Everything is top notch and the employees are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Their merchandise can sometimes be a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I love this store.

Nice newer Publix with very friendly staff. Also its very easy to get into the lot from the road and to leave. Its a little further for me to go but I often use this one because it seems better.

Thursdays Oct 7Every time I get a sub with this one guy its always wrong or a hassle . One time I ask for one half of the sub yellow mustard and other spicy . He messed it up the first time which was fine but then proceeded to mess it up three more times. Today tried again and I asked him to cut it in half at the beginning so he wouldnt waste any bread. He then charged me for two separate 6 inch subs. It was the same sub just wanted different toppings on each half. I really dont know what to do if I want a sub and this guys here.

This is the greatest supermarket I have ever visited. The aisles are maintained beautifully and the people are just as nice as can be. I have never seen such a neat store!!

When I first got to town this is not the closest pharmacy to me but its been the best pharmacy for me started off with Gabby now I have several great pharmacist that I consider friends with the way they take time for me and Crystal with a K that really gos out of her way to make sure that I get my medication as soon as I walk into Publix or five minutes later after Im done shopping & this is a great team we have here so I really appreciate them for just being awesome..

Really my only issue is the deli, they often times forget to check the status of online orders so a sub that I ordered at 2 to be ready at 2:30 has yet to be noticed, but theyre always busy so it happens. Despite that the subs are good, the selection is nice, and if you self checkout you dont really have to wait for anything

One the on hand, this is a lovely store. Beautifully maintained, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized. But the recent developments of the store doing away with carrying a lot of the products I used to regularly buy is driving me to other stores. In the last couple of months they have discontinued over 30 products that were regular staples in my shopping cart, from the Publix Sweet Pickle Chips and their Mango-Coconut Yogurt, to the Philly Cheese-steak Hot Pockets, to the Brown-and-Serve Rolls to the Kraft Light Mayo and so on. Their place on the shelves is now occupied by things like Avocado Mayonnaise (yuk!) Now I have to go to other stores in search of the products I want - and when I find those items at other stores, I begin to do more of my shopping there. So just a word to the wise - these new stocking decisions are alienating a lot of customers.

Not keeping promises. I was promised that because they were out of a certain sandwich item, that I could get another one at the same special price. When it came to pay I was charged the full rate of that sandwich. Deli dept. needs to be more honest and trustworthy.

We shop in there because look clean, fresh veggies and fruits. Love the boar head deli lunch meats, look-out buy one and get one free any item...

Easy access from Atlantic Blvd. or Hodges Blvd, with a decent size parking lot. Good customer service and always clean.

I visit this Publix almost everyday. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I am alwayz thrilled when they have fresh lamb chops available.

Main draw for us is Publixs clean, helpful and specialty environment. However, their butcher service is short manned and inconsistent. They close service early 5-6pm. We called for a special ethnic meat cut that required freezing first, said they could and had unlike other locations, a electric slicer. Came by 2 hours later, neither one of butchers on duty knew what we were talking about. Complained, dept. mgr. ordered him to do it, come back 2 hours later. Daughter went and new shift butcher gave her the newest one but didnt understand why we reordered because when he came to work he saw the first one done and in the freezer!!!? What the ....! Well at least the store mgr. gave it to her for free. Drama, drama, drama.

I walked in using a cane. I approached one of the managers and ask for a cart on wheels. He pointed me towards the other end of the store. Most Publix they would go get me one. Thankfully one of the other managers got me one.

Very nice but cramped spaces in the produce department makes it difficult to move around. Clear those aisles!

Id rather shop at Publix every though they are more expensive than Winn Dixie or Walmart because the stores are clean, the carts always work, the employees are super nice and the selection of everything is soooooo much better!

Cant believe at 5pm on a normal work day this past Tuesday. They had no boxes of chicken ready and the rack to build your own meal behind the counter was almost empty. This is one of the biggest draws when you walk in the door. We had to settle for pizza instead.

The current grocery manager Mike Johnson is one of the best Ive interacted with at any Publix. He is a man of integrity and represents the culture George Jenkins first established for these supermarkets when they were founded in 1930. Its managers like these that continue to carry the torch for George and keep Publix the supermarket we all first fell in love with 90 years ago.

Went to get flu shot at this store. Pharmacist on this date very inefficient. waited and waited and then left. without shot. Heres hoping the one at Kernan is better. Has to beother than the pharmacy, the store is the best.

Typical Publix. In the middle of renovating their store. The new configuration is very different from their previous one. Hard to find anything now. And they need to pave their parking lot again.

I enjoy the convenience & hospitality of this store.Im very disappointed that they no longer offer Publixs made bagels. Its now Einstein Bagels; which is a 75% cost increase per bagel over the old ones and quite frankly theyre dry and lacking in flavor. Not an improvement!

Online Deli order not even started by the pick up time. They did apologize and hustle it up when I arrived, though.

I’ve been going here ever since I can remember and I never had a problem with Publix until I started coming with my black boyfriend. The usual warm and friendly greetings turned into silent glares. This happens every time we come in together or him by himself. Myself realizing that I look like the majority of people shopping in Publix, I’ve had to come to the harsh reality that I’ve never been glared at or ignored in Publix like my boyfriend has. Today at around 9:30 am we went in together and when we were ready to check out we saw a cashier named Noelle and my boyfriend greeted her and asked how she was just for her to completely ignore him and look in a different direction the ENTIRE time we checked out. This blatent disrespect has never happened to me or any of my white friends and I will not stand for it. The first few times this happened I just brushed it off since it was so unusual for me, but it became obvious that the attitude the employees had would change every time my boyfriend was with me. Publix needs to keep an eye on who they hire and how they treat people of color because like I said before, I only see this disrespectful attitude when I’m with my black boyfriend. Publix, do better.Sincerely,Someone who isn’t blind to racism

Staff was awesome assisting me to find refrigerated soups. Also other staff showing me low sodium soups. Store was clean shelves were well stocked.

Ive never had a problem in this Publix, in fact, I go out of my way sometimes to shop at this location because its simply nicer. The staff is very accommodating and respectful.

I actually love Publix, but did you know that their former life long board member is so wealthy from price gauging that she was able to donate 800,000 to stop medical marijuana from passing on the Florida ballot? I think a lot of hungry people could have been fed, homeless people could have been housed. Yet, Publix has no problem selling beer, cigarettes, wine, pain pills, and lotto tickets. It must be that the medical marijuana wont produce any profits for them. As much as I do love to shop here, I will shop Winn Dixie from here on out!

The entire pharmacy stage is the NICEST group of people Ive ever come across in this type of setting, and the entire Publixs company should come to train and learn how they All should be treating people/customers and doing things! Publix is was clean, friendly staff, and they have good lunch options. Subs, hot food, chicken, soups, etc. The Mardi gras wings are delicious, highly recommend. And lunch meal with 2 sides was under $5

Someone needs to show Corey in the Deli how to wear a mask. Were in the middle of a pandemic and hes wearing his mask as a chin guard while making subs.

This is an excellent Publix which is in a convenient location and is easy to get in and out of. The employees and service is exceptional and this location is turning out to be my favorite.

Love this publix but had a situation that just made me so angry. I was backing out of my parking spot and I have a rear view camera and always look around before backing out, when all of a sudden a publix pharmacy worker literally hits the back of my car with her hand and throws her hands up and stares me down. If I am already backing out why do you think you can just walk behind me, and then have the audacity to actually hit my car and then stare me down? Horrible attitude and I couldnt believe she did it
