Came here with my daughter. We just wanted to poke our heads in to see what this store has on display for purchase. I normally shop online but wanted to see what I could purchase and take home. Love this place. Very spacious and extremely organized. Depending on what you are looking for the prices vary. But you can definitely shop here and find what you need for your home. I got some little pumpkins to decorate my mantle with.

I just love Bed bath & beyond for all of the different items that they carry. Love that you can use a coupon for every item that you buy. I sure hope they do not close the store on Southside Boulevard in Jacksonville Florida down.

Such a big store but it is empty. I went there looking for bedding sets and dining accessories, the entire store is just empty (less items, less choices). On top of that, they are doing renovations. I would prefer buying online rather. One thing I liked inside is that the sections are now well organized.

A variety of items for your home. Shop there quite a bit. Easy to make a return. Prices tend to be high unless you go during sales.

No handicapped accommodations. No mart carts, no operable wheelchairs. Unable to shop.

Had a terrible experience at the Southside location. Called on Friday afternoon to check availability of some bed sheets. Because of limited inventory they set the sheets aside on hold for me. I told the person on the phone that I was working all day on Sat but I would be in on Sunday to pick them up. She told me that wouldn’t be a problem.On my way to pick up the sheets, I called the store to ensure they were still there, the person I spoke to confirmed they were still there with my name on it.On arrival, no one could find them. The manager, I think her name was Layla, did find them. They had been put back on the floor. They were no longer on hold. When I tried to tell the manager what had happened, she cut me off twice. I asked her if she would price match with the online price. I tried to show her the screenshot of the page. Her manner was short and abrupt. She wasn’t interested in what I had to say. When I asked for a paper receipt she insisted that I provide my email. She said if there was a problem, I wouldn’t be able to return the product unless I provided an email address. I never got my paper receipt in the end.If you want to treated with dignity and respect, shop at the Bed, Bath and Beyond in Orange Park. I’ve never had a customer service problem at that location.

I am impressed with the increased walking space when going down the aisle with a shopping cart. This should have been done long ago!

Came in looking for an item. I found the item but on the box the item wasnt the color I was looking for. I went up to the register and asked veronica for help. She said If it wasnt on the shelf they didnt have it. I placed a bopus and it turned out they did have it.

Ive visited this this location a few times, and Ive never had a bad experience. From my experiences but employees have been courteous, friendly, and very helpful.

This place is just wonderful. The trick is how to stay OUT lol The staff is great, the products are neat and organized and the checkout is quick.

Very surprised the store was down sizing inventory of lamps and art work and many other items to make room for inventory of soap, shampoo and conditioner, razor, tampons, fake eye lashes. They now have a whole department with several isles of personal hygiene items just like Dollar General, Walmart . I was disappointed

It was a cashier name Khawan who was simply AMAZING!!!!! I hope Im pronouncing his name correct. I have not had stellar service since before this Pandemic. He was so fast but efficient and so very welcoming to all the customers. Its like he treated everyone like family walking in. He greeted my family and I since we first walked in. He helped us decide on great gifts for our family and I was a sooooooo impressed at his multi tasking and just fantastic customer service. Thank you khawan for your outstanding customer service. I hope your company values you and reward you with a very big raise and promotion. Stellar service like Khawan needs to be recognized.

Order was supposedly left at garage. Found box lying in the street. Called store. They said they would refund but the problem was with FedEx not them. Never order online withBBB again. Manager took no accountability. Note - I ordered through the store but more or less it’s mine and FedEx problem.

Went to this store twice in the same day. My wife and I had 4 different interactions with BBB employees... Absolutely horrible. Customer service was non existent and the employees just had a general sense of misery that they passed along to their customers. If it wasnt for the unbelievable selection of quality products, the trips would have been a total waste of time. I give 3 stars only because they did have everything I was looking for.

My first experience at a Bed, Bath, and Beyond actually. I was looking for home improvement products i.e. new state of the art toilet with a bidet. It was all decorations. They were nice though.

Great visit. Checkout a little slow, some inventory items seemed non existent

We always find what we are looking for. We went to check our items out. There was only one cashier open with 15 people waiting. After 15 minutes waiting another cashier opened.

I love Bed Bath and Beyond but many shelves are bare. I think stores are trying to figure out how to manage online shopping and in store shopping.

Store manager Robby was super patient and helpful with my expresso maker purchase.He knew a lot of good perks on which machine I should buy! Love the service here!!

Hands down favorite place to shop!!! The policy on taking coupons is the best. They want you to spend money and are willing to do whatever it takes to give discounts!!

Customer service in the store is dead.We asked someone in the certain section for help and she looked at us and continued to stock the shelf with curtains instead. We left our shopping cart and left the store.

This store is currently under remodel and appears to have very limited selection and stock. I have noticed that most of the bed bath and beyond stores I have been in over the last year or so are very limited on variety and stock as compared to a decade ago. They keep going there wont be a physical store to shop in.

