This store is fully stocked, there is too much stock really, every shelf is packed to the brim so hard, it makes the environment inside stuffy, and claustrophobic. Couldnt even walk through clothes section without turning sideways. Unfortunately its also a lil to dirty for my taste. It needs a complete overhaul. I will day that the 2 ppl I seen working there were very professional and nice, but the location is horrible and needs a deep cleaning. We love what they did with the store and all the employees are so nice and engage in conversation with you about anything! I will definitely miss this store when I move.

This location just went through a complete remodel......and I love it!! Theres a larger selection of frozen items...the shelves are organized and stocked. Its a pleasure to shop here now.

Some great employees work here but the store in general is unkept.

This is not acceptable to have this in the aisle during business hours. I believe this is hazardous to customers. This looks bad on the management. The store is already on the smaller side and crowded. There is no need for the aisles to be blocked. Note to management this could also be an issue to cause low sales.

One of my favorite places to run in and grab a couple things and get out quickly!

I have never gone here and not experienced a line of at least eight customers waiting, with only one cashier - while another associate is casually not bothered. If by chance a second cashier steps in, they always have to be told to do so, and it is always done begrudgingly, and with no sense of urgency, at all. There is no standard of cleanliness, whatsoever, as the floors, cash out countertops, and merchandise shelves are always covered with layers of dust and visible and disgusting filth! I cant even use the phrase customer service, because there isnt any. In fact, Im always treated as though I am a huge inconvenience; mind blowing. There is much work that needs to be done to make Dollar General a desirable store for potential patrons. I guarantee that I will no longer patronize this establishment!

Is it a requirement that all Dollar Generals (and Family Dollars) be in a secluded unlit area? I mean I do prefer Dollar General over all other Dollar stores, but they have to do something abt the lighting at night. Its like a dang horror movie. Other than that its a pretty ok store I guess.

Always feel scratched out here. Getting in and out of the parking lot sucks no main entrance from 103rd. Last but not least the isles are super cramped and hard to navigate.

I went in the store last night forgot a bag which had my hand wrist support in there and some muscle relief I called this morning to talk to the manager but he kept telling me he dont have time to talk to me they was busy and he had to pull the camera then a second later they found my bag Im always stopping in this store every other day but I think that was my last stop I will find another Dollar General or either Family Dollars to shop at because if you dont have time for me I dont have time to stop and spend my money

Might be nice and new, but the trash outside has been an issue since the doors opened. Please keep our neighborhood cleaned up! The Westside are already has a poor reputation, we need everyone to do their part.

The new manager seems to think he owns the place and made it look like a convenient store instead of a family store and he stands around on his phone bragging about making $800 a week which is all gd if he would earn it and treat the employees better especially the ladies who has been there for a long time!!!

Its in a very convenient spot. Most regulated like to use. Place to buy almost anything.

It may not be the best store or the greatest location they do have (which is mainly the higher ups fault trust me i worked @ the training store) the friendliest, most helpful staff here. They are literally some of the best customer service reps youll encounter.

Great turn around with new mgmt in place!! Cleaner overall, stock done, restocks done, items full...I do miss the asm, Steven, he really cared about the customer. Someone should still pick up the trash/debris on the lot & grounds. I ran retail locations in trashy areas my whole life. It can be done!!

Typical Dollar General. Feels dirty, lots of stains on the ground, narrow isles and half stocked shelves ready to fall on you. Not a great part of town and most prices are higher than Publix EXCEPT for cereals and some of the larger size items.

Its fairly sanitary . Also it could do way better when it comes to space. There is just not enough room in that store for all that stuff inside. Its just cluttered in the front . Other then that its okay. I visit this store almost every day if not every other.

I absolutely love this store! Its very close to walk to from where I live and it has almost everything I need. I just wished they sold some fresh fruits and veggies there.

I love coming here for quick things I need. The only issue I run into every visit is that im handicap and every visit the handicap parking is ALWAYS occupied by non handicap ppl. I think the manager should get with the traffic enforcement dept at jso and have this issue looked at. When the ppl get 250.00 tickets they will stop. Come on lazy ppl have respect for the handicap.

Always has little house hold things I need when I dont feel like find to the grocery store. Very organized and more clean than other dollar generals that I have been to.

The manager is Always claiming their bathroom is out of order.. Thats Horrible custoner service when u have a child w you and she needs to use the restroom.

Went for 2 things, some vitamins..shelves were empty and no charcoal lighter fluid. But I dont blame the girls working there Im sure theyre doing their best with what they give them.

Could be cleaner. Easy to trip over boxes of stock that block aisles. Usually stand in a long line waiting to check out whilst employees complain about everyone checking out at once.

Lines are usually a little long but they do their best to move they them. Could be a little more friendly.

Convenient location but never enough help! Store is usually disorganized and disheveled looking.

Always short staffed but the staff they do have is awesome.

Its never clean and the staff is limited to 1 clerk on the register most of the time. The staff is kind but limited. There is no sense of pride in most of the workers and the parking lot is always dirty. The exterior building needs refurbishing.

I visit this store quite often bc its near my home and seems like Everytime I go there the Line is extremely long The Cashiers are doing their very best far as I can tell they just Need More Help the funniest thing that happens Ill see maybe 3 cars in the parking lot and I only have to run inside and pick up 5 items I be thinking I can get out quickly and get home and I look theres about 10 ppl in line where have these ppl came from then the register has shut down ppl is waiting patiently and some Not Line getting longer some They need more help Ill Give The Cashiers 5 stars cuz in spite of the Stress they Face working alone they do a Great job they would have Happier customers If they have more Help to move the Line a little faster!!!!

Very nice employees. ..only problem is that people use it as a pick up location for the charter school next door to the store. So just avoid going up there during school hours and everythings great....unless u like getting run over by a hoard of kids lol

I go in there daily due to being so close to my house. If I had a chance Ill choose another DG to go to I absolutely hate this store it is disgusting, always out of product the floor is never swept or mopped NO customer service at all there are only 2 in the whole store that actually cares about their customers thats Ashley and Alexis. If it wasnt for them two I wouldnt even go in there.

I just dont understand why you have one line open when two other employees saw the line past the entire checkout counter and do NOTHING! Im not expecting stellar service, but dang open another register!!!!
