I havent been to a Publix thats ever disappointed me. Great staff, clean store. Always a great expierience.

Always Enjoy Shopping At Publix. The Store Personal And Managers are Very Friendly And Greet You Whenever You Pass By. The Stores Are Always Well Stocked And Clean. Deli Workers And Meat/Seafood Department Very Inform-active on How To Prepare New And Old Recipes.

Deli was so slow and inefficient that you had to have a 2 hour lunch break to order a sandwich to go. The only publix in jacksonville that I have ever had that problem. I learned where not to go for lunch when Im in that area. There was only one person ahead of me and he was almost finished when I arrived. It was really sad that the workers were no inefficient in there duties. I love Publix, but I wont be going to this one ever again.

Always clean inside & out. The people friendly & helpful. Well stocked and the lines move fast. The only drawback is waiting for hot food. Many times you have to wait 30+ mins for it to cook. Its not a fast food place but theres a food warmer that is usually almost empty.

My favorite place to shop. Friendly atmosphere and delightful treatment by staff.

Had a bad experience with sub station today with the female associate making subs. All I purchased was two subs because we were in a hurry. It was frustrating getting the lady to toast my meat and cheese on the sub and then put condiments and such on them (I told her it does not need to be on the bread just put it on the cheese. The first sub was a footlong meatball and I asked her to cut it in four (small child size) they were all different sizes (one being. a huge chunk of bread with one meatball and the other end tiny with half a meatball). She did not wipe the knife to cut my second sub so marinara got on it. That was not as bad as the meatball being stone cold when we got to the car! They were cold in the center and tasted nasty! I was not in the store long enough for that to be cold from there to a quick check out and to the car. They were not heated properly. We had no time and hungry child. She just seems like she needs training and did not seem comfortable with the station in addition to being very slow.

Publix is always clean and organized. You can get good prices there if you get Publix brand or use coupons. Their meat department will custom butcher for you if you ask. They are always very accommodating, and if you need cuts of meat that arent popular, just ask and theyll let you know when its in.

I like that fresh baked cookies. I have to get mine as soon as it done. Chicken wings are yummy.

Love Publix my pocket feels we can do without them but i find myself going into a Publix a few times a week primarily for prepared foods and Body Armor, but also for their house lemonade.Their baked goods look absolutely decadent but I know if I start with that my teeth will just fall out so I just look and appreciate from a distance.Their customer service is beyond excellent it is almost perfect at every store around town. I dont know how they picked and train their people but they clearly know what theyre doing.The people of Publix remind me of the people at Chick-fil-A just good people enjoying themselves as the perorm/execute excellence serving you.

A good grocery store overall, but it seems they are a bit understaffed during the pandemic, as checkout lines are often quite long, with only a few registers open. It was the same case last time we got subs - it took nearly 30 minutes and there were only 4 people in front of us. But tell you what - the sub was awesome!

Shame the deli still cannot guesstimate the appropriate amount of muktigrain bread required for a single day! Consistently order Pub subs and frequently encounter this delay. Good food, ordered over an hour before showing up, and yet no one could be bothered to call and request what bread substitute we would accept? UNSAT for anything more than 2 stars on service alone, unfortunately.

The wife and I shop Publix alot and when I visited this location Friday afternoon we couldnt find any decent cuts of steak or Pork Chops. Theyre a little pricey at Publix but you normally get some really great cuts that are marbled just right and a few choices but not Friday and when I ask someone in that department they just looked over and said nah thats it. No help either and went to Winn Dixie and there cuts were old looking so had to settle on Damn Chicken on the grill.

Great store to shop in. Great customer service, fast and efficient cashiers very helpful in store. Fresh fruit cut and uncut. Love this publixs location.🙏🏽❤😊

Went to the deli for some subs tonight and with two people making subs the line took over 40 minutes. Then when it was my turn they were out of tenders and said it would be 10 minutes, set my bread to the side and said they would make it as soon as they were cooked. I said I was walking to the other side of the store for something and I would be back. When I got back about 10 minutes later and they just bumped my sandwich and made me wait in line for another 25 minutes. Don’t go here for the deli unless you got an hour or so to kill

This is a very bad Publix. The decline started about spring/summer of 21. Its about 50/50 one will be disappointed, in some unique fashion, when exiting this Walmart. Indeed, a Walmart store front is the only thing missing to complete the transition.