This was a nice store. Had them set aside a enameled cast iron covered pot in advance to be sure it was available and they had it with my name on it. Very friendly staff. Just like at Jax Beach store, lots of baking equip out of stock including cake pans at this time.

Excellent customer service. Well organized and just so happy they are still.open.

Went there this morning with for 20% off coupons one of them were expired. However they used to it the service was great the checkout was quick and fast and I found makeup $7 cheaper than where I normally get it Revlon ColorStay. I also got a great deal on very high-end sheets and pillowcases. The store was well-stocked the staff very helpful even the customers seemed nice.I really enjoyed Bed Bath & Beyond🌟😁

Went at senior hour and manager was having a meeting without a mask, at he front of the store so you had to go around. Picked out what I needed and then the registers wouldnt work. Waited for 10 15 minutes while the manager was yelling so everyone could hear him. Finally gave up without purchases. Will not go back.

Spoke to the ‘manager’ on the phone because I wanted to purchase a beach umbrella that was in stock but I wanted to price match it with Walmart because they had it for cheaper. She explained to me that their computer was not pulling up the Walmart website in order to price match it so I could not purchase the item. She offered a coupon that she would apply but it is not nearly the same as what I would be paying with the price match. So much for ‘price match promise.’ She obviously does not know how to do her job if she can not resolve the problem.

Poor customer service, tried to return an item(tea kettle) from Christmas that was damaged to find they no longer carry, and didnt have my receipt they would not accept the return. Made me feel like I was trying to get something for nothing, I purchased from them and didnt open or use. Will not shop here again.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at. The store is always clean. The staff is always helpful. The store associate Crystal is always helpful and very professional. She doesnt hesitate to assist any customers who are within a 5-10ft perimeter of her.

Lots of goods for home and garden. The bedding is what I go for mostly but they have knick knacks and unusual food items. The prices have really increased over the past few years and the staff isnt as friendly either. But I still go here occasionally as I have an affinity for beautiful bedding.

Cluttered and disorganized. Seven people in line to check out and one cashier,....four employees standing around talking with each other. Better things to do with my time than be treated like this.

Great place for all types of housewares! We get all of our college dorm supplies here. I love that you can reserve items online and they will hold them in the store for pickup. Also a must for bridal registries.

Nice store. Shelves well stocked. Quite a variety of items. Always find the store pricey though. The staff, however, were wonderful. Asked if I need help in a nice, nonpushy way. The cashier had her next cashier please sign up when I got to the line, but she took me anyway. And she was very friendly and helpful.

I generally have a pretty good experience here, the managers know how to improvise and get things done. This trip I had to exchange an item. The item was sloppily repackaged and was missing the manual. The associate was very helpful and said it should have never been placed back on the floor. I was able to exchange with no problem.I wanted to comment on another customers interaction I witnessed on my visit. They were very agitated and quietly asked another associate why did they send him to the back when there was no one there to help him, he said he waited very long for the person the associate called to help him, and they never arrived. The associate proceeded to explain that sometimes theyre busy and they are busy now. The conversation went back & forth for quite a while, with the associate defending her co-worker. The manager walked up and asked how he could help. The customer stated what happened. Manager response: Im sorry sir, I will help you right now. This is the proper way to handle customers. No excuses, no defending the store employees. We come for a reason, satisfy that reason, and were happy. I hope this manager will explain how to handle customers going forward.

This place is AMAZING!!! I come from the suburbs of Detroit where we have GREAT Mediterranean & Delis. This place is definitely just as fabulous! We definitely have better weather though. You must enjoy this place for lunch!!!

Ordered pots and pans and got a notification that my package was delivered. The package was delivered to the wrong address. After trying for 3 hours to get in contact with customer service it turns out the package was never shipped. The label was printed and delivered at the same time. Never left the facility. We received emails from both fedex and bed bath and beyond confirming delivery. I will never order from them again. They wasted 3+ hours of my time. Terrible customer service and terrible shipping practices

Great Helpful and Amazing Staff. Will travel to this Bed Bath and Beyond just to receive the customer service they provide. The lady in linens helped me find the most comfortable bed sheets and comforter set. They had a manager that I swear was everywhere on their sales floor asking everyone if they needed any assistance. The ladies at the register were helpful and also knowledgeable in helping me with my purchases. Price check was also quick for an item I was purchasing. Just overall great experience!

Best customer service of any store. A young lady by the name of Talia helped me with an item that was very important to me because it was for my 18-month-old grandson. They did not have the item, however she made sure that she checked all the surrounding other bed bath and beyond stores and found one for me. Not only was her customer service second to none she did it with such a bright and cheerful personality. In todays world youre lucky if you even get a person on the phone and if you do they usually come across like youre bothering them. But not Tallia. She was amazing!
