Best kept secret in Jax! I wasn’t going to write this post because somethings you want to keep to yourself. However, I won’t be selfish. If you are looking for the stuff the other stores don’t have, come here. They have it all. And it’s the only location close to the Northside. The staff is friendly and there’s plenty of parking. Regency Square mall may be on life support, but this Bath & Bodyworks is very much alive and kicking.

As a guy never been in here before but it was awesome great employees and a ton of different options to make your home smell great

They were out of the champagne toast some of it. Couldnt really smell anything else with the overwhelming aroma of pumpkin. They should probably ease up on that a little bit so I only bought the champagne toast three-wheel candle but they have a good selection

Love Bath & Body Works and they have some great new smells in there Beach line called In The Sun reminds me of a warm day at the beach when stuck in a cold office and there new mineral line with Aqua Marine love to use at night after hot shower it gives you that relaxation smell like when you are getting a quite massage. Also the ladies whom work there are very pleasant and very helpful my customer service rep took her time to get to know what scents i typically wear and put it together to get me to step outside my box and try something new which impressed me and ive been pleased with my selection.

Not much in the mall anymore but bed and bath is always busy and great sales.

Lots of products with friendly people. Store its high on the perfume scent so Ive never been able to make it to the checkout counter. They do have deals because everyone else kept filling up their baskets.

A great place to shop......especially when they have sales!. I stay stocked up with things for myself and others. I love to have gifts already on hand to give to friends and family for their birthdays and other special occasions. The service is always good. They are so nice and polite and helpful. The staff will certainly assist in finding the right gift.

The one remaining amazing store in Regency Square mall. Its what youd expect from a Bath and Body Works: amazing smells, amazing colors and friendly staff. Now, with the holidays approaching, its even better, with all of the holiday scents!

As always, the customer service is great as well as the prices. The lines were very long, yet moved quickly. Store is clean and well designed. However, there is little room to move around in a wheelchair during peak times. All in all, I would recommend.

I got everything I wanted and more. As usual the staff was awesome.

Great location with great staff selling absolutely top drawer merchandise at unbelievable low holiday prices. The event was well managed: every customer was accommodated with grace and professionalism.

Inside the mall. Go in by the flags, make a right at the wishing well, first store on the right. Staff is really attentive. Clean set up. Really easy to get around in the store. Just ask for items you dont see, they may have additional stock in the back. If coupons are out, they will let you know.

Very helpful associates, greets you when you enter the entrance with smiles. Great prices! If youre a man you should definitely try out their Stress Relief Aromatherapy products.

Oh my God Im so addicted to this place it is ridiculous. Im always checking my email to see what is on sale. The smell is so relaxing. I had never used scrubs before but now I have black lava, coffee and coconut milk. I love the buy 3 and get 3 free special. I keep missing the energy lotion when its on sale. They were $6.00 I believe last week or before. I refuse to pay the full price. Im going to try the new fragrance that is currently on sale. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Wish I remembered the young lady name who assisted me. She was sooo aware of the different scents that would best fit me. Once I told her about my sinus problems she was on it! Led me to fragrances that was light and refreshing. Good job😄

Nice place to find Candles

Super helpful staff..easy access to store. No Hassel parking. Was in and out in 20 minutes. The St Johns Town Center has a great staff too, but parking sux.

This may just be all B&BW locations, but i can never find any lines that I actually like. Everytime I go in theyve gotten rid of what I purchased last time and replaced it with some seasonal stuff. And everybody wants to be mad when people shop on amazon instead.

The representatives here are normally nice and helpful. I have noticed a decline in the quality of the products. The scents are weaker especially in the creams. That is disappointing since that is what we pay for.