Ian and the bakery crew have been taking care of me and my cake needs for years and this year did NOT disappoint! Oh for the love of peanut butter cookies somebody give him the day off...peanut buttercream?! SERIOUSLY?! CMON MAN!! 🙌🎈💜

Bigger and bigger. But the arrangements are not so quite appealing. It was hard to find the desired products. Had to ask for everything. No clear picture of what they have.

Ive been to at least 3 different publix store, prices have gone up, and the excuse is Covid. Toilet paper 14 dollars I can clearly go to another store for less. I know there is so much waste going on but who cares. You increase the price of produce only to throw it out because its not being bought. What a shame. Slices of cake clearly cut smaller, not just at this store but other locations. I guess this is the new practice. That will be off my list as well. I shop other stores but like publix the most, but with these practices, I can make better choices of where I choose to buy. Customer service is always the best but youve missed it on this.

We love going to Publix. We go to Publix almost every weekend that we need to. We really love the different types of things they have so that we can make dinner or to buy some snacks. They have fruits, vegetables, seafood, meat, wine, beer, etc.

All the items you would expect at a Walmart Marketplace. Well stocked, Clean store, Friendly staff. Plenty of parking and not too crowded at 10:30am

Publix is Just usually always good. Prices are Higher than Wally Worlds but Stores are Usually NICER!

Staff is always courteous. Great produce and deli. Chicken tenders are second to none.

Love shopping at Publix, you will spend more but the quality is excellent, especially the fruits & vegetables.

This store is almost always clean, well stocked, and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful, as is the case with most Publix stores. I only gave four stars for this visit because they only had one person handling both the hot food and the sandwich counter. I had only one woman ahead of me but she ordered a lot of both hot meals and custom sandwiches. I ended up having to wait TWENTY MINUTES to place my order. It is highly unusual that someone else didnt come over to help the poor woman overwhelmed back there.

Wonderful even the PepsiCo man was so helpful at this location.Hes most likely that way anywhere he is.much love hlr

The prices at any Publix are out of proportion with the products offered. This is why I do not shop here very often. The Dollar Tree has just as many good products on their shelves for $1. So to spend $50 at Publix, I can get $75 worth at Dollar Tree. You do the math!

Other than a congested parking lot design this is as good as the majority of Publix stores. It’s not the most modern store design but it’s roomy and laid out logically. Deli sandwich line tends to be long.

Basic Publix, kids. Good layout, wide isles and seems to me there are tons of people working every time I go there. And its conveniently located near a car wash, too!

Literally the worst Publix experience ever. Everyone knows you must have patience to order Publix subs during the week at lunch time. Patience pays off because the subs and wraps are amazing! USUALLY the hard working Publix deli people handle the lunch rush with a smile and an occasional reassurance that theyll be right with you. The lady making our subs today was excessively and needlessly RUDE to me and my husband for absolutely no reason at all. I would guess that maybe it had something to do with the fact that we were in our work clothes and perhaps she felt it beneath her to have to take care of us. Not sure if that was the reason behind this uncharacteristically rude Publix employee behavior, but we definitely took it that way. Thankfully we dont have to shop at the Merrill Road location often because they certainly dont hold up to the high standards of customer service we have come to expect from Publix. I hope Julies day gets better or they can find her another department where shell be happier.

Found what we wanted. Workers were friendly & helpful. They know how to treat their customers. I guess they know that treating customers well is the keyWal-Mart could use some of their training!

Pleasant, organized and helpful. I went to one publix that did not have the cereal I wanted; I went to another to exchange for the one that I really wanted. The exchange was easy and I did not experience any problems.

Hello, I just visited the Merrill road location this evening with my husband. I want to say first I had the BEST experience at this Publix and I will be coming back. We had a wonderful deli sub maker named Cassi. She was amazing and very helpful. She went above and beyond for us and for that we will come back everytime ! There are an adequate amount of stores besides Publix. There is a cleaners, Subways, Burger King and. T-Mobile. The parking lot is large with plenty of parking.
