This is the absolute kindest and most generous warm hearted Publix I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I got stranded with our dog when we ran out of gas in this town and the employees were so kind. They didn’t run us off nor judge us; instead they offered us beverages and food. If I lived in the area, this would be the store I always do my grocery shopping at. They went above and beyond what they needed to and I am so incredibly grateful for their kindness. I’d like to especially thank “Other Chris” and the cart attendants. Thanks for being so kind to not only your locals but out of towners like us!!

Wish I had photos but I don’t need them first I have to say this Publix is the best Publix I have been too in north fl, They are always fully staffed, their chicken is always fresh and ready to go without even placing a order, their deli answers their phone at all times and management is always in the front helping customers with basket needs (etc). I appreciate their consideration for peoples needs and delivering at top priority ty. I would recommend this Publix especially on Friday’s and Saturday 😊

All five stars go to Willis. This man needs a promotion and raise immediately. If my wife and I continue shopping here it is singlehandedly because of Willis and his great attitude and genuine care for customer service. Thank you again Willis.

On 7/15/21 “Vicki” Deli employee making deli sandwiches with her right forearm 🩸 bleeding. Advised her, she just hunched her shoulders “oh”, no face mask talking over food preparing with multiple band aids on the other arm. Attempted to notify store manager Ryan Meissener, “he’s on vacation”. Spoke to “April” gave no title when answering phone, “I’ll speak to her” Nasty 🤮 I’m a weekly customer. Unacceptable Publix!! You failed 😣 the public with poor hygiene and unsanitary employees!Lee

Feel like being called crazy? Come to this store. After the refund for this busted cake I will not be shopping here at this location nor where the manager that was on duty today ends up. I told him he was being effing unprofessional but full words... This man had the audacity to tell me he didnt appreciate me talking to him like that. Lol, but you can call a customer crazy and expect that to be accepted? WRONG. He was speaking with the people In The bakery trying to make me look high strung but I had other food in my car, dont have time to wait. He Insisited on fixing it the. Pressed the bakery telling them I was a crazy customer and I happened to walk up and hear it. This is why you Publix do a better job finding professional people to manage.

Tidy and well stocked most times. Produce section fresh with multiple options. Thrilled to see Marzetti Caramel Apple Dip! Also Cleveland Kraut (for Sauerkraut lovers) also in Produce area. Hot foods recommend potato wedges! Ample protein selections and overall full inventory throughout store. Heavy traffic in parking lot.

I enjoy shopping at Publix versus their competitors. Publix provides a clean and organized environment. I appreciate their BOGO prices as well as other competitive pricing. You can tell their workers are dedicated. They are always very professional, friendly, and willing to assist when you have questions, of which to me is indicative of happy employees. Definitely a five star experience when shopping at Publix.

Clean & bright Publix location with a great variety of fresh produce & Ready to Go meals, and lots of friendly & helpful staff.

Only visited this store a hand full of times but each time has lived up to the Publix standards of service and professionalism. Greeted at the door and in the store. Service in the deli was fast and courteous right at the beginning of the lunch hour.

Grocery Manager, Matt, promised he would special order a Snapple product for me, and he followed through. He called me to let me know the product had been delivered. When I arrived at the store to pick up the products, he himself went to the storage room and brought me the items! Thank you so much!!!! This store is further than the one in our area, but we will definitely make the drive!!

I come here at least 3 timer per eeek yo get lunch at the deli, I love this publix, but more than that I love Felicia at the deli, she makes the best salads and deli, I come always looking for her

Very clean. Amazing personalized service. Lines move quickly. Friendly pharmacy. Would prefer more individual sale items. Dont like having to buy multiples to get a better price.

It is expensive but worth it. I would rather pay a little more for good service. The employees all knowledgeable, polite and very respectful which I have come to expect at every Publix, however, at this particular store they go above and beyond!How ever they train their employees, I wish more companies would adopt. They could probably have happier associates, employees, and customers with less stress and complaints and even make more 💰

Still had hand sanitizer and wipes,well stocked at front door. Was neat and orderly.found everything I needed.

I stopped by this Publix branch to get help with a Western Union transaction I did with a different branch. The store manager, Josh, and the customer service staff were very helpful and accommodating. They did all they can to resolve the problem. Great service. Great people👏👏👏👏👏

Best Publix in Jacksonville by far! I always receive outstanding service when I shop there and the staff are always friendly and cheerful and go above and beyond to ensure you find everything you need while grocery shopping. I really love their deli department with their sub sandwich platters so amazing and very reasonably priced.

Ive never been to a bad Publix, they are all great places to shop. This one is always busy, but still a good place to run in for a quick grocery run.

Start off by saying great people that work there. Always had a good experience with whomever I spoke to when needing help. But, there is always a but, it gets very busy as the day goes on. Until that new Publix opens up, it will remain this way. I get my shopping done early....

Have to say this is one of the worst Publix Ive been in. I attempted an online pickup and it would take 4 hours before even begun. When I chose to just do it the old fashioned way there were so many missing items I was forced to get fast food for kids instead. This was the afternoon before the 4th of July. And not the mornings so planning by leadership seems off. People were all rude as a whole when greeted by my kid who says hello to everyone. Id give this Publix Piggly wiggly status if I could. Just with slightly cleaner floors.

Had a nice experience. They have awesome ice cream cakes by the way.

One of my favorite grocery stores. They have my favorite deli meat and cheese brand; Boars Head. They also have almost everything and most brands I like. I wish they were as low in price as Walmart if they were I would do all my food shopping here.

Their staff go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They made an old veteran and his sweethearts 66th anniversary in covid lock down, so very special. Im from out of state, and they picked flowers, 💐 balloons, 🎈 and a cake 🎂 for me, and delivered it to them. Everything they picked was all so perfect! Ever grateful, You guys are Amazing!☺🤗

We really love the Publix supermarket because at our Publix that we usually go to, doesnt have self-check out, like this Publix has. Overall, we love this Publix. We only went to this Publix a couple of times if we needed to go to Publix, but we needed to find the closest one to where we needed to be.

I deliver Rental Trailers to a lot of Publix’s stores in Florida and this is one of the cleanness Publix I have seen. This is important to me because I live in the area and I shop here. I have always found the store to be clean and the people there to be friendly and helpful. (GOOD JOB PEOPLE)

No matter what time ofday at this Publix its always busy the only time its not is when its closed lol cant wait until they open the new one hopefully with this new one it will take the load off other than that its great

Great little Publix in the heart of five points.

Debi the assistant deli manager was awful. She was extremely rude to myself and my fiancé. My fiancé simply asked a question and the tone was set from then on. I, myself was a previous Publix employee and left to serve my country and I know that is not the customer service standard set. I was truly shocked at the service we received. Never thought Publix would provide that kind of service let alone from someone in a management position. Who is supposed to lead by example. Truly disappointed and do not recommend anyone to go to that location.

The best of the customer service. I went to pick up my prescription and this young lady by name Serena was outstanding in all aspects of customer service. She told me how long ....and asked me to proceed to waiting area. Within 5 to 10 minutes, she alerted me that my prescription was ready. Whaooooooo. Keep up good work. Staff is always friendly at this Publix. Deli is too busy so dont usually use that service unless I have a special recipe that requires something special. At least its available so will not take a star away for that. :-)
