I was shocked when the tech told me that model was not made after 2012. Boy did I feel like I had been lied to.I spoke with the manager who did offer me a refund but didnt seem to see a problem with how the original sale occurred. No way I could ever trust this place again if they dont even see anything wrong with that. I did tell the manager I was going to be posting this review.
Typical of my experience. Dropped everything to help... stayed after closing to wait on us. Made sure we had everything we needed to fix the problem. If everyone would even attempt to offer service like this.... wed have a much nicer place to work and live in. Thanks guys!!!
Everyone at Ferguson was so helpful and friendly. The showroom is beautiful and the guys in the back worked with me to solve my problem. I needed a specific trim kit to fit my old Moen shower and he found me the perfect product for a great price.

I purchased some toilet material from here ($20 part) and ended up not needing it. I went back to return it and the lady at the front said that the person who sold me the part (over the phone mind you), wasnt in that day so they couldnt return the product. They took our product and said when the person comes back to work theyll call me and then process the return. Well that person never called, so I had to call them! Then they tell me they cant process returns on the weekends so itll have to wait until the weekday to process it. I fail to understand how returning a $20 part is that difficult and would escalate into such an endeavor. I probably wont be making any purchases from them in the future.
Everyones too busy to help. Which Im sure they are, which tells me this place is either poorly managed or understaffed. Either way, leads to a poor customer experience. No, Id rather not spend all day sitting and waiting and being told that someone else needs to help me and you cant. Ive already paid for my stuff (a $1600 order mind you), called ahead, and its still disorganized. This isnt just the front desk or one department, you can tell from the whole culture of the place. Avoid, take your business elsewhere, where customer service is valued a bit more.

Damaged SubZero refrigerator at delivery taking too long to get warranty replacement service... and still not fixed. The freezer door and handle were dented and damaged at the time of delivery. No paperwork provided and we had to follow up ourselves numerous times to get a date and time for parts replacement. On the day of the fix, waited all morning for the fix and find out that Fergusons didnt even order the right parts for replacement (Fergusons forgot to order the replacement dented door handle which is what happens when Fergusons service installers dont write anything down). More email and live follow ups will be required to ensure clear communications between the Fergusons departments. And of course, more waiting time to get the SubZero parts in. Net, Fergusons is great at the up-front sell, but doesnt execute effectively or follow-up post-sale. All actions to fix damaged product are incumbent upon the customer.

Absolutely Awful! Spent 45 min. wandering the showroom while the sales person hollered from her desk --do you need any help. I guess getting up and walking the 15 feet to ask us was too much for her. Sadder yet is the fact that we were the only customers in the place! Left Ferguson - went to Setzers and bought the kitchen appliances that we needed. From Setzers went to Morgan Brothers where we bought our sink and faucet. Just think of the sale Ferguson would have had if the sales woman had bothered to at least pretend she was interested in us -- especially as the sink and appliances that I purchased were exactly the same as in Fergusons showroom and were the ones I spent 45 minutes looking at! Somehow, screaming at me from a desk while you enter items into your computer or take calls on the phone just doesnt do it for me. Do yourself a favor -- shop elsewhere - youll be much happier!
